"Need - Sleep and walk to Rangers game. Perfect!"
Had to chng rms once due to noisy AC. Staff was accomodating. Rooms were clean. Close to Rangers ballpark. Will stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location makes this one good."
My first impression was that I had made a mistake. The room looked fairly shabby and uncomfortable, but after WALKING to the Ranger's ballpark I realized that I had made a decent choice. The shabby feel to the room is a low price to pay when you consider the location of this hotel. I was literally within 300 yards of Cowboy stadium and 1400 yards from […] Ranger's ballpark. A solid 3 in my book. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great for bigger Families."
We had two connecting rooms which is very nice for a family with three kids. The beds are very constable. The kids loved the outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful; if a "problem" accurse they react very promptly to resolve the problem. We loved the waffles on the breakfast buffet, but I would have preferred a little bit more freshness […] otherwise. The trolley service from the hotel to the attractions is great and very comfy. We will definitely go back to Days Inn on our next trip. It's very affordable and a good quality for the price. Stores and good places to eat a close by. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

It was obvious that the Hotel is a little dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was very convenient as we were attending an event at the Cowboy Stadium.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Across the Street from "Jerry's House""
My family and I were extremely satisfied with the hotel. Its location was so convenient to the attractions in Arlington that we visited. Being directly across the street from Cowboy Stadium was a super plus to my 6 year old son! Our room was large and clean, and there was adequate parking. The pool was good sized, and had plenty of seating. The continental […] breakfast had a variety of food and beverages. The staff was helpful and courteous. I definitely will book a room here on my next trip to the Arlington area. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great stay for tourists"
The location of this hotel could not have been better. Right between Dallas and Fort Worth, and within walking distance of the Cowboys Stadium (Unless its 114 degrees there like it was when I was there). My only problem was the front desk called our room at 12:02AM to inform me that there was a problem processing my card so I had to go down there and […] fix the problem. I was staying there two days, so I think they probably could have picked a better time to do that, but oh well. I would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to our events"
Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to fast food, walmart and Walgreens, and across from Texas Stadium. There is a Trolley to Six Flags. Older hotel that isn't much to look at outside but nice on inside. New beds very comfy. Only thing we misses was a mini frig in room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Dated units lacking adequate outlets for chargers."
For an older hotel, it was clean, but lacking outlets. Very inadequate breakfast: few tables, few selections, not able to accomodate all guests when full. Parking limited with narrow spaces.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking time to comment. We are glad that the guest fond our facility clean as our housekeeping work hard at providing a clean and comfortable stay for our guests. We apologize for guest feeling there was not enough outlets for charger. All our Stadium View rooms have extra outlets for chargers. The rest of the rooms have a standard number of outlet. The breakfast area is located in our lobby and we recommend coming early to avoid the crowd and have best selection. We have plenty of parking spaces and for guests with oversize vehicle, we recommend contacting front desk so that we can direct you where to park. We thank this guest for her time.

"Not a good stay"
Will not stay here again. Location is great but rooms are uncomfortable. Breakfast area is very small. Asked for extra blankets at 9pm did not get anything until 11:45pm by then everyone was asleep and we got woken up at almost midnight.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for his business and for taking the time to write this review. We apologize for what he experienced. This guest stayed in our room with one double bed and these rooms are smaller. For larger room, we recommend booking our rooms with two Double XL beds or two Queen beds. Our front desk staff would have asked him if he wanted to upgrade his room had he notified our front desk that he was uncomfortable. Our breakfast area is in our lobby and we recommend coming to breakfast early to avoid the crowd. Lastly, our records show that a large group checked in after his request for extra blanket and we are sorry we were not able to deliver the blanket immediately. The staff did follow up and brought him what he had requested after having checked in the large group. We have put in a new procedure to give guest the choice to come down to lobby to pick up any requested items if the front desk gets busy all the sudden and are unable to deliver the requested item right away. We just completed refreshing all our rooms with new pillowtop beds and carpeting and our rooms should be much more comfortable now. We thank this guest for his time.

"Good place"
This hotel is showing its age but the rooms were clean and the staff was great!!!. When we got there we found out that there is a shuttle free of charge that takes you to six flags and picks you up. That saved us $30.00 a day for parking which was a nice plus. This should be put on their website. There was a slight smell due to the age of the building […] that needs to be delt with but for the money and location it is a great place to stay. The most important thing to me is customer service and they have it. The staff was great. Next to the hotel is a small old school diner that was a great place to eat and it was also clean. A nice perk when you are exhausted from being a six flags all day and want to eat before bed but dont want to drive anywhere. Tim Tulsa Ok Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good service, but conditions sub-par"
Upon arrival my room key didn't work, and when maintenance got me in, I wished I hadn't. The curtains have been stripped from the windows and the rods were against the wall. Towels were on the floor. All in all, it was a hot mess. Management was quick to move me to a different room and everything was fine after that. The location is super convenient […] to the stadium, ball park and convention center (less than 5 minutes to any of them), but the neighborhood is kinda sketch. It's pretty loud at night with cars going by and reving their engines. Bring ear plugs. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for her business and for taking the time to write this review. We apologize for what she initially experienced. It appears that she stayed with us while we were changing the drapes (curtains) in all our rooms. We constantly trying to improve our services and products. We just finished installing new carpeting, pillowtop beds, drapes, bed skirts, bed throws in all our rooms. We are glad that the staff quickly corrected the problem and that the guest was able to enjoy the rest of her stay. We are also pleased that she found our location to be super convenient to the Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Ballpark and Convention Center. Our hotel is located near one of the busiest intersection in Arlington and it can be a little noisy during special events. We thank this guest for her time.

Hotel was nice, bed wasn't that comfortable, and when you get there they tag you with a $20 parking fee on top of your bill, which wasn't previously mentioned anywhere during the booking of the roomGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for his business and for taking the time to write this review. We are glad that he found our hotel to be nice. We apologize that the bed wasn't comfortable and for the parking fee which he is surprised of. We just completed installing new pillowtop beds in all rooms and hopefully this guest will find our beds to be more comfortable now. Regarding the parking fee, we work very hard at having all reservation guests notified of our parking fee policy. This parking policy is posted on our websites. Parking is free except during Cowboys games or Special Events at the Cowboys Stadium which is across the street from us. The parking fee changes depending on how much Cowboys Stadium charges and that depends on the type of event being held there. We also have a parking package which will include the parking fee if the guest stays two or more consecutive nights during the special events. We thank this guest for his time.

Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for his business and for taking the time to write this review. We are glad that he had a positive experience with our hotel. We apologize that he found our bed to be soft. To remedy this, we have just recently installed new pillowtop beds in all our rooms. Hopefully, he will find our bed to be both soft and firm from now on. Regarding breakfast, it is usually better to come to breakfast early so you can have the widest selection. On a daily basis, we set up our all you can eat breakfast, which includes hot Belgian waffles, based on the number of people we have staying with us. But come early because our guests are the very hungry type...
"Clean and Happy"
Fantastic and friendly staff. Needed to change rooms from smoking to nonsmoking and the staff obliged without question and difficulty. Very professional.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for his business and for taking the time to write this review. Reading his comment is a treat for our staff who work hard at providing a clean room with fantastic and friendly service. Since our latest upgrading (new pillowtop beds, carpeting, drapes, bed skirts, and bed throws) which was just completed, we are now a smoke free property. Our staffs are human and we make mistakes - many. But because they want to service our guests better, our staffs undergo yearly retraining in customer service and front desk procedures. This is a continual process. Though they never complain about it, we know it is a boring and tedious process but reading just one positive review is immensely rewarding.

What can I say...Location, Location,Location! When we were able to park and walk to Jerry's World, we were blown away. We didn't walk any farther than some people parked in the stadium parking lot. It IS an older hotel and looks it. The neighborhood surrounding it, not so nice. But - it is oooh so close to the stadium - RIGHT across the street - if you are going to something at the stadium - theres NO better place to stay! Save $10 on parking and just cross the street! Although the hotel is across the street from the stadium it's of no benefit because you have to pay again to park there. We have almost 5 times the normal room rate for the convience of being across the street but then learned we'd have to fork out another $65 to park there during the game. We could have saved money, stayed at a MUCH nicer place and […] paid the $25 we wound up paying for parking down the road. Lousy experience, trashy locale. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for his business and for taking the time to write this review. We are glad he found our Hotel clean, our staff friendly, our continental breakfast good, and our rate inexpensive. Our rate varies depending on room demand in the Arlington hotel market. We work hard at being competitive with our peers. Generally, the rates in Arlington, Texas are the highest during Cowboys games or during special events at the Cowboys Stadium. The second highest rate would be during summer weekends and when the Rangers are playing well. Followed by summer weekdays. The rates are at the lowest when there is little room demands such as during weekdays in the winter months. We thank this guest for his time.

Channels didn't work in the room. When I said something about it, they ignored me. While I was checking out, someone else complained about some channels not working. Response by Days Inn Six Flags/Ballpark/Cowboys Stadium We thank this guest for taking the time to write this review. Her feedback is important to us so that we can continually improve our services and products. We carry most of the local channels and The Weather Channel, Cartoon network, CNN, Headline News, Fox News, Bloomberg, ESPN, Discover Channel, National Geographic, TLC, TBS, TNT, USA, FX, FIT TV, Speed, ESPN2, Encore, Encore West, Encore Action/Adventure. This guest was with the party who demanded to watch a Rangers game on TV. Unfortunately, on that day this Rangers game was not carried by the local channels but were broadcasted through Fox Sports Southwest which we do not carry. We have apologized to this guest for the inconvenience. All carried channels were working fine on that day. Our staff work hard at addressing guests concerns, making them comfortable, and it is unusual that we would just ignore anybody. Regarding the wet carpet, this guest is mistaken as to what happened - there was an incident with another guests who had spilled their ice chest in their room and our staff helped them clean it up. Our rooms are checked once daily if they are vacant and two times if they are occupied. Our second and third floor ice machines are next to the elevator. Regarding parking, it is free except during Cowboys games or Special Event. There was Taylor Swift concert on 10/8/11. We do offer a parking package which includes the parking fee for guest staying two or more consecutive nights during the Cowboys games or Special Event. We are sorry that this guest did not have a positive experience. We continually strive to improve our service and products. We just completed installing new carpeting, pillowtop beds, bed skirts, drapes, and bed throws in all rooms.
