Location of Lobby rather unlabeled throughout the Concourse E where located. Lobby area and elevator area under construction, no problem though, once adjusted to. Room average and over airconditioned, but controllable with thermostat, slowly though. Restaurant good, a bit slow but very convenient as to location. Good shower, hall rug ugly, radio in […] my room broken but bed very comfortable. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The service at the reception was really bad, and once I came up to my room, firstly the whole floor smelt disgusting and when i entered the room the smell was there all night! Pictures on the website look much better then what it actually isGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very marginal but location location location...."
The hotel is an utter disaster and grossly overpriced. It really is an absolute total dump, though the beds were comfortable. The room was so outdated, the carpet was filthy, the internet barely worked on and off again, and the hallways and entrance are so filthy that you would never consider staying there for more than one night AT BEST. It is a dump, […] but located very conveniently in Concourse E and a fast walk to anywhere in the airport you need to get to. I stayed there about 2 years ago, and it is hard to believe it is in worse shape than then, though it is. It is like they have never spent a dime on even a coat of paint. One night is bearable because, again, of the location. It is shocking, though, that whoever is in charge of the airport would allow this disaster of a hotel to be maintained like this. It really is an embarrassment to the city. The only reason I gave it "3 Stars" is strictly location. It is a "1 Star" hotel if you go by normal rankings that just focused on the quality of the hotel for the value. It was very overpriced for the quality and shape it is in. "Nice hotel and very convenient"
We arrived very late and were able to get to the hotel in a matter of minutesGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not worth $190/night"
Front desk did not direct you to right elevator or answer phone when I called from room. Tiny room. Could here guy next door clear his throat. Convenient enough, but not worth it in the end.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Under construction, quite a mess"
Staff was inattentive, check-in took too long, construction on and around elevators preventing getting to room -- and then room had people already staying in it ! We left, got our money back. Staff did not care that the place was really a mess throughout. Do NOT stay here.Genuine Expedia guest review
"the only thing going for them is the location"
bad bed, old, old furnishings, old facilities, worn out sheets. complained bitterly about the 1st room on the 4th floor....got their best room on the 7th floor. I was exactly the same with 6 sq ft additional. dirty hall ways, slow elevators, no viewGenuine Expedia guest review
First room didn't even have a window, had to beg for new room. dirty, dusty, hair in ice bucket. Never ever again. location was the only advantage.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is undergoing a renovation but that doesnt excuse a messy room. The floor was not vacuumed and the cofee maker was not cleaned. We were told that they would provide a AAA discount if we presented our card at check in and they refused to honor it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent hotel - but very convenient."
Nice room, clean, comfy and quiet. Nothing special but soooo convenient. Had all our bags so a cart to the room made that easy. Whole airport was cold - turned the heat on in the room to get it to a comfortable temp. So take a jacket. Bacardi restaurant - very close and food was good as well.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is definitely a bit worn, but it was clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple and efficient - a big plus after clearing customs/immigration.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a good stay."
Under construction, terriible Wi-fi, noisy room. Toilet sounded like a jet engine when flushed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location, location, location"
This is the 4th hotel I've stayed in MIA, and I will probably stay there again when I have an overnight layover of 8-10 hours and really need some sleep and don't want to waste time waiting for shuttles. The main problem I had was that the wake-up call never came through, but I had 2 other alarms set as back-ups. The other issue is that I couldn't find […] any posted maps in the terminal indicating how to get there, so I ended up taking a more circuitous route than necessary. Other than that, it is a budget-level hotel at luxury price, but the sleep was important enough for me that time, and it might be in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Airport flight convenience"
The desk staff was not very accommodating. We made reservations at the same website as our friends. They got free breakfast vouchers and we did not, even though we paid a slightly higher room rate for the same type of room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It is very convenient for an overnight at airport"
The rooms are clean, hot water, no noise from airport. Comfortable bed! Interestingly the restaurant on the 7th floor is very good for the basics e.g. excellent hamburger and breakfast ( including fresh juice).Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Airlines"
The reason to stay here is to catch a flight-- the hotel is right in the terminal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
TerribleGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I was not satisfied with the condition of the hotel at all. Renovations are going on throughout. Elevator area has bare floors and tarps draped everywhere. Workout facility is closed and my room looked nothing like the pictures presented online. Every other airport hotel I have stayed at has been exceptional. This one is not. Wish I would have stayed […] off property. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Elevators lobby in construction, very dirty, false fire alarm at 7AM. Room was OK. Restaurant poor and expensive. Service at restaurant very poor.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location and nothing else"
Hotel is in the midst of contruction, so workers are everywhere. The room was in poor condition, from thin thread sheets, to no hot water - only lukewarm water after running for 5 minutes. The hallways looked like a cheap, run down industrial office complex. The only reason I didn't give it lower marks was because the price was cheaper than most other […] nearby hotels and it's convenient. If you can stay somewhere else - do it. "Convenient if in transit, but under renovation"
Convenient if in transit, but under renovation. When they get done it will be nicer. Right now, it was fine for us, flew in at night and left in the morningGenuine Expedia guest review
"Small, dirty, expensive"
The only positive thing about this hotel is its location and convenience. With taxes, one night was over $225. Anywhere else than the Miami airport, this hotel wouldn't cost $50. It was dirty, the room was small and the walls were thin.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
very nice, good attention, good food, good serviceGenuine Expedia guest review
"convenient for early morning flight"
very good as saved time and rush for early morning flightGenuine Expedia guest review
"Construction in the lobby"
The hotel is fine and very convenient since it is in the airport. T he only reason I gave a 3 to the facilities was that there was construction in the lobby and on the elevators which was unaesthetic. Also there is no bar in the dining area. I think of hotels as having bars.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel in Miami airport - Concourse E"
Very convenient for 1 night layover. Restaurant on 7th floor very reasonable.Genuine Expedia guest review
Nasty and gross. Only stay if your flight is canceledGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Run down old under construction"
We were walking into lobby and almost got hit by a falling ceiling tile. The elevators were exposed. The hotel is dated and doesn't feel clean. The beds were comfortable. Not worth the $$$$Genuine Expedia guest review
Bad musty smell throughout hotel. The construction dust made me sneeze non stop.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Stay away while renovation underway"
I should have heeded the warnings of other reviewers. The hotels is currently (Feb 2014) under renovation and is basically a war zone. Elevators are like service elevators, hallways are shabby, and rooms are old and dilapidated. The hotel is not justified in charging the normal fare but they do not give any discounts, hoping people do not know of the […] inconveniences until after they arrive, when they can longer change their plans. The only thing going for the hotel is its location. But even considering that, if I had to do another layover in MIA again, I would opt instead for one of the other airport hotels in the area. Recommendation: stay away at least until the renovation is over. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"You are paying for the convenient location."
Rooms desperately need to be upgraded! Looked and smelled dingy. The only positive thing about this place was its location inside the airport. Especially for someone stuck at MIA.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Big rip off..."
I booked a room here because I had to overnight in Miami on my way to Haiti. Of course, if you arrive in Miami at 11pm, and have to wake up at 6am, it makes sense to stay at the airport and most unfortunately, this is the only hotel at the airport. Our check in went smoothly, we went to the room and it smelled like smoke. The toilet plumbing dripped […] all over the floor every time it was flushed and then when we went to shower, the drain was clogged and my 10 minute shower filled up the tub with water. But of course, since you know you're only there for 7 hours and all you really want is sleep and make it to your flight on time, it seems pointless to call and complain about these things. I've stayed there several times on my way to Haiti, and my experience has been the same. Just to top it off, for the STEEP price we paid (double queen) we couldn't get on the internet in our room without paying extra. What a rip off. I used to call and report the plumbing issues, but this is obviously a long term problem for them. I can only hope that in the future my layover will be long enough to take a shuttle elsewhere. The only good thing I can say is that the beds are comfortable. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good hotel for a one night stay"
Hotel is very conveniently located right in the airport. Clean enough but very small room. Lots of construction going on but the room was quiet for us. Took two trys to get the key to work.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel right at the airport"
Very convenient. There was bad weather when I arrived at Miami airport but the hotel is right in the terminal building so no need to get wet or deal with traffic. Major construction work is taking place now, the rooms are small and the walls are thin but service was good and you can't beat the convenient location if you are flying in or out of Miami […] Internatioal Airport. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Disturbing, to say the least. The price for this "hotel" is abominable. Are they kidding? This disaster of a hotel is not worth the inconvenience of taking a shuttle to anywhere else. They should be ashamed to offer a room like this. The bath was clean. Bed OK. Dull, ugly paint job. Gigantic piller in the middle of the room, and view of an inner wall […] of some sort, past the pillar. Room about 12X12. Bath about 5X8. Lobby is deceiving, because beyond that a prison cell might be more appealing. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel in airport"
I would only recommend for convenience of not leaving airport. Construction going on during our stay was annoying. It took us a very long tome to check in when we first arrived. On our return trip back towels in room were wet and soiled. Phones don't work well. Service is very minimal.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Under construction, might be better once complete"
Was a huge line at check in, while the staff was doing the best they could it seemed like their computer system was in rough shape. Hotel was being updated leaving only one elevator in service. Water pressure was horrible, seemed like whenever someone flushed the toilet would lose cold water flow and get hit with some extremely hot water in the shower. […] Would maybe consider staying there in a couple years depending on how extensively it is updated. Location was extremely convenient but next time will probably stay at a newer hotel with a shuttle nearby Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Cable, no so much, 20 channels most where fuzzy. "Overpriced and in need of renovation"
This hotel needs a complete renovation. It is so noisy in the tiny rooms that you cannot get any sleep. The showers make a very loud noise--no soundproofing at all! The rooms are always lacking towels, facecloths, something--no coffee packets, no luggage rack, something always not there when you check in. The restaurant is overpriced and service there […] is not good. Have stayed here quite a few times because of the convenience, but it is never improved. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very Small Rooms... it's like a motel"
I was expecting a very fancy hotel with a beautifull room and a good place to sleep, but they have such small rooms, and a very very bad internet service, i'm dispointed, USA is the 1 world and that is a hotel of the 3 wolrdGenuine Expedia guest review
room we were allocated was very small with a tiny window, very noisy as room was opposite lifts so from 04.30am it was like ''piccadily circus''. the hotel lobby was presumably being refurbished and was very dirty. "not very nice, old and worn out"
This hotel is not very nice, old and worn out, the non-smoking room must have been a smoking room the day before, I ask for a wake up call for 6:45 AM on 1/31/14 and the call never came. Luckly i recived a call from my celular that got me up just in time to make my flgiht.Genuine Expedia guest review
All was excellent except the wake-up call, which did not come. I almost missed a flight. That was serious.Genuine Expedia guest review
there are two sets of elevators. only one is correct. Does the staff tell you which is the correct elevator? No Air conditioner did not work. The Desk Staff were to busy or to pick up the phone for service and lastly MUCH to expensive for what you getGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Old but convenient"
This is an old hotel that needs a revamping quickly. As a matter of fact there is some work in progress. This is a fair stay due to the convenience of staying inside the airport. You can't expect much from the other atributes. For one night it is worthwhileGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel in the same building as my flight"
This is the second year we have stayed at the Miami International Airport for a cruise and it is very convenient in arriving via flight and only have to use an elevator to get to our hotel. It is also nice that we take a taxi to the cruise from the airport and only costing $24.00. I suggest this stay to anyone going on a cruise!Genuine Expedia guest review
