Every single thing was perfect - from valet to room service!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location was good if you want to be in a completely tourist area. The hotel staff was mediocre at best and not very helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
The location was great but a little pricey, 5 minute walk to little Italy and practically one minute walk to Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market. Evenings were never boring, lots of people walking around Quincy Market, shops, restaurants, jugglers and magicians. Little Italy, flocks of people walking up and downs the streets, pastry shops, bars, restaurants, […] bakery.....fun. We bought a three day ticket ($47.00) for the hop on/off which took us around the city. 15 Minutes from down-town about more or less $10 dollars by taxi. Over all a great time and an interesting city. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We had a nice stay. The room was clean. It was on the second floor and the street noise was noticeable. I would definitely recommend asking for a higher floor. It is a busy area. We were going to a concert at TD garden and dinner in the North End, so it was a very convenient.Genuine Expedia guest review

"When in Boston"
First time there, and would stay there again. They upgraded us to a room with a view and balcony which was great during the day, but being on the second floor, at night when the bars closed . . . But that wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. Location can't be beat.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
For our first trip to Boston this hotel was perfect. Easy to get anywhere. Close to restaurants, harbor and public transportation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed one night. It was a great location. Very classy feel as you walk in. Aquarium is walking distance. Several pubs on same block. Room was wonderful. Breakfast was good but pricey. Very happy we stayed there.Genuine Expedia guest review
Couldn't get a double bed. The entrance to our room was opposite a large glass wall overlooking the entrance. No privacy at all. There's no view to speak of. Room service (extra pillow) took an hour+. You had to pay $42 to park your car. The towels were coarse. The shower however was perfect. The neighborhood is nice. The hotel could use a lot more […] consideration. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Room 228 overlooked an alley. Dump truck came about 3 am. Bums in alley. Workers from nightclub talking until 4 am. Location of hotel was great. Special thanks to Gabriel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location, Clean, and Comfortable"
I went on this trip with my teenage daughter and wanted someplace we felt safe enough to walk around even in the evenings and could easily find food or places to be. This place fit that perfectly. We were very happy how close this hotel was to Faneuil Hall and how convenient it was to get from the hotel to anywhere in the city via the subway system. […] The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable; we have indoor allergies and they weren't bothered at all in this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel, friendly staff, a perfect location in walking distance to all the famous sights and across the road from Quincy MarketGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Location is perfect, lots and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was clean, comfortable and mostly pretty quiet. One minor issue was that the maids came every morning before 9:00 AM to clean the room. When the 'Privacy Please' card was on the door they would slide a note card under the door that said they had tried to clean the […] room and it was up to us to call Housekeeping and set up a time. Then there was no way to call Housekeeping, so we had to call or stop by the front desk and let them know we were leaving. 9 seemed a little early to expect people to be out of the room. "Great Place to Stay in North End"

this is in a great location. The front desk was great, umbrellas when needed. The bartender made a great martini and we met some very nice people staying over.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Smack dab in the middle of the action"
The location can't be beat. Directly across the street from Faneuil Hall/ Quincy Market, and two blocks to the Aquarium and boats. Restaurants are everywhere. A street market sets up on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, (directly under the front rooms) with fresh fruit and veggies. So it's a fun, busy, active area. The hotel itself has a funky, smallish, […] trendy lobby, then the rooms surprised us by being quite large, beautifully appointed, and very elegant. Some of the rooms have a cute "Juliet" balcony with French doors and flower baskets. There is even a little dressing room area with a vanity and closet off the bathroom that women will immediately claim as their territory! Nice, upscale (but expensive) restaurant attached. Not much of a bar area but a glass of wine can be gotten and enjoyed easily enough, before heading out on the town. All Boston hotels are expensive but this one was less than similar hotels in the area. The only negative is the same reason it's a positive… it's on a busy street, right next to Faneuil Hall. On a hopping Saturday night, there is definitely some street noise their windows and the balcony doors just can't block out. (Maybe bring earplugs if you are light sleeper and there on a weekend.) But overall, we were very pleased with our decision to stay here and would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The staff of this hotel bent over backwards to make my stay wonderful! The hotel is in a great location! Easy access to all the sites! I would definitely recommend this hotel!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff was very friendly. Great location. Overall a nice hotel with spacious rooms. My only suggestion is that Wi-Fi should be available at no additional charge.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I really love the Millennium Bostonian. The hotel is super clean and the staff is amazing! I asked them for help on a few occasions: printing out Duck Boat tickets, directions, a corkscrew and they were super helpful. However there are little inconveniences like having no ice machines on the floors but you ring down and they bring it right up. Paying […] for WIFI seems a little crazy this day in age as does not offering a continental breakfast but I'm really splitting hairs. Will stay here again! The location and the hotel itself is amazing. Plus hotels.com matched the price of the stay! Can't beat that! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Closee to North End, Wharf, all transportation."
The staff were extremely friendly and service oriented. Andrew, who is one of the hotel doormen, took it upon himself to provide personal attention throughout the 5 day stay. Room #735 in the corner, provided a fabulous view of Faneuil Hall and had lots of windows, and a balcony. The air conditioning was very loud, but that was the only small issue […] and the maintenance man even came up to try to resolve, but it is an older building which has been restored over the years. We will definitely stay here next visit as it is much more convenient than the hotels in Copley Place and Back Bay. Don't pay the high price for breakfast at the hotel - a 5 minute walk to the North End provides great breakfast diner options and the food was amazing. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"There couldn't have been a more central location"
Loved, loved, loved the Millennium Hotel. The location can't be beat. We had a suite with balcony over-looking Quincy Market. I had read reports that complained about the outside noise but we found that the noise was markedly blocked with the balcony doors closed and we didn't hear a peep from any neighboring rooms. I suppose if one is accustomed to […] complete silence at night the noise of the market place might be an issue but the comfort of the room and the sound insulation level was enough to please this small city girl. We could easily walk to the North End restaurants, the market place, government center, Freedom Trail and Boston Harbor within minutes. There was a lovely farmer's market right outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did pay for valet parking but most hotels in the city charge for parking. It would have been nice if internet in the room was complimentary but we used my phone service's hot spot to access the internet through my laptop. It also would have been nice to have ice machines on each floor, but ice was delivered in a timely manner when we asked for it. The room was immaculate. Housekeeping staff were quick and efficient. Yes, the rates could be pricey and it would have been nice to have access to a pool and or hot tub, but it was worth being in the center of everything. I would not hesitate to book again. Enjoy. "very nice hotel. helpful staff nice rooms"
had a wonderful time in Boston very nice hotel. great shopping and restaurants and the wharf is across the streetGenuine Expedia guest review
Pricey, but worth it for the location. Walking distance to almost anything you wish to visit. Only downside side it was extremely noisy. We were on the third floor. Could hear music way after midnight and the back alley in the morning was extremely noisy. This aside, we would return.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Only decent part of this place was the location"
We showed up later in the pm to find out that we HAD to have Valet parking for an extra 47 dollars a night charge. BUT we couldnt pull in because there was a car pulling out and there was only enough room for one at a time at the entrance so we had to circle the block again. A boston block is no picnic. So we get there and hand over our keys, the staff […] was not friendly at all, more stuffy than anything resembling personable. The nicest part of the whole place was the valet circle and MAYBE the corner of the lobby with the fireplace. All downhill from there. My floor was so dim lit it looked like a horror movie set. You'd think the lack of light would cover up the carpet stains, but if anything it accentuated it. It felt gross walking down it as it was really shabby and dirty feeling. We walked into the room which was mostly hallway, and disappointment slapped me in the face. The furniture was all scratched up and outdated, the tub was disgustingly dingy to the point where I felt bad for my feet just standing in it to shower. It was a nice shade of dirty brown in all the grip on the bottom of the oversized waste of a tub that I wouldnt let anyone I loved soak in if our life depended on it. The room looked nothing like the pictures, it was not at all cheerful and the view was of an intersection. The balcony was laughable as it was barely big enough for one person to stand on - glad I had to pay extra for the room upgrade. We didnt even bother with the second night. "My Fathers dream vacation!!"
My Dad's dream was to go back to his home state and town and see his team the Boston Red Sox play at Fenway. Dad is 77 and in poor health. Legally blind and on dialysis. This trip meant everything for him!! The hotel gave them a great room facing Faneuil Hall. It had a skylight and king size bed. Peter from the front desk had send up a bottle of wine, […] a gift set of wine opener and decanter, as well as flowers! Accompanied with a sweet note to my dad. This made my Dad feel special and happy. Our room was across from them and I have to say DO NOT GET A BALCONY! I thought it was something we could all go out and sit on outside. It was just an glorified window that opened and you could step out only. Ours faced an alley and was a waste of $100! Other then that and the fact the the Valet parking attended damaged my car by driving over something. The place was very excellent! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Better than I expected. My room location was perfect, easy access in & out. The staff was outstanding, very nice people.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Location is ideal, on the same block as historic pubs and restaurants with a view of the river, Faneuil Hall, and walking distance to almost everything you'd want to see in boston. On the pricey side but you won't spend any time or money in cabs, so look at it that way!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and service"
Overall I was very pleased with the hotel. The service and location were outstanding. My only negative comment is that I thought the rooms could have been cleaner. I admittedly am a clean freak but did find several hairs on the linens and a lot of dust underneath areas such as the tv stand.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
All good except you pay $350 for a room and you have to pay for wifi for 24 hours. A bit muchGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent hotel in the heart of Boston."

"Perfect location and good value"
My wife and I stayed in the hotel for an extended weekend of tourism in Boston. The location is perfect for that, it's within easy walking distance of the Aquarium, the Harbor, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall and a large array of good restaurants. There is a T station within walking distance too. The location of this hotel would be hard to beat. The hotel […] itself is modern, clean, comfortable and well staffed. My only complaint would be the in room breakfast that we ordered. They managed to get my order slightly wrong on both days. But that's a minor complaint. Although it didn't bother us, it is possible to hear the music and general noise from the nearby activities at Quincy Market. Be aware that the parking at the hotel is not free! I missed this when I booked the hotel and was surprised by it when we arrived. Overall, the location of this hotel is great and the overall experience was very good. I'd stay here again in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
