This hotel is only a 5min walk to everything including the cathedral and France's largest walkable (ie no cars) shopping district. The room was large and had a pull out couch. We didn't try the breakfast, not because it didn't look good, but because we were close to Boulangeries Paul - a great place to have a traditional French breakfast. The only downfall […] of this hotel is the front desk, not very friendly and seemingly ambivalent to any of your needs. A beautiful hotel right next to the old city so an excellent location re: touring. Check in went smoothly. The room was very small but that's typical in France. The bathroom was very nice! Well furnished; everything looked quite new. BUT .... a couple of problems. Internet was not working the evening we checked in. Nor the next day. Nor the next morning […] when we checked out. A big problem for anyone who must stay in touch. AND if this room is air conditioned (in May anyway# I would be surprised. It was a hot week and I could never get cool air and the fan on High produced very little air flow. #Perhaps in summer they crank up the air but not in May in spite of the temperatures.) Read more

This hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station (7-10 Euro's) and is right in the heart of the city. The hotel is partially built over a shopping center including a fair range of shops. Downtown Metz has an excellent array of shops if that is what you are looking for. The room was comfortable with a good bed, flat screen TV and modern bathroom. […] The room was clean and our non-smoking room did not smell of cigarettes. Free wifi was provided that was reasonably fast and reliable (although it was via a logon to Orange that took a little working out - instructions could have been clearer). If you have kids (or a young heart) there is a free xbox station in the main foyer with a kinetic interface that looked like fun. Have stayed here before, very convenient location. Need to find the entrance to the car park below the hotel (part of Centre St Jacques complex) which can be busy. Very helpful staff, and many options to eat locally within a few minutes walk..Good facilities.

Comfortable good hotel. We used the hotel restaurant more than we usually do and it was good... The way into the town is through the new shopping centre, of which the hotel forms part. Its an easy walk to the centre; the cathedral and so on; and also for the now Pompidou Metz art gallery.

This hotel is right in the historic centre of Metz. There is parking very nearby. The hotel has a basic feel to it but is good value if you just want to spend a night or two. Rooms wer clean and quite quiet considering the very central location.

We stayed here twice for one night travelling to and from Germany. The pool was great for the children when we arrived after a long drive in the late afternoon. (it is unheated!) The restaurant was fine with good service and a reasonable menu. It was conveniant as the hotel is close to the shopping district so only bars and not really that many restaurants […] in easy walk with 2 tired children. The rooms are very well equipped for a stay with children as they have fold out sofa bed and the beds are separate. Great shower and flat screen tv on wall. Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Übernachtung gebucht, weil wir ein Hotel in der Nähe des Zoos Amneville suchten. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Metz und eignet sich daher besonders, wenn man auch die Metz besichtigen will!

Le tapis de notre chambre était taché en plusieurs endroits... et les lits étaient inconfortables avec un seul oreiller très mince par personne.Cet hôtel est toutefois situé à proximité du centre ce qui est bien agréable; on peut tout faire à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et gratuit pour les enfants!

Très bonne situation. Rapport qualité prix correct. Points faibles : proposition TV indigente, les chaînes de la TNT ne sont pas proposée. Le format de l'écran n'est pas conforme et impossible à régler. Le matelas du lit double est très rebondissant et pas confortable.

Var på MC tur og havde et enkelt stop i Metz. Skønt hotel med en fantastisk god og central beliggenhed midt i Metz. Gå-afstand fra hyggelige torve og gode restauranter. Hotellet var i fin stand med god faciliteter, rent og pænt og kunne både tjene dette formål samt et længere ophold. Dejlig morgenmad og hyggelige rammer. Eneste minus var - som ofte […] i Frankrig - imødekommenheden og servicen fra hotellets personale. Den lod noget tilbage at ønske. Read more

Für einen Kurztaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet, wenn man das CPM und die Innenstadt besuchen will, die Lage des Hotels ist dafür genial. Wir haben nicht dort gefrühstückt (15 Euro wars uns nicht wert) sondern in einem der zahlreichen Salon du Thé. Aber das Hotel können wir wirklich empfehlen, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber für 2 Übernachtungen […] nicht gestört. Read more

La chambre était propre. Le service très satisfaisant. Le personnel est accueillant, compétant et très souriant. Ma déception ne se porte pas sur l'hôtel mais sur la ville dont tous les quartiers sont en travaux en même temps. Fort désagréable pour visiter. En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, je le recommande.

Tout était globalement satisfaisant dans cet hotel sauf la literie un peu dure et la piscine qui était hors service alors que nous avions choisi cet hotel parce qu'il y avait une piscine extérieur que nous n'avons pu utiliser malgré la chaleur dommage.

hotel van de Novotel/Accor keten. kamers waren degelijk, comfortabel en gerieflijk. Grote inloopdouche met regendouchekop. Degelijk bedden. Voor mij echter iets te harde matrassen (en ik hou van hard...). airco, minibar en kluis aanwezig. Wifi gratis in heel hotel. degelijke bar en restaurant. Ontbijtbuffet ruim en verzorgd en je kan tot 10u30 ontbijten. Openluchtzwembad […] aanwezig. gelegen in het centrum wat het ideaal maakt voor een citytrip.
