Wonderful location, 200 from niagra falls Prices are medium to the hotel Old furniture and air conditioning is bad There are no services for fine hotel The breakfast need to improveGenuine Expedia guest review
Just terrible. Old, outdated hotel. Worn out furnishings. Dirty rooms (ours smelled like urine). Rude staff. No parking. Valet is a joke. Errors in billing, lots of arguments about incorrect charges on account. Avoid at all costs!!! Only redeeming quality is the location- walking distance to the falls. "Outstanding Room for the Price"
This was a last minute reservation and I am glad we did it. For the price it was a great deal and walking distance from the falls. Breathtaking during the day and beautiful at night when it was lit up.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Overall a great hotel for the money! Walking distance to the Falls, but there is not much around the area besides for souvenir shops. The Restaurant was pretty lacking in atmosphere, but the food was decent. The rooms were clean, but outdated. Parking was very minimal and tight, however there was a valet available if there were no spaces available. […] Ice machines were all broken as well. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convinent to all must-see sights"
The staff was exceptional and ready to help. The free valet parking was very handy and timely. The room was clean however did need some updating and the air conditioning unit although it did work needed a tune up of some sort as it did not keep the room as cool as what the temperature was set at. "I liked it very much"
Out of the 5 hotels I stayed in the last six months, this was the best! The shower head was too simple and poor. The TV guide was not available. Everything else was great. Mirror and sink were out of bathroom and so did not get fogged. Just walking distance from the Falls, but away from sound.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient location"
The hotel is located conveniently close to the falls and the casino. The room is comfortable and was worth the price. The room does not have a refrigerator and I had a bunch of chocolates melting. The parking is a bit of hassle since there is hardly any space. The good part is that they have valet parking at no additional charge.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"didn't get what we paid for!!!!!!"
The hotel it's self wasn't the worst. But we booked the standard 2 Doubles Non Smoking because it is listed to have a jet tub in it but it DOES NOT have the jet tub!!! and when talking to the front desk they wouldn't do anything for us so we called Expedia's customer center and got no where with them. and I just checked and its still listed to have […] a jet tub in the room. So if that something you are looking at it doesn't have it. Also the parking is the worst!!! the hotel tries its hardest to get you to pay to park even though its listed to have free parking. and our hot water wasn't working so we called the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. It didn't take very long for them to come up but they couldn't fix it so we really couldn't use the shower and they didn't try to move us to a different room because they were packed for the weekend. but the place is really clean on the bright side Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

I had to start asking for names of the staff to report to someone. They were kind, helpful, fun and made our girls night in niagarafalls the best ever. Restaurant in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think the floor had seen a vacuum in many many days! "A good choice if location and price are priority"
We stayed 3 nights, and the best thing about the hotel was the pool/hot tub. It was clean and not crowded, so we used it in the morning and the evening. Also liked the free wi-fi and free valet parking service. only minutes from Niagara Falls. Lobby was spacious and staff were friendly. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel had good food, though choices […] were limited. The room was ok - the shower curtain smelled of mildew, and adjuster for the curtains came off on the first night but was never fixed during our stay. Cleaning wasn't properly done, as a paper plate that fell beyond the desk (visible and reachable) was never picked up. Bed was clean and comfortable. It is certainly not a luxury hotel but if location and price are the #1 priority, I'd recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Quality Hotel"
The hotel was very clean and comfy. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel that serves til late at night. The breakfast wasn't great though. A guy at the desk took forever to get someone to valet the car and had a very bad attitude when I asked again if someone could come out and take care of it. There isn't any parking but they do valet the car […] for you and its free. Overall not a bad place at all Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We actually didnt spend that much time in the hotel, we only were there for sleep, The parking is a problem and there is no enough space to park your car, they will freely valet your car though they will have no responsibility for any lost items, the ATM machine should be fixed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hotel Service is very bad"
Their check-in time is 4.00pm and I was not aware of, so reached at 12:00pm. We were travelling after 2 days trip of New York so was very tired and requested them if we can check in bit early. Now here starts the drama. They told me to come around 1:30pm. At 1:30pm they told room is not ready yet will take some more time. At 2:00pm, they told me it […] will take 40-45mins more. I told them ok, I will come back at 3.00pm. At 3.00pm when I asked if the room is ready, the idiot receptionist asked me what was your room number. I provided the details and then he replied sorry it seems it's not ready yet. I was so angry and scolded him like anything. Then he called few numbers and suddenly said your room is ready. Their check out time is 11:00am and they took 5 hrs to make one room ready. Next day, I checked out on time (11.00 am) and requested them to keep my luggage in cloak room as my flight was at 3:00pm. Can you believe..they charged $5 per bag saying they don'y have any space to keep luggage. Very poor service. Even the hotel is poorly maintained. Bathroom door was not closing properly. AC was dusty. I didn't complain them after first day's of experience. I won't recommend this hotel. Only good thing was the location - Very near to state park. But there are many other hotels at the same location. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Fantastic Location"
If you are visiting the American side of the Falls this is a great Hotel. It is within easy walking distance of the park, The Hard Rock Cafe, other Restaurants, The Rainbow Bridge (entrance to Canada) as well as the big Casino. They also have a nice restaurant on site called Legends. We ate there twice and was satisfied with service and the food. The […] only complaint we had was the bed frame was really creaky and seemed broken down. This could have been in just our room... There were signs says "Excuse the dust as we remodel" I did not see signs of remodeling which could be good.... Overall for location and price this place could not be beat. maybe by the time you go the remodel will be done and the creaky beds replaced. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Very little parking"
Review might be a little harsh, but this seemed more like a 2 bit no-name motel along a little traveled road. I believe they were about to be renovating the side we were on, but that doesn't excuse dirty linens, bedspread and the carpeting. Some of the bath towels were folded and wet (you could wring water). I also got a cold while staying there. The […] staff's answer to these concerns were what was amazing - they said "whatever, if you don't like it, stay somewhere else". Also, they don't have near enough parking spaces, and you have to have your car valeted to an unattended parking place - without any kind of security. The Niagra Falls area is nothing like what I remembered from the past - it is more for foreigners than US Citizens. Makes me wonder what is going on, that being a border crossing. "Great Location"
1st of all, if you are flying into Buffalo airport don't take those expensive shuttles or taxis, which could cost you an arm & leg. When you get down to baggage claim go to the info booth and grab the pinkish red Metro flyer with the schedule of the "210" bus. To catch the bus from Buffalo airport, just walk out the doors from baggage claim & exit left. […] Walk a few feet across the corner street, which is where the covered bus stop is. This bus has a stop right next to this hotel. Believe me, it's allot cheaper, which the cost of taking a taxi, you could feed a family of four to a nice restaurant, so don't waste your money on it. The bus ride isn't all that bad, they even have space in the back for your luggage. This hotel is about 0.8 mile walk (15 min) across the rainbow bridge. Clifton Hill is about 1.0 mile walk. There are not many great places to eat at on the New York side unless you like Indian curry type food. The only places we ate at was Denny’s (0.5 mile/10 min. walk) & Hard Rock Cafe (0.4 miles/7 min walk). On the Canadian side there are several places on Clifton Hill (Burger King/Wendy's). TGIF is on Victoria, which is on the top hill of Clifton Hill and left at Victoria. The Skylon Tower is about 1.7 mile walk from the hotel (35 min walk). I really didn't need to exchange American currency to Canadian. Some stores take American dollar and some will add a little to the price if using American dollar. Some may give back Canadian currency as change. We rented a car on the Canadian side, the walk to this place from the hotel is about 2.0 miles (40 min.). 40 minutes may seem long, but when walking through Clifton Hill and Victoria, you lose track of time looking at all the shops & people watching. We drove to Toronto, which is an hour and 30 min. drive. Parking is a bit pricy . The Blue Jay's stadium (Rogers Center) is next door to the CN Tower. They do sell food where you purchase tickets for Maid of the Mist downstairs where they show the movie about Niagar Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs upgrading"
The hotel is conveniently located to the State park, just walking distance so you do not have to drive your vehicle and find /pay parking fee. However, the hotel itself is old and needs some serious upgrading and renovation. There was only one clerk who was on the phone with a customer booking a reservation while we were trying to check in so we had […] to wait until she got through. Our room was so small for 2 adults and 2 kids, just had double beds, the bathroom was so tiny. They made our beds but did not replenish the towels since we were spending 2 nights. They only had tiny bar of soap which again was not replenished as well as a box of Kleenex that was almost empty when we checked in. For the room rate charged, it was way below our expectations. We would have transferred to another hotel but it was late in the evening and we have a toddler with us who was exhausted from the long travel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good price. so-so rooms. Unacceptable service."
The location of the hotel is almost perfect, only a few hundred yards away form the park entrance (2~3 minutes walk). The in-hotel restaurant is a little expensive for the food provided. And that's it for the good side. Now the complaints: The people at the front desk made me feel like I was someone they didn't even want to look at or speak to. The […] lady was making phone calls to her friend when I approached and she kept talking for 3 minutes before she took my questions. The guy gave me a very cold face when I said "excuse me". I never had such experience during my travels in the US. The room smelled bad. I was about 100% sure that there was a dog in the room and it was not thoroughly cleaned after that. "Good for a Short Stay"
We were in this area for a wedding (that was at the Niagra Conference Center, right across the street). For the purpose, this was a good hotel. Room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it fit the bill for a short stay. Several downsides, there are about 20-25 parking spaces outside - and when they're gone, you have to valet (or hunt for another […] spot) - street parking is between 1 and 2 hours. Their breakfast buffet really didn't look that good (it's $10) and the front desk directed me to another place (I had a car, and it was about 1.5 miles away), the "Why" Cafe. Really good and cheap food, so it ended up being a great recommendation (cash only). One odd thing about the room - the bathroom did not have any sort of fan, which is an inconvenience. There was no view (unless you count exhaust units), but again - a view wasn't needed for our trip. This location was also really close to the Conference Center, and not far from the falls. The CA border was within walking distance. Again, good for a short stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
