The only thing that we didn't like was the fire alarm going off Thursday night at 10:30pm and then 11:30pm. Then Sunday morning at 3:30am it went off again. We could not get compensated cause we booked through a second party.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have a few very minor complaints: One of the bedside lights was burned out; the light and modem weren't plugged into the wall power outlet; the remote control worked inconsistently on one of the TV's; and there was a bag still hanging in the closet from returned laundry service. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the personnel friendly and efficirant.

Great location, (right downtown), the most amazingly cheerful check-in attendant, wonderful breakfast in the morning, and, oh yes, the utmost professionalism during a fire alarm episode. (Some drunken patron burned some pizza in a microwave in his room and nearly set the hotel on fire at 3:45 am). When the fire department announced the "all clear", the hotel staff escorted the idiot out of the hotel and apologized to every patron that night, going up and down every hallway on every floor. Also, easy access to 65, 70 and 69.

Stayed for the day after the mini marathon, great location, may be one of the least expensive downtown hotels but is very clean, with professional staff, and rooms are sufficiently sized.

New Years even so I am not sure that this is the hotels fault, but had trouble sleeping due to noise level. Not well insulated for noise.

Bad part of the trip, was fire alarm going off at 1:00PM. Not a happy camper. Hotel management was unable to turn it off for over an hour. > Good part, yes the hotel treated use to a free breakfast.
