"Very nice staff, very poor water pressure"
The staff were very polite and helpful, but one of the two elevators was out of service and, more inconveniently, the water pressure in the shower the next morning was completely insufficient.Genuine Expedia guest review
My friend and I did a quick trip to Boston from the Vineyard and found this spot online. From the first moment we drove up the doorman was super nice and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile upon entry. The room was a good size but the bathroom was amazing! And the bed so so wicked comfortable. The location was great your literally right in the middle […] of it all! It was awesome to have a good restaurant right down the steps to fuel before seeing the sites. Gonna defiantly stay there again and again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Copley Square Hotel was a great value. It included great amenities and decor. The hotel staff was fantastic, very friendly and ready to help. Loved the location in the Back Bay, it was a short walk to shopping, tourist attractions and great restaurants.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Location fun hotel"
Cozy comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed the basket of apples and free coffee before my run around the Charles. The night before the bar was so fun and the service was excellent!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is worth the price very nice made me feel like I was at a very nice bedroom with all the fixings of home.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice but very small rooms"
Have stayed across the street at the Westin on a previous visit and I thought it was better. Wine reception is nice and staff were very good. Hotel was very old and the rooms were really small.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Well located boutique hotel"
Very nicely appointed small hotel. Perfectly located in Copley. rooms clearly have been renovated tastefully. Staff is well trained and polite. Bathrooms are tight as in many city hotels. Should expand the fitness center as wellGenuine Expedia guest review
"nice hotel, location, staff & valet"
It was a nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Helpful valet. I'm hoping our room was the only one with the loud air conditioner. I'd stay there again, but I'd definitely specify that we needed a room without a loud air conditioner (It sounded like a jet engine when it cycled on throughout the night!) If we had had a good nights sleep, I would […] have given this place all "5"s. I guess I'm still a little grumpy. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful location to get to all the sights easily"
This is a wonderful gem! The staff is amazing! Every single person was professional and helpful. The front desk staff was so friendly and gave us great information on restaurants and getting around the city. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Boutique gem in heart of Copley"
Staff was welcoming, helpful, and was willing to assist with any of our personal needs during our stay. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean and chic. Hotel was quiet yet near all the great finds that make Copley Square such a destination. Walk to Public Gardens, Newbury Street, shopping and fine eats. Great neighborhood, older hotel, room small but lobby and room recently re-done.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Shoe Box Room"
The hospitality was great, the room was quite small but very clean. No fridge in room. Paid extra for wine greeting to find everyone was entitled to wine every evening. Paid extra for a city view and the only view outside of window was the building across the street. Construction in the street started at 7:30AM right outside of window so there was no […] time for sleeping late with all the noise. The concierge was very helpful and the desk clerks and parking attendants were very attentive. Would only recommend a very short stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great find in Back Bay"
Nice boutique location. Good room, friendly service, great location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location is excellent. Right by lots of shops. Even a grocery store to pick up some things while staying here. The room was plush and comfortable. View - so, so. I can't get over how friendly everyone was. The front desk was extremely nice and the next two mornings a cab was hailed for me promptly. I ordered room service one day. "great price-for-location value"
Great staff, friendly service, nice rooms and furnishings. Comfortable beds and bedding. Location hard to beat. Only minor gripes would be bathroom was a little tight, but better than most hotels from this era (originally) and elevators seem to stop whether you picked up or down, so you sometimes end up heading the wrong way.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great Location. Easy walking distance to Fenway Park and downtown.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay!"
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small (typical for this area) but very clean and nice/modern. There are tons of awesome shopping spots and dining places nearby. We stayed for a Sox game and just walked both ways. Make sure you visit Newbury Comics a couple of blocks away!! Parking overnight was $45 which is also typical of the area. […] They gave us cold bottled water when we were waiting for our car to be brought back by the valet which I thought was nice. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site because they were closed for dinner before the game. The elevators are some of the oldest/slowest in Boston so you might want to take the stairs but It was a really great stay and we will definitely stay there again!! Staff was nice and room was clean. The room was way too small and we could barely move around.Genuine Expedia guest review
I love the location, the hotel is very charming. The only thing that would make it great was to have coffee in the room, and a small refrigerator.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"wILL BE BACK AGAIN"
ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFULL. PLEASENT. ALL HAD A SMILE TO SHARE. THANKSGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was in the middle of shopping places, a block from prudential and just nearby the subway. We have the room on 6th floor. the room was clean. They did room service twice which is excellent. Service is also excellent. The only downside was we had a bit small room but not very small.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great all round hospitality"
From beginning to end of our two night stay we noted exceptional service, delicious breakfast, accessibility to tourism sights, lovely area for restaurants. The nightly wine reception in the lobby was a treat. Our only moderate complaint was the small size of the room itself. All the other amenities and services made up for what was lacking in room […] size. Thanks to all for a great time while in Boston. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great historic hotel and great location"
We just returned from a 5-day stay at the Copley Square hotel. We were in Boston for a family vacation. The hotel is wonderful, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for all the touristy things to do. The famous Boston Duck Tours leaves from one block down the street, Copley Square is 1 block away, Boylston Street is […] one block over and Newbury Street is 2 blocks. Boylston and Newbury Streets have some of the best restaurants! The only very minor drawback is there are no coffee-makers or mini-bars in the rooms. However, complementary fresh coffee and tea is available from 7-10 am in the lobby and I would go and get my coffee every morning and bring it back to our room. Rooms themselves were beautiful and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"centrally located gem"
We were quite impressed with the hotel - very clean and comfortable except the air conditioning is difficult to regulate - too much cold air blasts out all at once, you cover up, get warm repeat cycle. The location is great: we could walk to Public Garden, Fenway Park and good restaurants. The staff were attentive and the wine reception daily was a […] nice perk. "Historic access + eats and shopping"
Perfect. Great location for grabbing the "Duck" for the historic overview yet a block away from trendy shopping and eateries. Bonus plus was easy access on and off the highway.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Small room, friendly staff, average accommodations, on par with a Marriott at above Marriott prices.Genuine Expedia guest review
Each and everyone of the employees were so helpful with every aspect in mind. They suggested great places to eat, transportation, directions, plays, shops, you name it! I bought my wedding veil and they even took care of that for me, mailed it for me so I would not have to worry about it! ( thank you Michael) the whole crew was awesome!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect for a stroll to Fenway Park."
Two blocks off Boylston helps keep the price down. Hotel is a three block walk from the subway. An easy 25 minute walk to Fenway Park. Walking to the game is a great experience. The staff was very accommodating for our every need.Genuine Expedia guest review
Check in was awesome. Gave us umbrellas, suggested lunch spots, and then called when the room was ready. Free coffee and wine each day.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Conveniently located mix of old and new"
The staff was extremely polite and helpful. For the price, the room was rather cramped.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean & Friendly"

"Great boutique hotel in the heart of Back Bay"
On a whim we decided to stop in Boston as a half way point on a drive from ME to CT. We got a great rate online and decided to give Copley Square Hotel a shot - it was a great find! The hotel was immaculate, we received a complimentary upgrade, the room was very nice - a little on the small side, but exactly what we expected size wise. The hotel is […] one block away from the Boston Public Library, across the street from the Westin. A great location, right in the heart of the Back Bay. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. In the world of big box stores and big brand name hotels, it was very refreshing to find this little boutique hotel that easily ranks amongst the big name players and probably exceeds in quality as far as service and appearance are concerned. We liked this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect for seeing Boston on foot. It is close to great restaurants and shopping. Our room and bathroom were small but comfortable and had a view of a lovely garden. They very graciously gave us a late checkout. I would definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I didn't know it was $5 for each bottle of water until it was too late and I had some. It should be marked more clear and bigger, because not nice.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great with great service--- but a bit small"
Enjoyed it overall---rooms are just a bit small!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Bathroom entirely too small...practically almost useless considering the cost of the room. Parking rate was also high. Personnel were very helpful. Room was clean. Would never use hotels .com again they raised the price of the second day after I had an emergency and had to cancel the first day. The price they charged was above the cost that I could […] have paid as a walkin. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel, but it's very expensive & very small rooms. For the price I'd think they'd have had a free breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review
the room was too small and smelled. area was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great location: close enough Boston University ( but not too close), across the street from the Prudential Mall shops, near fun restaurants on Newbury Street.Genuine Expedia guest review
The reservation inferred it was a queen size bed but it was a double. Hard for two people and room size was xloser to a closet than a room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good Hotel, Poor Recommendations"
We loved the hotel as it was clean, young and hip. However, the recommendation given regarsing a local dinner restaurant was terrible. The food at SkipJack was horrendous. The next four nights we moved to Courtyard Marriot at Copley Square next door (they literally share a wall) which was less expensive and we were extremely pleased with the room and […] the service. I would probably rebook the courtyard marriot at copley in lieu of the copley square marriot next time, just because the price difference was not worth it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Excellent Hotel ,well placed in a very good central area of BostonGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Chest of drawers could not open fully because the room was too small for the bed. Hard to store anything in the chest. TV had poor reception on several channels. Fantastic hotel and top notch staff otherwise. Can't say enough good things about the staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Staff, Small rooms with hard beds"
The staff was simply lovely. They were warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. They created a great ambiance for all guests. However the rooms in this hotel are ridiculously tiny, and we were three people and a dog, falling all over one another. It was not comfortable. And not cheap. Although clean enough, the place, which has been remodeled, still has […] some shabbiness at the edges, and the beds were HARD. Not a luxurious stay, all in all. And not cheap. However, I would again like to commend the staff for being as helpful and efficient as any staff could be. Oh, and the location is good--walking distance from shopping and eating. Great location, very friendly staff and very comfortable beds. The view of the room opened onto a park and the hotel has good facilities.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Central Location near Subway Station"
Very charming hotel right across the street from Prudential Tower complex. Subway is about a block away and takes you anywhere in town. 20 minute walk to Fenway Park. The rooms are surprisingly good sized and are very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly. Great find!Genuine Expedia guest review
