We stayed here when our daughter was getting ready to deploy. The hotel was very nice. Our room was comfortable but the carpet needs replacing and there are water damage spots on the ceiling. Otherwise very nice place and the included breakfast was awesome.

Clean comfortable sites hotel with living room and bedroom. Air conditioning is excellent which is a must in hot El Paso. Pool, Exercise areas are very good. Breakfast is small but adequate. I felt very safe and secure, since I was staying alone for the night. ALL of the employees were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast very nice and was not the normal continental style. My experience at the El Paso Suites Hotel was pretty much what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel. No issues to speak of. The location is convenient right on the freeway, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was cooked to order and not too bad. 3 stars all around and worth the money I paid for the room.

Nice hotel for its age. Televisions need to be updated but rooms are kept clean except for the dry blood on our sheets. They offered to move us. Rooms are either very hot or too cold. Hard to regulate. Breakfast was too confusing. People were yelling at cooks for being unreasonable and unclear about policy. The lobby and the cafe' area was very nice. I loved that the inner court gave the appearance of being outside. The pool area was very relaxing, my granddaughter really enjoyed it. Your happy hour was nice and appreciated. We wanted however a full service restaurant that served alcohol. We would have used your room service for dinner but they had no beer at all on the night that we stayed. We ended up driving a significant distance for dinner.

We stayed one night on our trip home from visiting family in TX. When you go into the reception area, you can see that it was once a very glamorous place. You can tell that it's an older hotel, but it is still nice. All of the rooms have french doors that face in toward the center of the hotel, which is like an indoor courtyard with dining tables. The […] decor is like an Old World Spanish style with tile and wrought iron accents everywhere. All of the rooms are suites. Real suites with a separate living room, desk, TV, pull out sofa, and mini bar with fridge. There is an indoor pool and spa that the kids enjoyed and 24 hr fitness area. For the free breakfast, you actually order what you want from the grill chef. We brought Denny's to the hotel when we arrived, but the room service menu did not look any more pricey. I wished we had used that instead. Staff was nice and accommodating. The surrounding area felt safe and the hotel was right off I-10. The bed was really comfortable too. Overall, I have nothing bad to day about this hotel. I would definitely stay again. Read more

We have stayed at this place 6 times this year and has gotten worse each time. When it was Hilton it was much better but since new ownership , it has become cheaper and getting worse. Staff was friendly but needs to invest in all the little things that make traveling easier. We will not stay again.

The hotel is outdated with minor updates. We ordered room service and the food was cold and awful like it had been sitting out for awhile. The bathroom has holes in the ceiling that looked like they'd been repaired (badly) with caulking. The best thing was probably the bed, it was very comfy. Overall I would not stay here again.
