The hotel staff themselves were generally quite pleasant. Everyone was very friendly. I would like to point out however that the attached restaurant/bar has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

The location is very convenient but that's about it. If you're looking for some romantic getaway you're better off with other options. Go for it if you just want a place to sleep and are the type of person who wants to spend time outside... breakfast is good and location is fantastic, like 10 min walking from the falls. ..

The mattress in room 426 needs to be replaced asap! When my wife and I laid down on the bed we both rolled toward the middle of the mattress because it was so old and used. Also, the room was a handicapped room and we didn't need that. The auto-open door was a safety issue as we couldn't get the door to close for several seconds.

Great location. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Limited parking- we returned from dinner and all the parking spots were taken. We ended up parking in the garage (which was dirty) which was across the street. If you were looking to swim in their indoor pool forget it. The heater was not on and the water was cold. Someone mentioned that the staff was too lazy to turn the heater on. Restaurant chairs were dirty - I don't think the breakfast buffet was worth $10. OK for a overnight stay.

From the outside, the hotel looks a bit disappointing, but inside it's quite nice. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, as it is in easy walking distance to the falls as well as TGI Fridays (oh, you'll go there alright, so don't smirk) and the Seneca Casino (ditto). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shop in the lobby has a number of helpful items, as well as souvenirs. The breakfast deal at Legends is good ($10 buffet), and the bar was fun, with a pool table.

Enjoyed every second. Although a weird layout with weird parking. Very busy for October. Close to the falls for a reasonable price. Nothing fancy but endless coffee and a smoking lounge to keep us out the cold! A+ service! We WILL be staying again!

My bathroom was discussing: The towel to stand on after showering was wet - I assume from the previous occupant, raising the question about how often are the charged. There were MANY long, black hairs on and around the bath, and the anti-slip mat in the bath was not straight, so I lifted to reposition and found the underside was COVERED with blue slime - revolting. Never have I showered so quickly. The onsite restaurant should be a last resort: over cooked foot for dinner and and cold eggs for breakfast, SLOOOOOW staff. Directions to overflow car parking 'optimistic' - "30 or 40 feet from the traffic lights" turned out to be 300 or 400 YARDS, not good when you arrive in a strange town after dark. Couldn't get the internet working on my PC (and I'm an IT guy).

This hotel though very clean just does not feel like a 3 star. The first 2 floors are rented by culinary students and we had drunk screaming students in the halls, though security did take care of it. The pool is cold. Parking limited, though there is free parking a block away and free valet parking. This is a good location for walking distance to the Casino.

It is not what a three start hotel should be. I selected it because of its location, closer to the falls. There are number of reasons why I say this. 1. They say parking is free. but not necessarily at the hotel. They may ask you to park in the central parking garage and they will reimburse you. So while booking this hotel you should consider this. 2. I assumed there will be a microwave in the room. There is no microwave in the room (which they do not claim too). So if you are going with family and wants some food warm up you will have to go downstairs in the common restaurant area. 3. I tried to call front desk for a number of times for assistance but no one answered. When I personally went down and asked if phone is working, the gentleman said that I am alone and busy with customers. They should have some provision to answer in house service calls.

I have been coming to Niagara Falls for many years, and staying at this hotel for about five years now. This was my least favorite stay. The beds were showing their age and my guest and I didn't sleep very well. The pool was filled extremely high of chlorine, so much that it HURT to open your eyes WITHOUT getting in the water. And when I asked the front desk about the levels of chlorine, she said that she could smell it on us, and actually backed away from us and told us, "It's supposed to be that high." It is a decent hotel for a day or two, and you within walking distance of the Falls, but again, this was my least favorite stay at this hotel. I will try the Comfort Inn across the street next year.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the falls. If you stay in this hotel you do not need to worry about paying for parking. Front desk folks were very helpful. However the rooms are much smaller. But it's ok.

I liked the hotel but there was no refrigerator in the room and the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it......it bleached out my swim trunks and was burning both my wife and my eyes......not good at all.....I was very unhappy with that.

The hotel and stay was very convenient. Especially if you love Indian food. There are about 5-6 indian restaurants right around this hotel. they have very little parking, but a garage is right around the corner and the hotel validates it. So no need of paying for parking. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The location of this hotel is perfect. We found parking easily and after we checked in walked straight down to visit the falls. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The hotel itself could use updating but all in all we would recommend it.

its close to the falls and that itself is the biggest advantage. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were nice and clean. Cafeteria could have been a little better but then you get multiple options outside as well. For the breakfast buffet, requested the staff for a bottled water at room temperature (wanted it for my little one.. water is usually served chilled) and the staff went that extra mile to dig it out from the stores. A small but impressive gesture by the staff.

We had a great time. The hotel was close to everything. We were able to walk to the falls or take the trolley all around the area. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The only problem we had with the room (which wasn't a real problem....just a nuisance) was they put us in a handicap room so we had to wait for the door to open and close automatically before we left each time, and the shower wasn't very powerful. Also the wifi wasn't real good. One of the staff helped me get my phone logged on, but most of the time it didn't work. I had to turn OFF wifi in order to get on any websites. They have a really nice restaurant and lounge with a patio so you can eat outside if you want. Order the pizza!! We would definitely stay there again!

I visited the Niagara falls on the Labor Day and I totally enjoyed my stay at the falls in Quality Hotel and Suites for one night. Staff is very friendly and they accepted my concerns, requests which impressed me a lot as compared to the other hotel I stayed in New York on the same weekend. I will definitely consider Quality Hotel and Suites at the Falls for my future stay at the falls. Thanks.

Our family of four with two young boys, ages 8 & 11, had a great experience. Check in was quick and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The boys enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, as well as table tennis and Foosball available in the outdoor courtyard. Our 1st floor room required one flight of stairs and was not accessible by elevator. If that is a concern, I recommend asking for a room accessible by elevator when making reservation. When I inquired about one, the hotel manager came around the counter and pleasantly carried our three large (and heavy!) bags up the stairs and down a long hallway himself. Just two short blocks from the Niagara Falls park entrance, the location is perfect! We parked the car and never moved it during our 4 night visit. A park trolley service is available within the park for a small pass fee (the distance is considerable between some park attractions), however, the walk is very pleasant and worthwhile if you are capable. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a casino. For a quick, VERY inexpensive, but delicious breakfast or lunch sandwich (to go, or tables are available), or for or an ice cream/gelato treat, I HIGHLY recommend Smokin' Joes, diagonally across the street from the hotel restaurant!

We stayed for 2 nights. First night we got to the hotel after about 12 hours drive so we only cared about the beds looking decent and getting some sleep. Next day, I noticed on the bathroom floor a piece of used feminine hygene product. It was behind the door and only visible when you closed the bathroom door from the inside. There were also dried mucus bits around the sink, and various other stains. The corner wall next to the bed was filled with spider webs and I actually caught a big spider on the wall above the bed. I talked to the front desk and complained about the cleanliness issues and was told they would be fixed. No apology or anything, acted like I was disturbing them with my complaints. We went out to see the falls. When we got back to the room, the beds were made and trash picked up but none of the yucky stuff we reported had been touched . The used tampon and the mucus and the cobwebs were still there. Considering how the front desk treated us, we gave up hope that they;ll actually do something about it and just avoided those areas best we could until we could get out of that place, the following morning. It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, and the price matched..the conditions definitely don't! It's very close to the falls, so you pay for the location, and that's all you get. Would never ever go back there!

A short walk to attractions and shopping. Safe free parking. Comfortable room and beds. Friendly desk people and concierge. Pool clean and well- stocked with towels. Outdoor activities are a bonus. Restaurant food was mediocre. Breakfast buffet was cancelled on a Monday morning with no notice due to low registration. Breakfast was ordered off the menu and the service was so slow that our schedule for the day was thrown off causing inconvenience. I would come back to hotel but not use any food services.
