The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, location is great for getting on the road, did not have much contact with the staff but my interactions were pleasant. Hassle free and a great place to stay for an overnight.

Booked a king room and was given a queen. Was told that they didn't have any left and that they would try to sort it out for the remainder of our stay. I heard nothing. Apparently a king and queen are the same rate, but would have booked elsewhere had I known I would not get what I booked. I was very disappointed in the shuttle service to the International Wine Festival dinner on the shores of Lake Erie. The desk clerk informed us that the shuttles ran every l5 to 20 minutes, however we waited an hour and 20 minutes. Good hotel at a good price. I liked the friendly service and the cleaning staff seemed to be on top of things. Because of a medical procedure I had done in the city, I had to stay in the room for most of my 3 day trip. I found the room comfortable enough to easily do this. I saw signs apologizing for the construction at the hotel and in some of the […] hallways but I saw no evidence of any construction. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have found the quality consistent and never had any problems. I find it reliable. Parking was adequate and you don't have to walk very far. There were a number of fast food places within walking distance. I will continue to stay here when I visit Windsor. Read more

The bathroom was very cold with the floor being really uncomfortable for bare feet. There did not seem to be any warm air in the bathroom at all. I don't recall any safety bars around the bathtub area. The pool was very disappointing, although the advertised description was good it was not true. I had heard about pool problems a couple of times over the last few years and wrongly presumed that they were fixed. I could write a long letter about all of the things that we found wrong with the pool. Room was very clean, staff was friendly. They are renovating the area leading from the elevators to the pool and not very clean for the weekend. Hot tub was disgusting, looks like it they have just been adding chemicals and not cleaning it. We found clumps of hair floating around. I went with my family for a weekend to Windsor to visit friends and do shopping in Dearborn-US. We found the hotel is in an excellent location for our destinations. It is very clean given at that time they are having construction work but we did not feel it. My kids love the swimming pool and playing in the room.

The hot tub did not work nor did the sauna. The pool was extremely cold,the coffee maker did not work and the replacement coffee maker leaked and did not work. The bar fridge was noisy the television was poor picture quality.

Room had an extremely strong smell of mold/mildew!! Two days later and I still smell the room. Dreadful air quality!!!! Very noisy and poor sound proofing between rooms. Staff attitude was very unpleasant. I will never consider staying there again. I will try the Hampton across the street next time.

This was our first stay in Windsor... we usually book with the Hilton. The one in Windsor did not have the type of room we needed so we tried the Holiday Inn and are so glad that we did! The service was great - the restaurant was amazing! The pool water was the perfect temperature, very clean, tons of fresh towels!!

My family recently stayed here for a family reunion in Windsor, Ontario. I booked 4 rooms which they put conveniently close together. The kids enjoyed the pool facility. We all enjoyed the newly renovated restaurant for breakfast. Service was great and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel on main road, easy check in and out. Good size room nice and clean, free internet and swimming pool. They even provided free laundry powder for washing machines which was greatly appreciated. Very happy with our stay there

I wasn't impressed that they initially checked me into a room that was surrounded by a traveling youth sports team that had no concept of noise control. Although I had to ask to be moved, the hotel was prompt in getting me settled into a new room. Other than this, the service was great.... the elevator was EXTREMELY sloooow.

It was a great hotel if that's all u are looking for but if u are looking for a jacucci tub or hot tub i wouldn't recommend it plus they were trying to be nice about our situation being we got screwed over by your company and offered us a free breakfast but my wife said no thx we just wanted a hot tub or two person jacucci.
