We thought we were getting a small room for our vacation package so were very surprised and pleased with our studio suite with full kitchen for our stay in San Jose. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was quiet.

A little off the beaten path, but the accommodations were very good. Since no other rooms were available we had to climb stairs to the second story room (no elevator). In addition to the noise from the street, there was a "knocking" noise in a none accessible closet. The Manager on duty was not able to get a maintenance man to our room, so we did not get any sleep - the hotel was booked - no room to be moved to.

The service and room comfort was OK. Bed neighborhood and it took me 15 mins driving around to find it. No sign at the front and the lobby is hidden... Good breakfast and the people was very kind.
