"Very disappointed stay"
The room was freezing cold even with the radiators on and the bed was like lay on a brick.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to shopping"
I and my friends were really happy with this Hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, I would have liked free wifi, €i0 for 24 hours was a bit too steep a price, especially if you were staying a few days, but, that was the only negative I would have about this Hotel. It was so convenient to shops. Food was excellent too, I would definitely recommend […] Jury's Inn, Cork and will be back. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
No Parking , Only 1 Disabled Spot Which Was Taken, Rooms very basis, Homeless Hostel right next door with a woman lying on the street outside and a man earlier in the evening, not safe if traveling on your ownGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Absolute great overall experience, only thing was that our rubbish was not emptiedGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was not easy to find the hotel in the rain and in the dark. When I phoned the hotel, being lost in Cork, the instructions were not very clear and to find parking was also a problem. There was dust next to the bed near the bathroom wall. Also the room could have done was some paint. Using the stairs, the view of the back yard was quite messy.Genuine Expedia guest review
very nice hotel, staff were very helpful, nothing was any trouble for them to resolve from extra towels to booking taxis. during our stay we encountered travel disruption due to weather, the staff again helped out with travel information and adviceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We found the refurbished bedroom to be very nicely done. New windows make rooms quieter, bathrooms are well finished.Genuine Expedia guest review
"quick efficent service ideal for disabled"
Hotel is just of the main centre of town and although busy, rooms on the River have a good view,Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Lovely clean hotel, friendly and very accommodating staff, very good value for a city break. Only problem was the hotel parking was full so we had to park a bit away from hotel. Parking was validated by hotel though.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Should be at least a 4 star hotel"
Hotel has been newly renovated. Very modern and clean. Excellent location just 5 minutes walk into the main city centre. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for the breakfast on one of the mornings and this had a good selection and all you can eat. Would definitely recommend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location wonderful staff"
We had a Saturday overnight stay. We arrived late about 8.30. The woman on reception was very welcoming and efficient. She found a room suitable for us without fuss. We were both tired and had planned to go out to dine. However the menu for the restaurant in the hotel looked good so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. There was a […] good selection for vegetarians. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious and good value at 10€. Again the staff were attentive and pleasant. The location was good and the only down was the lack of a car parking space. The security staff ensured that the noise for a fairly full hotel was at a minimum. I would have no problem recommending this hotel for value and especially for the staff. . Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient central hotel"
The hotel is very well located, close to city center, shops and restaurant. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
Good location and very nice Staff members available and helpful. Bedroom was spacious and bed very comfortable. The full breakfast price is high compare to the food choice but the quality was enough to be not disappointed. in the city center, we could expect better place. I recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Business in Cork"
Stayed here a few times parking is first come basis for about 20 spaces then it is pay for street parking, which is inconvenient and can be hard to find a space. They also charge for wifi which I have paid for in the past but so many other hotels I stay in do not charge so this is a turn off for this hotel. Also the menu isn't as good as before and […] some cracked tiles in the bathroom means the hotel is in need of a makeover. On the plus side it is in a handy location for getting out around Cork for work. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
2 min walk from bus stop, 4 min walk to st Patrick street(city centre). Beds were hard as rock, staff not overly friendly.Bar was great, wonderful food. Great location: sleep was hard to enjoy because of beds . Otherwise budget friendly and clean.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very good value"
Overall the stay was pleasant. We needed a room at the last minute and this was very affordable and convenient. We booked a three-person room but there were only enough towels for 2, the shower curtain should be given a deep-clean or replaced and the double bed dipped in the middle so the mattress should probably be replaced. All that said, it did the […] job for the night and the location is wonderful. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"convienient for city and shopping,"
Room was very comfortable, staff very friendly and accomodating, however room overlooked traffic junction which was noisy in the morning, ask for a room at back of hotel if you require a sleep in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was fine but nothing extra, staff were not helpful particularly reception and restauraunt staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"City centre hotel, close to all amenities"
On corner of busy cross roads. Some noise from traffic. Despite some reports we received free WiFi having booked and paid for a superior room months earlier. Also fortunate to obtain free parking at rear of hotel especially as we both have disabilities. Hotel served our purpose being a stop over on tour of Ireland but would think twice before using […] again in view of it's site, parking limitations and traffic noise. "Good location, simple, no frills."
Fine. Advance info about car parking or details on the site would help. Ended up parking nearby when there was a carpark at the rear of the hotel which would have been free. My bad I guess. Should have checked first. That aside, this is fine for a stopover when all you need is a bed for the night and food. Close to everything. Rooms are basic enough […] but clean. "very closed to Cork Centre and bus station"
I stayed only one night, I cannot tell so muche, but in very good position to visit cork and to reach airport and bus stationGenuine Expedia guest review
A reasonable hotel, part of a big chain. Good position, overlooking the river and 10 minutes walk into town, or 5 minutes to the bus station, 15 minutes to the train station. Car parking was about 5 minutes walk away though. Buffet breakfast was OK. Lots of good places to eat and drink in Cork, which is a very nice town. Very friendly and helpful r […] eceptionists. Sofa bed in family room was a bit ramshackle. Otherwise good, no complaints. Stayed over a bank holiday weekend when the hotel was full and everything went like clockwork. This hotel only has about a dozen parking places, so you might need to use on-street parking or pay for overnight parking elsewhere.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Could do better"
It was okay. But I was very disappointed to find that the waste bin in my bathroom had not been emptied after the previous occupant. Admittedly I didn't report it until I was checking out the following morning. It did nonetheless put me off.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Visting friends and exploring cork city..."
Hotel was right beside the shopping area, boardwalk lots of fab restaurants. Very close to everything really, gallery etc. The thing I would change would be to have air conditioning... The rooms were very warm at night time but it was impossible to leave window open with the noise from the traffic outside. My dad is 82 and he would have no complains […] love everything about the Hotel it was spotless and the bar was very modern along with very good value for his full irish breakfast…. "close to city centre"
Enjoyed our stay, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great for shopping and would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff were excellent. Meals lovely. Location was very central, easy to get to other places. I would definitely stay at Jurys (Cork) again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location at the heart of the city"
Had a nice stay. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Short walk into city centre.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location. Staff very good. Very nice room. Unfortunately we were woken early by commuter traffic.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Hotel to Stay"
I would recommend breakfast should have more choices for the price charged. Plus at the stroke of 10am staff starts clearing even if guests comes at 9.45 am and not completed their meal. This needs to be corrected by Hotel Management and staff should be trained accordinglyGenuine Expedia guest review
Always enjoy Jurys Inn Cork has a homely feel by the Quay and Bus Station. Breakfast is great. Added bonus now can access wifi in room for small fee. Often do great promo rates. Reception always great & always busyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Handy to Transport"
Quite warm night with no fan. Open window for breeze also let in constant traffic noise. Only winter duvet on bed so had to request a sheet which was promptly provided. Convenient location to Air Coach.Genuine Expedia guest review
"close to the event we were attending."
Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. The staff on reception when we checked in was so friendly. Thank you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Generally clean and comfortable. A little tired in some places, with some plaster falling off the wall and a wobbly windowsill. Nice and centrally located for Cork city centre.Genuine Expedia guest review
Not worth a stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms are basic but are clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the town centre which is handy for shopping, going out etc. There is a lack of car-park spaces and I ended up having to pay €18 to park in the nearby car-park.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Main Street"
Good rate, one of the nices Jury's I've stayed in and in a good location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A sleepless night due to traffic noise"
Despite friendly and helpful staff, I'll never stay here again. The hotel is built on the main route in and out of the city centre, and so I was kept up all night long with bus and cargo traffic revving outside my window.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"No frills hotel"
This hotel was quite unremarkable, it did the job but I dont think I would stay there again. The man at the front desk answered the phone while he was checking us in and left us waiting. Very rude.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"the 4th floor vibrates"
the entire 4th floor was vibrating for some reason that nobody could explain. The staff were as accommodating as they could be and arranged another room on a lower floor but it's hardly an acceptable scenario for the hotel to preside over.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
perfect for a weekend in the cityGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"In need of a refurb!"
The hotel is a little 'tired'. The window of my room had a lot of mould around it on the inside and the bathroom needs a bit of a refurb. The location to the city centre is good however, if you are a nervous traveller or, holidaying alone, you need to be aware that there is a homeless shelter to the rear of the hotel and there are a few people from […] the shelter sitting on the quayside each day. They are not threatening in any way, but if you are unsure you may want to avoid this area of Cork. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Long queue to check in"
Stayed recently at this hotel - managed to park in street outside hotel but as it was six o clock had to pay 2 euro for the period until 6.30. It's a shame hotel cannot give you tickets for this period as the hotel car park is so small. I arrived at same time a large party was checking in and there was only one other staff member checking in staff so […] quite a wait.
