I liked the small cozy lobby area, with a computer available for use by guests. The pool was very near the lobby and elevator, making it convenient for families. A large, sunny, breakfast room right off the lobby. Excellent coffee and many choices for breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel was great. We checked in and out quickly, and they even let us check in a little early. They kept the pool open for about 15-20 minutes longer because they said they noticed we got in later. Had interaction with a few front desk people and a few of the cleaning staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very convenient to downtown Naperville but tucked away enough that it was very quiet. We had gotten two rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be able to get ajoining rooms which were beyond convenient. We will definitly stay here again.

Staff was very freindly, and helpful. I decided at the last minute to get a roll-away bed for my grandaughter...figured there would be a charge..but they brought it right up and didn't charge me. I thought that was very nice. I will definately stay there again.

Our room had the king size bed which we requested - however it made the room very small & not much room for moving around or getting dressed in. Staff was not very friendly. Out of 4 desk personal only 1 ever smiled. Not a great first impression or our last - would stay else where next time. Beds weren't as comfortable as other Marriott Hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast was ok - not a lot to choose from - same thing every day.

Overall our 3 night stay was very nice. Comfortable beds, clean room, a nice breakfast spread, and a mostly quiet lobby. The workout room was nice, with individual TVs at each machine. Two criticisms: 1. Not always someone at the front desk. 2. The lobby computer has possibly the slowest internet connection I have used in at least 5 years.

I paid a great price compared to the other hotels in the area. This was the first hotel I've gotten on my own. The problem I had with other hotels in the area was you need to be 21 to check in. I am not 21 yet. This hotel's check in age is 18 which is great, since I needed to visit some colleges up there. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very very nice. Much better then I expected. Plus it was very clean. The only downfall was the location. I got lost several times trying to find this hotel. The surrounding area is great though! Overall I would stay here again when I have to go back to Illinois :]

Our hotel stay was OK, but nothing special. I've stayed in other hotels in the same area that are much nicer for the same money. Jacuzzi wasn't working and shampoo and conditioner weren't restocked. Room was comfortable, but nothing more. TV channels weren't working properly.

This Fairfield is nothing fancy, but the price was very reasonable at hotels.com and the room was very clean and comfortable. They also had a nice, widescreen LCD TV in the room, which was a very nice surprise given that I've stayed in much pricier "4 star" hotels that are still equipped with models from 20 years ago. I only wish the hotels that have upgraded their televisions would go the full 9 and hook them up with HD service. : ) Since it was New Year's Day, we were out late the night before and did not rise in time to check out the breakfast selections downstairs. The pool also looked very nice, but we did not use it.

Large, clean, quiet room. Low rise 3-story building so quick access to car in open parking lot. Resides in a business park location, only 5 minutes to downtown Naperville and train station. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again, but would hope the price to be lower next time if I plan ahead more.

The hotel was clean and had a high level of service. Breakfast was great and a good variety. I've stayed at many Marriott's and this one was just as good as any other; Marriott is always a good choice! Only minor complaint...there were no glasses in the room besides some Styrofoam cups. I tried calling the front desk to get a glass or champagne glass for our champagne, but they didn't have any. Oh well!

We booked our room a month in advance. We arrived around 8 PM the date that we had planned and was given the "only room left" which was handicap accessible. This means that the bathroom was serviceable for a wheel chair. The tub had a ramp that opened to a drain in front of the sink. That means if you stand at the sink and dry your hair you are standing on a wet floor. I don't know if this is reflective on the hotel or the ones responsible for booking the room.

Overall, enjoyed the stay. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The man at the front desk was very helpful & courteous. The pool & hot tub was great! Breakfast had a nice variety. Would recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Overall was very satisfied with my stay-I stay in Fairfields in a lot of places and this was one of the nicer ones-staff was polite and courteous, rooms were in good condition and the location was exactly what I needed (close the the expressway and the business I was visiting). Overall, nice, but it was a bit pricey for a Fairfield that is in the suburbs.

Hotel was very clean. Not a speck of dust in my room. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of food choices. Loved the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

There were just two problems besides that the hotle was good. The room bed was not very confertable and I thought the room had a mini frige in it.
