Honestly I was very nervous about our stay at the Fairfield Inn because our actual destination was in Boston for a conference. However, it was more affordable to stay here. We were nervous how we would get from the Fairfield Inn to Boston; however the employees at the front desk and the driver of the shuttle bus were extremely helpful. I was unaware […] of the shuttle in the first place and that was such a relief and of great help for our transportation!!! It saved us money and time. The shuttle bus driver provided a map and mapped out our trip to our location in Boston. We were even given a phone number of a taxi company that had a set price from Wonderland terminal (where we got the T) to the hotel, again saving us money. The trip overall with the ride on the T and with the taxi was so simple and by no means took a long time. I was very pleased with the convenience of the Fairfield Inn and would stay there again!!! Stayed a couple nights while on business, good, basic accommodations not far from where I was going. Little dicey getting around the area if you don't have GPS or know your way. Breakfast is a nice plus, one less thing to worry about. Awesome shower.

It was ok for one night. With divided highway difficult to get around to eat and airport, lot of traffic, busy highway. Room was noisy with a/c and wind blowing in windows. Room was clean, breakfast was adequate for me.

If you're going into Boston, the shuttle will take you to the end of the blue line (wonderland). Not much to do in walking distance but the hotel itself is the standard Inn experience with complimentary breakfast, small fitness center but also with a hot tub and a pool. Clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff.

Beds were hard, pillows had no support, "breakfast" was nothing special. Good water pressure and water got hot fast. Shuttle driver was friendly and informative. Front desk ladies were not very welcoming and didn't explain much. Liked the free wi-fi. Will not likely book another stay with this hotel.

Located on very busy divided highway which is very difficult and confusing to get turned around on. Unless the only thing you're going to eat is donuts, there are very few restaurants making you leave the area to dine. Cleanliness of the room was ok but could have been better and if you request extra towels you are treated like a criminal by both maids […] and desk staff. Pool is very small and poorly maintained and the whirlpool was out of order. Also was very disappointed in getting a "first floor" room as it should more be considered a "basement level" with the only view being even with the parking lot. If my family ever visits the area again we will make sure to stay closer or even in Boston itself. Read more

I checked in at around 4 pm, and noticed the towels were missing. The maid just casually entered my room and tried to explain... in Spanish. I had to wait an hour before I got the towels. The driveway to the hotel is just off the freeway. You'd have to merge onto oncoming traffic at 50~60 miles to get on the road. It's a hairraising experience to drive […] in and drive out of the hotel. Within the hotel there is no dining facility other than vending machines. So I had to drive out to the freeway, and then search for a place to eat, which is not an easy task since the area has very confusing roadways. GPS is a must or else you will get lost for sure. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard fare at this price point. Lots of tables and chairs, so you won't be left standing with plate in your hand. The bed was old and spongy, no back support at all. My backpain from long driving actually worsened after a night's sleep. Overall, a disappointing experience compared to other hotels in the same price range. Read more

When I booked my rooms I was told that they were suites with 2 rooms/ 2 double beds and a fold out couch. I even called to double check and was assured this was the case. when we arrived we found our rooms were just double rooms no suites. we had to book an extra room for the extra people we didn't have beds for. the shuttle service was almost non exicint. […] they delevered but did not pick up. also the hours of the shuttles made us have to get a taxi to the airport in the morning resulting in extra expenses. the staff was not very helpful in our sitution. it was take it or leave it. being we had 10 in our party 3 of which were children we had no choice but to take it. Staff was great. We were a late arrival. They had the note of my call to let them know I was late. Room was great and the breakfast was good. My daughter and I were in the area to visit MIT and Harvard. This hotel was only 20 minutes away from the campuses yet significantly cheaper than the closers hotels.

I reported this to the staff, and they said that didn't have any cartridges there, but would purchase two. It appeared that no one followed up on the situation. After two days, the printer still did not print.
