Hotel room was beyond the description of filthy. Crud on the light switch. Heavy stench of urine. Blanket had cigarette burns. Bathroom door coated with crud. Wished I'd had a rubber glove to use when operating the remote. Simply foul.

Hotel location is convenient and lots of parking space, but not satisfied with the room and the bed, you only get one pillow and the towels are hard like sand paper hope that they can change that.

Tv should be replaced. Junk securty cars should be removed from the back. Card access lock for back entrance needs to be replaced. Young Afr-Am. Nite clerk enthusiastic & helpful. Bed soft with a valley.

It is an antiquated hotel, but comfortable and clean. Just some blocks from the soundtrain. The wifi signal sucked, as well as the breakfast, but that is typical of all rodeways, just an orange juice and a muffin.

Great price compared to all others. Small hotel, kind of like its getting pushed out by the other big sourrounding hotels. The room was very clean, out dated but clean. I did not mind the little noise from the airport. It was muffled by the tall hotels around it. We stayed here to be closer to SEA-TAC for a 6 am flight to Chicago. We were looking for a place convenient to the airport as we came in late at night and were departing early in the AM. The location being so close to the airport/light rail and the free shuttle was really the only good part of this hotel. The surrounding neighborhood was very sketchy, we passed numerous shady people on the short walk from the light rail, […] including some women hardly-dressed on the corner. The hotel was run-down and truly not the cleanest. The message light on our phone never went off even after calling down. My room was awful and the room was dirty. I had to call the front desk and ask them if they had a housekeeper to vacuum the floor. There was a peice of dried bread on the floor.

This was a really creepy place to stay. I cancelled our return reservation as soon as I saw our room - tiny, no amenities, located behind all the other hotels ( I certainly wouldn't walk around in that neighborhood!) and just not clean looking. Awful experience!

Clean room, comfortable bed and good service to and from the airport. Room was quiet and perfect for an inexpensive overnight. Like that there was a computer available to print a boarding pass. Service was friendly.

I stayed at the Rodeway Inn for a convention being held at the Holiday Inn right next door. The condition of the hotel was pretty much what I expected based on the low price in comparison to the surrounding hotels. I really only needed a room to lay my head down at night and relax in at some points in the day. That being said, I was displeased to find […] that my non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The free continental breakfast included two types of cereal, orange juice, coffee, toast, or super sugary muffins. No real house-keeping service aside from taking out trash and refilling the toilet paper. Good for the price if you just need a place to lay your head, but if you want a very comfortable hotel I would look elsewhere. Read more

The hotel is very conveniently located across from the airport and the light rail which gets you downtown very efficiently. The hotel staff was Ok, they weren't rude but they weren't overly friendly either. Would I stay here again? Perhaps.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the shuttle service was prompt and on time. Liked the easy access to the airport. While far from fancy and lacking amenities, for an overnight between flights it was perfect.

We reserved a room through a dot.com site for hotels. The lady their said it had a 3.7 out of 5 rating. I checked their website. The pics are deceiving. The place is a run down dump. Our room was not clean. One of the bedsheets had not been changed and there was a dirty towel on one of the chairs. We changed rooms. It was clean, the bed was ok, but […] the place is just in need of a serious overhaul. We didn't eat their but there breakfast area is tiny (2 little talbes) and in the lobby by the front desk! It had bread and 1 or 2 kinds of cereal. What a joke. Yes it's by the airport and the front desk lady was pleasant. Will we stay there again? No. My wife would divorce me. Hotel was adequate for the price. Continental breakfast was poor....Room could have been cleaner...bathroom door was dirty, etc. Location & price were good. For the price it was what I would have expected, but cleanliness could have been better.

Cheap and close to the water for those taking the ferries, but old with no A/C (it was in the mid 80's the day we were there. You get what you pay for. We noticed too many other hotels with vacancies there--wouldn't stay there again.

Won't stay there again. Arrived at midnight with full-size luggage. Found inaccurate rates (Hotels.com error) and then had to lug everything up a flight of stairs (no elevator). They did provide a cot for our 5th person very quickly upon arrival.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The sheets were ripped and dirty. The room I had was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like smoke (which was great for my asthma!). The top sheet had burn holes in it. And, I know it is a "pet-friendly" place, but did the lobby need to smell like a litter box? I don't think so. The only nice thing about […] it: When I complained to the staff about the ripped/dirty sheets (because I didn't want to be charged as if it were my fault), both staff members told me, "Don't worry about it. The door to our room would not shut tight. We forced the bolt lock to shut it, but in the morning we found it was not shut. The toilet would not flush.

The hotel needs to be renovated. If you are ok with low budget hotels with stagnate air then go for it. If you need something close to the airport and your not staying for an extended period of time then it would be ok. Nothing I would recommend.
