"Nice hotel close to all I wanted to see and visit"
Nice hotel for the price, conveniently located in downtown. We stayed for two days after Alaska cruise. We spent too little time in the hotel, however, I used the whirlpool on the 9th floor the last night before leaving, beautiful view from the hot tubGenuine Expedia guest review
Vancouver BC is a nice city to visit. A lot of places to see and with many restaurants. Also very accessible to public transportation. We enjoyed our 3-day stay.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Executive Hotel Vintage Park, Vancouver BC"
I had a corner room, which was small but interesting - view of the water! Surprised how large the TV was - I didn't hear my neighbors at all. Parking was reasonably priced and easy except getting out was a mystery at check-out without the room key. Another guest eventually located the knob to push to exit the garage. Location of hotel was quiet and […] I could walk to anything I needed or wanted on this visit; parking also had in/out privileges. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The hotel room was nice and clean, although a bit small. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile every time. I love the location of the hotel. We parked our car in the hotel and walked to downtown areas without worry of finding a parking spot in downtown. However, I found the elevators in the hotel a bit confusing because […] our room key allowed us to access a certain elevator but the front desk did not tell us in advance. "close to all must-see sights"
Classy room with nice view of city and partial ocean view. Jacuzzi on 9th floor with great view of city. Porters cheerfully helped with luggage and were super friendly. Right across from Granville Island. Close to bike rentals to ride around Stanley Park. Close to restaurants and SkyTrain as well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"altogether pleasant and coser than you might think"
This was a lovely hotel in the West End. It's just a bit removed from the more expensive central hotel area, but there's plenty of interesting food and nightlife nearby, and only a short walk across the Granville Avenue bridge to the entertainment area on Granville Island. The downtown sights and events are a short cab ride away. Overall, you'll save […] some money by staying here. The room was wonderfully clean, the staff very helpful, and the jacuzzi on the ninth floor balcony was a pleasant surprise. I'd stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
OK in all respects except they charge at least $400 for a "deposit" that is presumably refundable. We shall see. Whatever, the so-called deposit was not readily revealed in the promotional material sent through Expedia. This does not show up, of course, when you check out. It is charged to your credit card and then, supposedly, reinstated if the room […] passes inspection after you check out. Very misleading. The individual checking out before me was also caught by surprise. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Granville Island and a lot of clubbing"
Room was quite small, but nice, clean and reasonable. Wish I could have taken advantage of the afternoon wine tasting at the hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The room was small, needed a new shower head. But loved the view. Wine reception gave us time to learn from locals. Was able to walk to all locations!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean, updated and centrally located."
This hotel is newly remodeled. I'd read previous reviews, and expected a dumpy hotel in a bad neighborhood. We arrived on a Friday morning, and settled into a beautifully decorated room with a partial view of the bay. The decorations were recently redone, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located within a fifteen minute walk of shops on […] Robson Street, Yaletown, False Creek, the ferry to the Granville Island Public Market, and nightlife on Davie street. Thirty minutes of walking had us in Gastown. Staff were eager to provide suggestions about how to get Canadian money from an ATM, getting around Downtown Vancouver and to the Anthropology Museum at UBC. They asked if we needed taxis before we asked them. I would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"It was fine."
Hotel was clean and nice. Walls are VERY thin. Someone else's alarm woke our entire floor. Staff was moderately helpful. Probably won't stay here again. No charm.Genuine Expedia guest review
I have to say that we were disappointed with the bed sizes ... Is not an American queen that I was expecting ... It's very SMALL !!!Genuine Expedia guest review
I travel a lot and have never experienced such a thing. Everything was great when we arrived. The staff was friendly, the room was ok, and they allowed an early check in. When we returned from bar hoping at 1am we tried to open our room door and it wasn't working. Management and the staff tried to open it but had no clue why it wasn't working. We were […] offered another room and a breakfast voucher but had to wait until the next day to get the door open. All we had with us were the clothes we were wearing so we were hoping the door could be open early in the morning so we could get ready to go out again. At 10am they told us it would be 10 min until the maintenance man arrived. An hr later they promised us another 10 min. We were unable to get the door open until almost noon. Aside of not opening the door the other room we were put in smelled like mold, the bathroom was leaking and the carpet was soaked. Our socks were wet and it was just unpleasant. We complained about the room and all they did was send a man in the morning to clean the carpet while we were in there. The man said we could leave the room while he cleaned but there was no way we were going to leave without showering or brushing our teeth since everything was still locked in the other room. We complained that we wanted another room and they were hesitant by gave us one next to the one that smelled. We could smell the other room throughout the hallway. I am honestly not one to complain but this was just terrible. I didn't really complain to the staff but I definitely would not stay there again. We should have either gotten a refund for a night or upgraded to a better room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice, clean hotel by Granville island ramp"
Went for a short two-day stay with my boyfriend to explore downtown Vancouver and surroundings. I had called ahead because of other reviews regarding construction noise and spoke with Florin, who was very courteous and helpful. Upon arrival, we found our room with a broken window latch so we can hear everything outside. I promptly called the front desk […] and we were placed in another room. Other than that, we're completely happy with this hotel. Don't reject it just because it hasn't been newly remodeled and updated. Its bathroom has a large jet tub with beautiful forest green tiles on the floor and very very comfortable bed. Everything is clean and the service is what it's suppose to be. A convenience shop across the street provided the water we needed. It's a short 15 min walk to gastown and within walking distance to various fine dining establishments. Would stay again if parking rates are reasonable. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good for downtown"
Location, although may seem far from the heart of downtown, it is close to the other attractions of Vancouver. Everything is within walking distance (for most healthy adults), 15 mins walk from train station and The Burrard bridge where you can walk to kitsilano and museum of vancouver MOV or take a super super short aquabus ride ($3.50 one way) accross […] the river to Granville Island public Market!. Keurig coffee pods one per person per night, how cheap (and extra is $1), barely enough packets of sugar and one packt of cream per person, how cheap. The heaters' air would blow right at the bed (small room, queen bed) and make you feel super dry all night and dehydrated. It is also loud when it turns on. Service good, very nice people. Bathroom good. No "Do not disturb" tag available! I did not want them to tidy up the room yet they still did when i came back. Overall good, no real complains. "Great overall value plus hidden amenities."
Hotel is great for the price - more than a Holiday Inn but less than a 4 or 5 star. Location is OK, but the staff go the extra mile and little-advertised amenities like a private BMW X5 shuttle, free bike rentals, umbrellas to borrow, and free wine tasting make up for any negatives. Near to Davie Street for great eats and a short walk to the ferry from […] Granville island. Rooms are slightly dated but not in bad condition. Overall you can't beat the value in the $80-$120 range. The room was nice and the staff was most helpful and it was only a few blocks from all of the New Years Eve festivities in the street. It worked out very well and we enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice if they could have offered the New Year's Breakfast a little later on New Years Day since it was such a late night for us.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best service in a long time"
My wife and I travelled to Vancouver to hang-out and see the city. The service at Executive Hotel Vintage Park was so good because it was so sincere. People were not just polite, but genuinely friendly and very pleasant. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and modern. We actually felt like home in our hotel room. How often can you say that about an experience? […] And I have never felt compelled to make a comment about service before. This is my first time to do so. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"great down town hotel, free bikes, good wine too"
Loved the location, liked the 9th floor hot tub, short walk to good food and shuttle boats to Granville Island. I would return, great value. I paid about $230 at the Opus and only about $120 here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not bad for a downtown hotel"
No real complaints, just some petty stuff. The room was loud, as in the windows let a lot of outside sound in. The TV was not synced with the video-on-demand service, so we weren't able to view any movies at night. The hotel restaurant either doesn't serve dinner, or they have weird hours. I should be able to grab dinner at 6 pm on a Saturday. Luckily […] we didn't mind walking to a nice restaurant in the city (I highly recommend The Italian Kitchen). Parking is over-priced, but I'm sure that's standard everywhere. Rant over. It was all nice for an outside of the active part of downtown, but still on the island. "Easy access to Granville Island"
Nice hotel with outdoor rooftop patio and hot tub. Wine tasting in the evening. Restaurant only open for buffet breakfast - much better breakfast available around the corner at White Spot. Easy access to Stanley Park by driving down the waterfront. Highlights were taking the water taxi to Granville Island and other locations including Yaletown for […] dinner. "Needs an update!"
This Hotel is in need of an update draws were chipped, seat was ripped , and better cleaning (the back of the toilet seat was very dirty!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was nice, clean, but lacked a open lounge. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. We chose this hotel as it had complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very small rooms"
You're only paying for the location. No breakfast is provided. The room are extremely small. The trash bins did not have any garbage bags in them. The jacuzzi and exercise room on the 9th floor are small and do not really add any value to the stay. You're not getting any real value for your money other than the location. A bit overpriced.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Execvutive hotel/Vintage Park"
Completely satisfying for the price. The lack of a full time restaurant was not good, but then we had to step out and find new dining experinces.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel, Just a Few Issues"
We loved our two bedroom unit where we stayed for three nights. The unit was the perfect size for us - we were traveling with our adult son for a long weekend in Vancouver. Having a kitchen was great. The unit had 1.5 bathrooms too, which was very convenient. I used the fitness center and enjoyed the city view while working out. Our son used the hot […] tub that was located outside on the same floor with the fitness center. We had wine at the reception one night. The hotel seemed fairly new, our room was clean, beds were comfortable, we really had everything we needed. The only problems we experienced during out stay were: 1) our key cards stopped working every day and we had to get them reprogrammed; 2) the elevators in the building were difficult and confusing to use. From our room we had to take the elevator to the 9th floor, get off, walk to another elevator and go down 1 floor to get ice. Our key cards never worked in the second elevator, so we had no control over what floor we were going to and had to rely on another person getting onto the elevator who had a key card that worked. Also, if you tried to exit into a stairwell and go to another floor, you could not get back into the hotel hallway from there. On the plus side, the concierge, bellman and most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We would stay at this hotel if we go back to Vancouver for another vacation. "Average...not as advertised"
This hotel was fine but not great. They advertised that there was free car service to locations in town. Every time we asked about the car service it was unavailable. Also the in room jacuzzi tub was a large bathtub with rusting drain. Not the relaxing retreat we had anticipated. Beds were too firm and didn't make me want to curl up for an afternoon […] nap. Overall just an average to below average experience. Definitely not as advertised. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel - Definitely can consider"
Not fancy, but I will definitely suggest my friends to consider when they visit Vancouver. It is enough for the international traveler. The Expedia VIP access is free for the good breakfast. The staff is kind and help the forenigers very much. Nice hotel!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location and place for business travelers"
hassle free. clean room. quiet. friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel for business travelers. Not so much for kids.Genuine Expedia guest review
We booked this hotel due to price and stated amenities. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The transfer to the cruise port was excellent. The staff was informative about the site seeing and catching the hop on hop off trolley that picked up next door. The main amenity we were disappointed in was that their restaurant was only serving a breakfast […] buffet, and it wasn't that good. We ended up walking around the corner to the Best Western (White Spot) and down the street to other breakfast shops. After a long day of site seeing, one night we ended up calling for pizza delivery. If we had been aware ahead of time of the restaurant situation, I would have booked a hotel closer to the cruise port and confirmed that a full service restaurant was located on site. We were up graded to a Condo! Great rooms. Air conditioning was not good and it was warm but we managed. Biggest draw back was you had to drive or get a taxi. I like to walk but this was a long walk to most things. Seattle had a better transit system than Vancouver.Genuine Expedia guest review
