We were afraid we were going to be disappointed since we booked last minute for homecoming weekend, but the rate was great and it was super easy to get downtown. Room was spacious, had a suite so had a fridge & microwave. Service was a bit slow, our toilet broke and we eventually had to find a housekeeping person to fix it since the front desk never sent a maintanence guy. We would definitely stay here again.

"Pay for what you get..."

The hotel was not great, but you can't expect much for the price that I paid to get the King Suite. The sofa in the room was pretty filthy, but it was much better when you pulled out the matress. Not very close to downtown Madison, but very close to the highway if you need to get in and out easily. For the price I paid, I would stay here again, but not if I were charged more.

It took a little while to find the hotel, but it was worth it. The breakfast was excellent & the price was great. There was a tear in the rug in the room, and that was the only negative. Would stay again.

everything was fine with the room, it was clean. I love that the hotel had a fridge and a microwave in every room. I was dissapointed that there were no in room movies to order even though it is advertised.

The hotel and room were great for the amount of money we spent. The hotel was really busy, but we never heard our neighbors while in our room. The only problem we had was the bed was not that comfortable, but fine for a weekend stay. I will definitely be going back to this hotel and taking guests with me! I have stayed in other hotels in the are and this one far exceeds those.

"Nice Hotel-Would Stay Again-Ask If Sign Is Changed Yet"

The hotel was being changed over from another brand so it was a little tough to find. Check in was slow. There was a group of people that must not have had reservations in front of me so it took a good half hour to check in. It was around 5:00 when I checked in so their hospitality was open which made the check in easier. Free beer is always good. It is a couple hundred yards from a casino (all slots). Breakfast had hot items as well as cold. Room was comfortable with good internet.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint is a minor one and that is the workout machines did not work very well. Other than that everything was outstanding.

I chose this hotel for the location - being on the most southeast end of Madison. This did serve our purpose of wanting to get up and not deal with any traffic and be right on I39 going south into Illinois. The only negative was that if you wanted to go eat anywhere - you had to drive a bit. There didn't seem to be much nearby. The room was mostly clean, except the couch in the room, I wouldn't have sat or put anything on that. (I had the king bed room). The pillows were comfy. The comforter was the "hotel floral" - which to me is a little outdated. The continental breakfast was very good though. Overall I could see myself staying again for it's convenience, I would just probably try and eat before checking in.

Nice hotel. Neat and clean. It is located a little far out of town for my taste, but visiting Madison generally involves a fair amount of driving anyway. The hotel did charge me again after I had already paid Hotels.com. That's not cool.

The hotel got all of the rooms mixed up. We wanted a nonsmoking room but ended up with a smoking, which ended up being the only downside of our stay. We got upgraded to a suite for the same price as a regular room. Thought it was great that the pool and fitness room were open 24 hours.

We had a great stay here. It is a little ways from downtown, but it is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Plus it is really easy to just hop on the beltline and get to a restaurant or shopping that is close. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The 24-hour pool is excellent, and very warm. The pool was perfect. The hot tub was a little on the hot side, but it was nice once you got used to it. I would definatly reccommend it as long as being right downtown is not that important to you.

the folks at hotels were unable to tell me how close this hotel was to my ultimate destinatiob, Verons, WI. They had no listings in Verona yet I passed many closer places.

Pool is open 24/7, which is great for going to the game and taking a dip later, before bed. The continental breakfast was very nice, the staff very efficient. Location is close to the mall, just a short drive to the campus. The familiar places to eat close to the mall. The hotel right off the interstate. Rooms aren't lavish, but the beds are comfortable. Good value for the money.

This was a great hotel but it is really far away from anything else including restaurants and entertainment venues other than a casino. I would recommend it as a great value for the money but would say that if you are coming to Madison to enjoy the city, this would not be the recommended hotel for that purpose. Also, the fitness facility leaves much to be desired.

This is a nice hotel, especially for the money. The room with two double beds had a small refrigerator and microwave and a very nice bathroom with lots of space in the room. The only negative item, at all, was that the air conditioner blows out directly onto the closest bed. One can cover part of the unit to take care of this but the hotel might consider a deflector to remedy this, also.

You need to know exactly where you're going in order to find this hotel. The desk clerk was no help whatsoever, this was very frustrating. I had a non-smoking room that had clearly been used as smoking at one time, as the air-freshener was almost too overwhelming. Other than that, it was a standard hotel.

For the most part the hotel was nice. We had picked this hotel for it's proximity to the highway and because it had a whirlpool in the swimming area. We were very disappointed to find out upon arrival that the whirlpool was closed for the weekend. For the price we paid, I feel they should ensure all the emenities are available as advertised.
