The hotel needs to be remodeled if they want to charge what they are charging. Staff very nice, great location, pool was closed the entire time for cleaning & when we left, it was still closed (5 days later). It was filled with a lot of dirt. Bathroom smelled of mold. Some updates are needed, what will draw me back would be the location of hotel.

When we got to the hotel, the queen room we had reserved was not available, so they had to give us a full. Yet they would not refund us the price difference. When I got to the room, I noticed the dead bolt had been removed and the window would not lock. I felt very unsafe. To top it off, the shower handle was completely torn off and I could not take a shower. It was a very uncomfortable situation, and the hotel did not offer a refund. I would not recommend to a friend.

hotel room was clean enough I guess apart from the stains on the sheets. Room door didn't close properly and looked like it had been forced at some point. Chain lock on door didn't work either so had the mild suspicion that our stuff wouldn't be there when we got back! Bed was pretty horrendous very soft and spongy. If I were going to Napa again I wouldn't stay here, spend the extra £30/50 and get somewhere nicer

The hotel was in the middle of Napa which was great but what we got for our money was horrible. The high speed internet was not working properly and the desk person had no idea what was going on. The pillows had hairs on them and the towels had stains. We had asked for a recommendation for dining from the clerk and she sent us to a stip mall down the street. Fortunately we walked by a great steak house and had a great dinner. Otherwise go to another hotel. this place stinks.

The hotel was a nice and cute little spot - the staff was super sweet and friendly! It's kinda like they were going for a B&B feel which was cute and charming. But like a B&B, I've noticed these same things below: The only bad thing - you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you and the beds are crappy. The bed is too high and has a pillow top - trying to cover the stiffness of the bed. If they had better insulation and better beds, it would have been a super cool place to stay!

The hotel has a fantastic location in Napa, however could use a little work. My room was extremely small for what I paid and though the bed was comfortable, the pillows were quite hard and not comfortable. Also, there was water running in the toilet or something the whole time and I could not get it stopped so it was very loud.

They certainly took liberty in using the term "luxury suite". There was no second room, it was only a larger single room. It was not really that big for the price we paid. The Jacuzzi tub was the same size as a normal bath tub. Definitely only a one person tub. The cleanliness of the room was ok, but again for the price we expected better. It is a good location. You can walk to many good restaurants.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the location. The noise levels coming from other rooms and from the outside is distracting and irritating. The folks at the front desk were accommodating and friendly and did make sure that my maintenance complaints were acted upon. I will not stay here again and cannot recommend the hotel to others, primarily due to cost versus accommodations.

The room was small, but just right for two of us. It had a comfy chair and desk besides a king sized bed. The bathroom had lots of counter space. The shower had great water pressure. Our room location was great: the pool was right outside with a small table and chairs for us to use. The parking was all within the hotel property so it was safe and close to all the rooms. I would stay there again and recommend it to couples who plan on sightseeing more than hanging out in the room.
