Huge room with a king size bed and large workspace made this the ideal local hotel stay when my house had water damage. No breakfast but with WalMart and three restaurants right across the street, food is no problem.

Stayed in a very clean, comfortable Superior King with fridge and micro for the lowest rate in the El Paso Westside while my house dried out from a water problem. Right across the street from WalMart so very easy to stock up on whatever is needed. This hotel is newly renovated and 100% non-smoking. No frills like breakfast, but for the price, who cares?

my room was already booked and they still gave me the keys for that room, I got in and there was people already sleeping in the beds, I had to apologize (even though I paid for the room) and had to go back to the help desk. I asked to speak to the manager but they told me he/she was not working that day until next morning. I left my information at the front desk so I could be contacted. I went back to my "new" room and tried to sleep after driving all day. I was not able to sleep at all just thinking that they might do the same mistake and some random people would show up to my room. It was horrible having that feeling. Next day I tried to speak to the manager but he/she had not arrived yet. I left my information again to be contacted but nobody has ever called. My experience was a total disappointment.

In the description it read "completely remodeled in 2012" which in my opinion was false. The sink was all scratched and dark around the drain, the bathroom door had a repair in it, the carpet was stained in several places, and the "security" latch was obviously loose.

My room smelled like body odor. I had to go buy a can of febreeze and thy still didn't take the smell away. I would have told the staff but they were never at the front desk. There was no hair dryer, the toilet and tub weren't clean. The carpet was so gross that I wore my shoes the whole time. Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but definitely close. But i will say that the bed was comfy.

The first night there was comfortable ..... The second night was different. The bedding smelled of smoke. It is a non smoking hotel but it stunk.

This is a decent hotel for the price and easily reached from the interstate. The building is older but the room was large and well-furnished. For the one or two night stay, it is very good. I would not recommend it if you were having to stay for several days as it is shy on some amenities.

Their customer service is FANTASTIC. We accidentally left an electric razor plugged into the wall of our room. Not only did they locate it, but they called us all the way in Mexico where we live, and offered to send it by mail. Ivan, who was at the desk when I called, offered to take it to the post office in his OFF hours and make sure we got it promptly. He then called us numerous times to give us updates on the situation. We will be staying here again! Thank you, Ivan!!

I found the room to be a little tired; the lining on the tub was caulked poorly and the paint job around the key holes created a foreboding feeling. The paint job was sloppy. Fortunately the rooms were nicer than anticipated though not the nicest red roof I have ever stayed at.

We arrived to take a shower ! And in the middle of it ! They shut the water down cause a pluming issue! Wife was left with shampoo ! And an hour later we get a warming in the middle of the night ! Woke us up ! No water and a real bad security door won't stay there again

The room was ok. If you are not picky and need something affordable, this is a good place to stay. I feel it could have been a bit cleaner- Carpet needed more detailed vacuuming. Bathrooms need to be updated big time. The shower has this weird color background that makes it look yellowy (But its clean). The front desk was great. VERY polite and helpful. I liked the location- it right by the highway and mall. Overall, I got what I paid for.

I guess you get what you pay for. This place was not the greatest and the cleanist. I was afraid to take my socks off. Location was good lots of places to eat that you could walk to. Would not stay there again

This is one of the dirties hotel I stayed in....I had their deluxe room and trust me there was nothing deluxe about it....it had a king bed but in such a poor condition that none of us could sleep an ounce...the carpet...wow..disgusting..black...check in and checkout was easy ...and the hotel is located in a convinient place. But there are plenty of other places around it..so I will not stay here again...I will go with other hotels...my rate was $63/night...which is outrageous for the quality..

This was the halfway stop for our trip from Texas to Los Angeles. We just wanted a place to get a good nights rest before getting back on I-10. This is a budget hotel. It's clean, has average comfort beds and the shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. The location is great. Plenty of restaurants close by. I'd stay here again.

First of all when I arrived it was like I inconvenienced them trying to check in. The front desk lady delores was so rude. My room wasnt ready at three o clock and had to wait in my car with three kids for an.hour. no Wi-Fi in my room. There was gigantic holes in the ceilings of the third floor. Loud banging all night long from follow guests. A terrible smell. No breakfast was served like stated. No organization from the front desk. Everyone should be fired. Never stay there again.

Not a bad spt to crash. Wall mart across the street, Chilli's across the street, right next to the freeway. Desk staff was great and helped me find a nearby place to watch a fight. Check-in/out fast and easy. NOt the fanciest but for the price, as good as can be expected.

I had to keep extending as this was for my husband's hospital procedure. They were very accomodating. The room was good for the money. The staff very helpful when asked. The cleaning crew tended to smoke outside the rooms they were cleaning so there seemed to be a smoke smell most of the time when exiting your room. Not in the room though. This was ground floor. I'll stay there again.

The room was very dirty and the guy at the the front desk told us we had to take it up with the manager the next day instead of giving us a new room. The manager did say he was very sorry that happened and made the rest of our stay fine

There was no hot water in the sink. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was noisy. The drapery had cigarette holes in them. For a no-smoking establishment it smelled nasty. Will never stay at this establishment again.

It was low priced and we were concerned about the homeless person in the lobby. The person at the service desk allowed us to check in early. That was great!!! Beds were super small but we were tired. We won the horse race and enjoyed the visit.

My overall stay was average, but at checkin the person attending the front desk was not at all friendly. Did not say "hi" or "how can i help you". Made us feel more like a bother to him than anything else. Wouldn't want to stay at this location again.
