Enjoyed the stay - there were a bunch of kids staying on our floor - appeared to be some sort of sports team with both male and female members of various age, but our room was still quiet and we rested well. Extras, such as free bottled water, were nice, also.

We enjoyed our stay and were accommodated nicely. I was a little surprised that there was no information about the hotel amenities or surrounding restaurants, places of interests, etc. The usual hotel informational folder was not available. Fortunately the hotel is conveniently located off 85 and surrounded by good places to eat. We did take a walk […] around the shopping center across the street and found a fantastic ice cream place called "Brusters" - a must for the ice cream lover! The road leading into the hotel didn't seem too inviting and it was a little difficult to get into, considering the construction on the Interstate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the room was nice and quiet.

Bed was very comfortable. Desk looked like it was on its last leg..desk chair had torn/ripped seating which looked aged/worn. Biggest issue..I reserved for a certain type room (king with sofa bed)..arrived..given room with just King bed. Retd to front desk where I was told they were booked..but, then found the room I was supposed to have. Went to that […] room and found 2 double beds!! It was ok, but had to switch rooms twice due to unclean bathroom. Housekeeping was a bit rude because no extra towels were available in the hotel.

The Hotel Staff was EXCELLENT and friendly and trustworthy. I left my expensive coat in the room after checking out and when I called for it MANY hours later, it was already help at teh front desk for me. The rooms were clean, parking was ample and teh location is GREAT. Near shopping in case you forgot to pack anything. There's some construction improvements […] in the area that caused me to over look Bahama Breeze across the street (I love that restaurant) but thats not their fault. I couldn't sleep during night at all due to the sound of the heater. Apparently, the temperature was set up for the room. So, the heater kept coming and going through the whole night. Whenever it started again after stopping for a little while, it sounded like the earthquake! Can you guess it kept doing this a whole night? I ended up getting up and […] turned off the heater at 5:30 am. After I turned of f the heater, it got quite, of course. But the room got so cold! I thought maybe it was just my room. I didn't pay money for this!.However, when I talked to my mom in another room, she said the same thing. She couldn't sleep either. So, in the morning, I talked to the front. What they said to me is more disturbing me. They said that I am not the only one who complained about that. Hello~~ then, why didn't you do something to fix this problem?? They said after a certain cleaning company cleaned all room's cooler/heaters, the noise started. If they knew about this, why didn't they fix it for their guests? Do you want to have a good sleep? During check in the young lady who worked the front desk was very nice and professional. She told me about the hotel and how it use to be a holiday inn express. The rooms were clean and kept very well but the turning point was at check-out time. The man at the front desk took the keys but immediately started accusing me of smoking in the room and said […] security walked pass and smelled smoke. For starters, security never knocked on the door to see what was going on and secondly it was much more professional to just ask instead of immediately accusing someone of doing something. I asked the lady who was standing behind the desk to go check the room, she did and saw that everything was fine and he offered and apology. The staff was great. I did end up with the wrong type of room, but they compensated me appropriately. There were a few maintenance issues with the room. I reported to them, but it did not effect my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They could probably do without the three 100 watt bulbs over the vanity area. My stay was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I could hear the highway noise, being our room was located facing the highway. Stoped by atl and decided to stay here because of the near by korean restaurants. It was a plesant experience. Only complaint has to be the old ac/heating units in the room. It was so noisy. Otherwise very clean.

The hotel locates just off highway. It is easy to get to, but may be a liitle bit too noisy. The room is clean and the service is good. The price we paid is very reasonable. We definitely will book it again if we come back to the area.

I will not stay here again. the room was ok. there were electrical outlets that did not have covers. the tv reception was cloudy. tub had some mold in the cracks, tub also did not drain good, so while taking a shower I was standing in a lot of water.

Nice hotel. Comfort bed. Friendly staff. Convenience location in Duluth. I love there is 24-hr Korean BBQ restaurant for 3 mins walking. Korean supermarket is close.
