Displeased that when I booked the room I was quoted $3.00 per day to park, however at check in I was charge $5.00 per night including the night we stayed there.

Stayed there for my honeymoon. Rooms were spacious and nice. Only complaint is that they charge yor room an extra $50 for incidentals without telling you which they will reimburse you for in 5-10 business days

Hotel was convenient, staff very nice. Room a little small, there was hair in the tub and elevator carpet being replaced during high traffic time which left one elevator not in service and a lot of debris in hallway to get around to catch other elevator. Disappointing for Hampton. I have stayed at other Hampton hotels and the set up was not very good. We were given rooms right off the lobby which meant that every person staying at the hotel had to walk past our room to get to theirs and the elevator, exercise room, etc. They should do a better job of soundproofing those rooms because we heard everyone […] walking past till the wee hours of the night. Then we were only there for two nights so there was one day where housekeeping had to service our room except they DIDNT. We left the hotel mid morning and did not return till about 10:00 p.m. only to find nothing had been done to our room while we were gone. The front desk was very apologetic but nothing could be done about it at that hour and we checked out the next morning. The front desk personnel was very nice and the breakfast was good. I generally like this hotel--it's clean and pleasant with good staff, and, unlike many others, has good lighting in the rooms. However, the bed this time had a very worn mattress (with a trough in it) and so was quite uncomfortable. Could definitely use an upgrade!

We just needed a hotel convenient to BWI for an evening so this was okay for the price. The room was very small but clean and quiet. Only a handful of restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was what you would expect. Hotel staff were friendly.

Hampton Inns are always great, and this one was no exception - staff was great, breakfast was great, room was comfortable. The airport shuttle was especially convenient. I have nothing bad to say about my experience!

Breakfast was really good, over & above, hotel in general very clean & modern, downside was a dead tick (or similar bug) on window seat in room & hair in bathtub, otherwise the room was very clean & no other complaints.

Our stay was ok because there was a false fire alarm around the time my wife and I had fallen asleep! This was extremely disruptive. We made several attempts to call the front desk. Unfortunately, no one answered our calls.

Best employer you can ever ask for very friendly and always smiling .. I most say service was perfect, the only complain I have the elevator smell like cigaret and I did order food and you can tell is frozen microwave pasta, a little disappointment on the food room service

We always use this Hampton Inn when traveling through BWI. The shuttle service is prompt no matter what time of night. The staff is efficient and pleasant. Although the room was small, it was more than adequate for our short stay. We booked through hotels.com and got a great rate.

It was a nonsmoking facility and I checked in late Bec of all day travel and my room smelled as if someone was in there blowing smoke in my face. Went to the front desk immediately and upgraded my room and moved me with no issues what so ever. Breakfast was awesome and for the hotel being under construction staff were overly welcome and polite.

Have stayed at many Hampton Inn's with my family when we travel. This visit was for business. The hotel is VERY clean and recently renovated. Every staff person was very professional - all wearing nametags, greeted each guest either in the hallways or in the breakfast area. They did a great job in the breakfast area with large numbers of people, they […] kept re-stocking whatever food ran out. For the price, this is an outstanding value for the money. The hotel is near BWI, and there are a few eating options not too far away, but you really need to have a car if you are going to any of them. For the proximity to BWI airport, very clean room and first rate service (the quality of this Hampton Inn is much closer to a much more expensive hotel), this is an excellent option for either business traveler, or a family. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in the past 20 years. We paid an additional $50 to bring 2 small dogs. There was a queen size bed, desk, 2 nite stands and small TV furniture piece in the room. You could barely navigate as everything was so close together.

This hotel was perfectly fine. Good and helpful staff. Lack of within-walking-distance restaurant was really the only real minus. Smallest room I've ever encountered in my travels but this wasn't very important as I only stayed one night before an early morning morning flight out of BWI.

Nice Hotel. I don't have any complaints except one of the shuttle drivers was not a very pleasant guy. He got too frustrated too often for no apparent reason. Maybe he was upset about the language barrier with his accent.

When I booked the room, I was told the shuttle used to take passengers from the airport to the hotel would be able to take you to the metro to DC. After we checked in, we found out there is no Metro that goes from Baltimore straight to DC. We had to use the shuttle to get to the bus to then get to the Metro which was costly and used more time. The shuttle […] driver for the hotel was also very rude, snappy, and impatient. He took forever to pick us up from our stop and my friends and I were forced to call a taxi.
