"Across the street from Faneuil Hall"
We had a one night stay before flying home from a long weekend trip to the east coast. We wanted something close to sights and centrally located. This hotel was right on the money. It was comfortable, clean and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great July 4th Stay!"
My girlfriend and I decided, on short notice, to spend July 4th night in Boston. The Millennium was a perfect choice. Its location gave us a great jumping off point to anywhere in the City. It is right next door to Faneuil Hall marketplace and is just a short walk from the harbor front and Boston's North End. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. […] The hotel itself is modern, clean, comfortable, up-to-date and more than exceeded our expectations. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"1st Class and Great Location"
Our weekend getaway was that much more spectacular based on our experience at the Millennium Bostonian. From the convenient location right across from Faneuil Hall and a short walk to the North End or the Harbor to the comfort of the rooms and lobby plus the exceptional service, I think I've never had as positive of a hotel experience - and I'm a frequent […] traveler. The concierge's recommendations for dining spots were tailored to our preferences -- he clearly listened and the refreshing afternoon lemonade in the lobby was a nice touch. There are multiple T stops within a short walk of the hotel and I arrived from Logan for less than three dollars. Overall just a wonderful place to stay in downtown Boston. "Fabulous Boston location"
This hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. Walking distance to Quincy Market/Fenuil Hall, the North End and the waterfront. All great places to see and experience. My only complaint is about the in room refrigerator. There is no space to store any thing you may want to keep cold like drinks or leftovers […] from a restaurant. It only holds what is available to purchase from the hotel and is wired so you can't move things around without being charged. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Loved the location and the view was awesomeGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We booked last minute as we had tickets to a concert at the TD Garden-got a room with no problem and it was within walking distance to the concert and restaurants. The room was perfect - only complaint would be the noise level from outside- hotel is definately not soundproof. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I enjoyed the luxury and comfort, and the active lobby, and outdoor patio.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to everything"
The staff was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. A class-act hotel overall! I won't stay anywhere else in Boston but here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best in Boston ! !"
There is not one thing negative about this hotel. It is located right next to Fanuel Hall. You wont find a a nicer hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
Perfect location for anyone traveling and looking to visit. I had a wedding in the hotel which was fantastic.Genuine Expedia guest review
It was bizarre. They put us in a room right under a wedding making for the loudest, most uncomfortable experience of our lives. They did give us another room at 11:00 PM and some compensation. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed here for a conference in South Boston. This is the best location in Beantown. We walked all over and at night, went to the North End for dessert. OMG, the lobster tails at Modern! Wild stay here again in a flash.Genuine Expedia guest review

"The perfect hotel for our one night"
This hotel is spotless and attractive. Our stay was for one night and then off again. It is close to everything we wanted to see. The staff could not have been nicer and attended to all our needs. What a great place. We would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful and Centrally Located"
I absolutely loved the hotel and friendly staff. It is centrally located and lots of things are within easy walking distance. My only complaint is that there was a lot of street noise that wasn't filtered out even with the windows closed. Soundproofing between rooms seems to be good. Overall it was a great place to stay and I recommend it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very Nice Hotel, perfect location and very kind treatment from the staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location, great price"
Great hotel, gave it a 4 only because the rooms were fairly small, and being on the 8th floor, we had to take an additional elevator. Not a huge deal. The service was fantastic, thought I was in the Caribbean. Beautiful and stylish decor. Room service food was fantastic. Location is ideal, right on top of Fanuiel Hall and a short walk to the garden. […] We will stay there again for sure. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Our Stay During the Boston Marathon"
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. Couldn't have been a better location, as we were there for the marathon. That said, the area is extremely noisy at night. We had to have our room switched because of the bass coming from a nearby bar/club. The drummers outside of Quincy Market were quite loud too, which isn't ideal if you need to go […] to sleep at a reasonable hour. Noise aside - the hotel was clean. The rooms were amazing (on the 8th floor, anyway!) The staff was extremely kind, even came up to our room to confirm that the noise was ridiculous and then, worked as hard as they could to get us moved. NOTE: Not all rooms have a bathtub, so if you need that - ask for it. Considering the events that occurred in Boston while we were there for the marathon, the hotel was really wonderful. We felt very safe and the hotel gave marathoners special treatment - water/gatorade/free massages after the race. It is within walking distance to so many things - the North End, Boston Common, Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall right outside the door. Great food all around. We loved it and we will be back next year - Boston Marathon 2014! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We always stay at the Millennium due to location. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They were very reassuring during the marathon bombing.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Comfortable welcome to Boston"
This hotel was well located. Our room was right above the farmers market, making for a very noisy spot as they were busy setting up in the wee hours of the morning. It was a great experience to be in that spot though, to watch the market in action during the day. We were close to lots of great areas to walk and dine. We arrived quite late and used the […] late hour room service for late supper. Not recommended. The chicken wrap and chicken caeser salad both had undercooked chicken. Other than that, the hotel was quite nice. Rooms comfy, roomy and nice decor. Excellent service from everyone. The restaurant was nice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Overall Pretty Happy"
Wife and I went to Boston for a weekend getaway. The location of the hotel cannot be beat if you are looking to be a tourist. Hotel room was fine and the staff was friendly. The bed was not very comfortable, but we had enough room and the bathroom was nice. Friday night there was a lot of noise coming from the drunk idiots in the room next door. I had […] seen this issue on other posts and I can confirm it- the rooms do not contain sound. But, for the price and the location, I would definitely go back. "Awesome Hotel... Horrible uneducated staff"
The Hotel was beautiful. The staff on the other hand were a bunch of children. I called and confirmed my room, inquired about early arrival and took the persons name down. When arriving I was told I arrived to early and would have to wait over 3 hours before a room would be ready. When explained I called 2 times, one less then a week prior I was told […] that person didn't work there anymore, even though they wore name tags and the person was standing at the front desk next to the receptionist I was speaking to. Everyone was to busy with their iPhones to worry about what was going on. I spoke with the assistant manager and we sorted out the room but in about an hour from arrival. Also, they charge for internet, and $45 for parking per day. I would think with the amount you spend on the room that there would be some amenities but they are extremely lacking in the department as well. Great location, just bad service which is a real same. Next time in Boston I will stay at the Westin. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Trendy, reasonably priced and a perfect location for experiencing Boston!! Friendly and accommodating staff. Best stay ever!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
They really pay attention to detail...First class in every way!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was really excited to stay here because the location was great! I am usually one to stay at the Back Bay Sheraton, so staying downtown was a change of pace for me. The lobby is really funky and modern so I was excited, until I reached my floor. The carpets were covered in stains and then they put me in a room that connected to roof construction. I […] could barely change bc I was so nervous about the window and when I tried to close the blinds they were so so dusty. They changed my room and it was a little better but still musty. I was highly jealous of my co-worker who stayed at the Intercontinental which is where I will stay the next time I need to be downtown. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Staff was courteous. We paid extra for a balcony; did not get it on first room. They immediately changed us to the room we paid for. "Balcony" was big enough for one person, but did allow us to open the door for fresh air. Linens were great! Bathroom generous and water hot and good pressure. Would stay here again... recommend highly for convenience […] . Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great base from which to explore the city"
If you're visiting Boston, the Millennium is a great base from which to explore the city. Our group of four are seasoned travelers -- we've experienced the very worst and very best. So, the kindness and courtesy of staff, size and cleanliness of the rooms, and location to the T all contributed to a pleasurable stay. Staff are very well trained. Gabriel, […] the head conceierge, was fearless in securing a reservation for us at a local Ethiopian restaurant (which required a minimum of 5 people). His calm persistence eventually wore down the restaurant's maître d' and he secured a reservation for us. That experience was a reflection the quality/level of customer service the hotel provides. We're going back! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great location, the bed was uncomfortable and stuffy.. The phone was difficult to work, the message light kept blinking even though the front desk "fixed" it. Great location and right off 93!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I had great service, great atmosphere, and had my room upgraded upon my arrival. Room had a pleasant view and was able to sit by the hearth and watch people come and go around Faneuil Hall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff was very attentive. We got an upgrade to a superior room with a great view of Quincy Market. It was my husband's birthday and they left him a card with some delicious pastries. Thus was very thoughtful, made us feel special. We will definitely go back!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The Millenium Bostonian Hotel is a lovely boutique accomodation. The bed as well as the room was quite comfortable. The little walkout terrace was a treat. "A must stay!"
Overall the hotel, service and rooms were excellent. They did not have the room we booked available, however, they upgraded us to a suite with a fireplace. It was the best view the hotel had directly overlooking Faneuil Hall. The restaurant service was great with a friendly bartender and the food was delicious. "Very accommodating and inviting"
Great location....close to T, places to eat, all within walking distance even in the winter months. Walking Boston is a delight for the senses. Entry to hotel premises was impressive and inviting as was the hotel desk and foyer area. Hotel was excellent...staff VERY helpful and friendly. Hallways to the rooms were very interesting....not your typical […] long, straight corridors.....views out the windows interesting with old architecture and various areas of Boston visible. Our room for two was very pleasant and nicely furnished, could have used a slightly bigger chair or possible two small ones. The bathroom was nicely furnished, large, .......the shower area was excellent. We had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
