Tub wouldn't drain, beds were broken down, desk chair was thrashed, housekeeping was not very thorough. Staff were nice, and Harry's Bar was great. Public areas were dated, but well maintained.

The hotel was one of the better airport hotels we've stayed at. The Japanese Sushi restaurant was fantastic! But, at 3am we had to evacuate, with fire alarms blaring, for what turned out to be a false alarm. I don't know how many times this happens, but it was very annoying. Me and my sister were Friendly greeted upon our arrival and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I wish we're located a little closer to the downtown Toronto area but our overall stay was very pleasant.

Beautiful hotel near airport. Kids had a blast at the pool with the giant slides. Only downside is that the slides are only open from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. every day. Great place to stay if you want to drive in to visit Toronto for a day.

I booked but did not know the hotel was near the other airport, which was a 20min drive from the airport I flew into. Nobody is at fault, but I gave up my last night to get a hotel closer to downtown Toronto, Canada where I visited.

Hotel staff were wonderful. Very close to major highways. Two suggestions: make-up mirror in the bathroom, and the shower head in room 1048 was facing the wall and was permanently installed this way, therefore difficult to take a good shower. Really liked this hotel!

Reception staff was not friendly at all, not even a smile when check in and out with different people. Our flight was delayed 3 hours so we checked in at around 1am. we had to wait at front desk for almost 7 min and screamed out for service. after checked in, we were just given the keys and that was it; not even direction to the room. we were not offered […] cookies as supposed to (my kids asked to choose Double tree so they could get cookies. lol) When they tried to get cookies the next night and at check out, they were looked at as beggars. The room was very small. the bathroom was good size but it was designed as if for little kids: sink counter was low, shower head was lower than my 15 y.o. son's head (he's 5'6'' tall), and the toilet is small and positioned right next to sink counter so that the toilet tissue holder (attached to side of sink counter) would stick out over the toilet seat. we had to remove the toilet tissue roll to be able to lift up the toilet cover. So the toilet tissue roll had to stay out the whole time. lol. However, the bed and bedding were comfortable and TV was nice. BE AWARE, they charge $14/day for parking even you are guest(s) staying there. Overall, the name sound attractive and you would think it is DOUBLE TREE by HILTON but it's not. Read more

Liked the location; hotel staff very friendly and very helpful. Lobby exceptionally clean and inviting. My room had some real design issues, but I think it was an exception due to the location on the floor. Missed not having a small refrigerator or microwave as other hotels have in this price range. Light was not working as I walked in the room in […] the dark. (Not a good first impression). All the restaurants in the hotel were marketed as luxury settings. When I'm traveling and eating by myself I would like an option of a very casual dining restaurant. I ended up eating down the street or ordering pizza for the 4 nites I was there. Read more

Good hotel for short term stay near the Pearson Airport, with convenient shuttle service. Not far from good sized malls in Mississauga for a little shopping excursion. Good mix of restaurant types nearby, from fast food to sit in and dine.

At one time, this was a nice hotel. But the facility itself hasn't been cared for in many years. Peeling paint, dirty carpets, the hotel just feels old. The quality of breakfast in the Oasis Cafe is poor at best. As a regular business traveler, I'm used to tolerating a lot in terms of accommodations, but for the rate you are charged - I was staggered […] at the poor showing. The hotel was very nice and the service was great. The area was a little noisy with planes flying in and out. The planes were in clear view of the window and could be a little frightening at times. The breakfast buffet was excellent and made up for the difference. I would stay there again.

This hotel was top notch for bottom dollar. Big flat screen tv, hardwood desk/dresser combo was perfect for laying out lots of work materials. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was very quiet for being right next to the airport. Staff was very friendly.

Got a great deal at hotel.com. The room is beautiful. Love the 24 hr gym facility. And the two water slides were fun. The warm chocolate chip cookies hit the spot. Everything was great until they charged me $102 extra and now, I will have to fight for it.

The lobby area was very nice. We were in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. The hallways had been redone and they looked good. I was clear that this is an older hotel. The room doors were very dated. The hotel was in the process of renovating the elevators. Those that were finished were great. it was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean, there was multiple entrances in case you got stuck in crazy weather. The staff were helpful especially when we were looking for the pool (not the most convenient location). It was reasonably priced. Room service was amazing it was prompt and the food was amazing and they even catered to my dietary needs. What […] I didn't like was it felt like it was on the runway because it is on the flight path of the planes, the parking fees are expensive, not sure if they waive those if you park and stay before your trip. The pool was in an unusual place at the back of the hotel in a back hallway and it was a long journey thru the lobby to find it, with only a few signs telling you where it is. and finally the driveway at the front doesn't take you to the parking you have to go out on the road and pull a u turn or go to the lights to turn around so you can get to the parking entrance. We arrived with our group the night before departure to Cancun. Our room was first booked with Hotels.com for 119 per night. Once arriving, we were told we had to pay 14.00 per day for parking! Hotels.com told us that we didn't have to pay for parking and they spoke directing to Double Tree front desk to verify that Park n' Fly was included, apparently […] it was. Front desk told me there was nothing that they could do and we had to either cancel with Hotels.com for both nights and pay the full hotel rate! If not, we had to keep things as they were and pay 14.00 dollars per day (which would have made it 7 days of parking). The rest of our group booked with a travel agent and received a rate of 124 with parking included. So, while everyone else had their rooms and parking, we ended up having to cancel all reservations and re-book for 141 each night (2 nights). Front desk told me they would call back to try and get us a better rate since we should have stayed with the group but no one ever did. I had to call 3 times for an answer, then finally after going to front desk I booked for 141.00 each night. Then once getting our room, it was very small and full of dust and dirt. There were body hairs and sticky cup rings in the bathroom, plus the cups were dirty with lipstick marks and grime. Overall, we are not impressed. Read more

Was disappointed. Arranged this hotel for friend visiting for business. For the price I was surprised that the rooms were outdated with peeling wallpaper and mold around tub. I would not recommend it. I've had people stay at better priced hotels in much better condition. I'm surprised Hilton would attach their name to this hotel.
