Very clean hotel with a good breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars in maintenance was due to the showerhead in our room not being attached to the wall correctly. Other than that it was an excellent hotel. When I selected the room on the hotels.com website it showed that I reserved a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed. 4 days later when we checked in the room had a queen bed. I called the front desk only to find out that this particular hotle does not have any king beds. Quite a let down for me and my husband. We had to change rooms 3 times. Toliet was broken, dishwasher falling apart, doors wouldn't close, unless you pulled hard to shut the front door (on the first room), it didn't lock, very drafty windows. On line everything looked good. Great price, close to freeway. Recieved two keys- only one worked. Upon inspection of the room iI was alittle disappointing- it was so cheap. Looked like something I would pay 1/3 the price for. The couch and chair was like sitting on plywood covered with material- no padding. The desk and kitchen table were shakey and […] we had to watch where we walked. No good tv channels. Door knob to bedroom was broken and hanging there. Toilet seat was loose. Bathroom and kitchen counters so uneven anything that could roll did. Sheets were very scratchy- could not sleep, When heater in closet kicked on, it sounded like jet engines. Even though the heater stayed on most of the night it was cold in the rooms. After a couple hours of rest we threw everything in truck and checked out. Moved to another hotel for remainder of trip. On the plus side: - Very clean - Studio was very roomy and nice - Bedding was very comfortable - The breakfast buffet was excellent -- easily on par or better than Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express On the negative side: - Toilet in our room was leaky. With the bathroom door closed, you could not hear it--but it was enough to […] make me get up out of bed to close the door. - Check-in took forever, but we were behind a huge school group. After about 20 minutes, the desk manager did ask the big group to wait so she could check us in, since theirs' was going to take some time. - Wish the breakfast lasted a little longer on the weekends. On a Saturday morning, we would have liked to sleep in, but wanted to get breakfast. These are niggling complaints, and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Read more
