The staff was very friendly and the room was large and set up like a little apartment so it was like home.

"Very impressed"

We found the saff very friendly and helpful. All our queries and requests dealt with promptly and no fuss. The breakfast food and service was excellent and really set us uo for our day's visiting. The location was good close to shops and city centre. The rates were good and excellent value. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

"Great hotel but had no free parking"

We enjoyed this hotel except for the fact that it was in the opposite side of the city relative to the West Edmonton Mall which was our destination. I failed to check the hotel's location. We were disappointed too about having to pay $23 for parking. Otherwise, the room was great.

"Good Hotel, Great Location"

Overall the stay was great. Superb access to City Center shopping and dining. Great access to LRT - very convenient to Downtown and University of Alberta. I was not thrilled with the cleanliness of the shower - some mildew. Not a bad stay.

"A disappointment"

After reading the many positive reviews, we were disappointed with the hotel. It is an old hotel which needs a major upgrade. The rooms are small - even the deluxe room we stayed in - and not very clean, particularly the bathroom. Concierge was friendly and helpful which was a plus.
