Excellent hotel for adults. Better location than Hamilton could ever offer. Great town. Would not recommend to families with unmanageable children as a curtesy to the other guests--this is a B&B environment.

This place is great if you will appreciate its homey feel at the heart of St. George's historic district. The furnishings are very comfortable with cedar chests for clothing and fold out cots available for the double queen room. This hotel is bare bones. There was no hair dryer (you needed to ask for one), one single electrical outlet in the bathroom so I couldn't plug in my night light, no iron, no HOT WATER. The hotel is not the newest on the island, but what it lacks in modernity it makes up for in service and reasonable prices - you get a great shower/jet bath, hundreds of TV channels, and a quiet private space a block away from the pretty, quaint town square of St. George (lots of cute shops and great dockside restaurants). Please note that taxis to beaches are very expensive in Bermuda and this is at least $40 away from horseshoe beach - BUT given the cost, you will still save a lot money when compared to the bigger places in Hamilton etc.... I had a pleasant stay at the Aunt Nea's Inn. Good location, clean room with basic needs: A/C, flat screen satellite TV, phone, queen size canopy bed, loveseat, chair, desktop, clean bathroom with hot shower. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator by the lounge area on ground floor. Nice balcony upstairs to overlook front entrance and garden.They […] provide coffee, tea, milk and oranges and apples. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, sold me bus tickets, ordered Chinese food, gave me some reading brochures and hints of how to get to places, where to eat, etc. Keep in mind that this is a "moderated price" and modest place and don't expect luxury, modern equipped rooms with all kinds of and other amenities and services. The Inn is a beautiful, historical building in peaceful St. George's. We loved staying here and recommend staying in the royal palm suite. The sunrise from the balcony is beautiful and complimentary coffee and tea are a great extra. The front desk staff does leave at 2 pm and only arrives at 7:30 am every day so that may be a problem for some (though […] they prepare everything so you can do self-check in and are very accommodating (e.g. letting us store our bags until evening our last day and just letting us leave our key after we picked it up). The front desk also did not have accurate opening and closing times for some attractions but there's free internet so if you're willing to google it yourself or kindly ask the staff to call ahead and double check you'll be fine. This is not a hotel, not a motel, not an inn, this is worst. The pictures dont reflect the reality. The bed sheets are dirty, the towels are dirty, the toilet leaked and didnt work during our stay. When toilet paper went out, we had to buy our own as no one worked there at all.

I arrived about 3:30 which apparently was "after hours" as no one was at the desk. Instead my envelope and room keys were in a mailbox on the outside of the hotel. I get to the room and there's no water. Period. No flushing, nothing. I had to track down someone to get them to turn it on. My room was not cleaned the next day. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms, which was very small. Simple things could have made this a better experience. There were missing or burnt out light bulbs. All light sconces on the ceiling fan were missing. No breakfast is provided here, in our definition of breakfast. A bowl of apples and oranges was set out each morning, that is all. The window […] a/c is a foot from the bed, so one side of you froze while the other was sweaty. There is quite a bit of deferred maintenance here. We have stayed in other bed and breakfasts before, and this is nowhere close to what we expected. The owners are very nice, but for what the room cost was (we paid for all 5 nights in advance, so going somewhere else was not an option) we can get nice and a decent facility elsewhere. After spending that much time on Bermuda, there are lots of places to choose from. We wouldn't recommend this one. Read more

If you're looking for a four-star hotel with all the amenities...don't choose Aunt Nea's. This place is more like staying in the house of an old friend. I checked in on August 23 to a small but pretty room on the second of two levels with an antique four-poster bed, Jacuzzi shower, toilet room, and DirectTV which gets all the NYC channels plus some […] Bermuda channels and basic cable. The floor was tile, which I appreciated--nicer to walk on in hot summer months than carpet. The bed and Jacuzzi were both very comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. The grounds are reasonably well-kept, again like someone's back yard, and there are tables and chairs on the lawn if you care to enjoy a drink or snack outside, or just relax. I didn't see any public computers, not did I bring my own, so I do not know if there is WiFi access. There was no microwave in my room, but there was a small refrig, so I brought wine, cheese, bread, and fruit back to the room and had a nice cold meal. In the morning, I was was greeeted in the great room by Rachel, the desk clerk and native Guyanian who has now lived in Bermuda about 22 years (don't worry, she speaks English). We had a pleasant conversation. They put out coffee, tea, fruit, and granola bars for breakfast, which is fine with me; I don't need a full hot breakfast every day. As long as there's unlimited coffee! (lol) Rachel is knowledgeable about the island and can tell you how to get most anywhere by bus or ferry, plus tips on shopping and restaurants. There is also a rack with brochures on most of the island attractions. You can walk to the shopping in St George's, as well as the ferry if you need to go to Hamilton or King's Wharf. There is a small grocery store nearby with the basics plus a lot of items imported from Britain if you want to bring food back to the room. Read more

Charming and quaint with a comfortable room for the rate. A true British B&B. Each room has a differnet layout and decor. The room we had was smaller but we did not request a larger room on purpose. We had a huge tub and shower combination that was very nice to soak into at night. Grounds are well kept and Skyee the dog was amiable. Staff is only on […] site in the morning, so if you need something the first afternoon you arrive be sure to call them to advise prior to your arrival. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. The breakfast provided is sparse; coffee, tea, whole fruit and granola bar. We had a refrigerator put in our room and purchased foods from the local store for our snacks and breakfast. As the restaurants in the town of St. George's does not serve food after 9:30pm. Read more
