The room was adequate, but the TV service was only Analog-so not a lot of channels were provided. They have 6 different 3 story buildings. We only had a few stairs to our ground floor room (about 5 steps). We did not hear any noises-we had a room in building 5-so it was far from the pool. There was only my husband and myself-so we did not care that […] we were not near the pool-it was a nice pool setup. The breakfast was not plentiful-had cold cereal, oatmeal packages to mix with hot water, fruit, juices, bread, and bagels. One of the ice machines on the second floor didn't work, the remaining ice machine couldn't keep up with the demand. There were 5 ladies in our group. We were attending the Apostolic Ladies Convention. Our stay was extended 1 more day to have more time to enjoy Branson. The motel room was very clean. The advertised hot tub was closed for the season (in early October). The most egregious fault, however, was the poor maintenance of the room. The light fixture in the shower room as well as the tub escutcheon were dangling and there was obvious mold between the shower tiles. We will not return there.

We had a king-size bed. The sheets had a blood stain on the bottom sheet and there was also a hair there. We also saw three bugs. Very disappointed. Never experienced this in Branson before.....there was not a refrigerator in the room either.

We got to the room at 8:30 PM and it didn't have any air on and was very hot. We left and were gone for around and hour and when we got back it was still hot. It didn't cool down until around 230 in the morning. Wasn't a good nights sleep.

Located very close to White Water; in a location easy to get in and out of. Couldnt check in until 3 so left wandering around in the heat, until a room was available. 3 hot tubs, but only 1 was functioning. The room itself was comfortable; very basic, clean, small. I would stay again for a short visit. Wouldn't plan to stay more than 2 days though.

The wifi was horrible, the tv and stations were terrible. The ice machine broken the first two days and then "supposdly" being cleaned so you had to go to the main office for ice. The parking was terrible!! We were in Building 4, our car sat at a 90 angle and it was nerve racking to get out of the parking lot. In short, we couldn't wait to go home! The hotel was seedy and moldy in every nook and cranny. Our air conditioner leaked and made our room smell awful. We asked them to look at it and they said that the room was not even supposed to go on the market! When we ordered a roll-away bed, it took at least two hours to arrive (at which point it was after […] 11 pm!). The bed was too large to set up at any place in the room and to top it all off, it was missing a wheel so we couldn't have used it if we wanted to. There were 5 of us altogether. We asked for a roll-a-way bed and they did not have it in the room. We waited for the linens for it. The other two bed linens did not fit the beds. The sheets were not big enough to tuck under the mattress and kept wrinkling up as you lay in the bed-- by morning I was sleeping on the mattress which was old. We got a good deal on the room but you get what you pay for. The TV kept going fuzzy and turning off, the room would not be dark, the drapes wouldnt allow it. We paid $10 a night for a frig, it didnt get cold until the last day. They did refund that cost. The workers were nice. Room clean.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed at many hotels. The front desk clerk was very rude upon checking in. Our room was in desperate need of repairs/updating. The bathroom had mildew growing on the tiles, the countertops were dirty, the carpeting wasn't vacuumed, and the number sign on the door was falling off. We requested a […] refrigerator BEFORE check-in (for medical reasons), and didn't receive it until the next day when we were checking out. The parking lots are dimly lit and it's confusing to navigate through their 6 building complex. Internet access comes and goes and is very slow. You'd be better off connecting to a surrounding free wi-fi access point. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the linens are just flat sheets tucked inbetween the mattresses, so they come up VERY easily. Overall if you're just looking for a place to sleep then by all means this is your hotel. But if you're planning to spend some time unwinding in the room after exploring the city for the day then look elsewhere. This isn't a comfortable hotel whatsoever. Read more
