There was nothing really special about the hotel, it met our needs of a place to spende the night and I would recommend it for that purpose. The free breakfast was better than the majority that I have experienced. The room was clean, but 2 of the 4 cups left in the room were not usable.

Shared a two-queen room with another couple. Plenty of room in the bedrooms, but the vanity and bathroom was a little tight. Great free wifi reception! Was there for a conference at a church that was 6 minutes away. I really enjoyed the delicious Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches! Sausage egg and cheese, or bacon egg and cheese... mmmmmmm. Also had cereal, coffee, bagels, waffles, fruits, Quaker Cereal bars. Front desk was really nice, even with a 2am check-in.

"Ok for a Fairfield"

Hotel appeared to be in a slightly run down neighborhood and the outside of the hotel looked like it needed some maintenance. Inside was recently renovated but could tell it was a little older. Breakfast and service were very good.

"Stay away from Room 218"

Room 218 is obviously situated over the main furnace or boiler room of the hotel, every five minutes the room would shake and a loud buzzing noise would fill the room for about a minute. Had trouble sleeping. However the room was spacious and clean and the staff was courteous.

This hotel was the type you stay at only as you pass through on your way to a destination. The carpet was dirty and the bathrrom in need for updating and repair. We have stayed at much nicer Marriots and were disappointed with this one.

"Pleasantly Surprised"

I was really expecting to stay closer to Greenville, but found out the location wasn't as bad as I anticipated. The hotel is secluded a little from main road. However, after arriving, the jorney to and from was pretty easy. There was a 30 minute, easy going ride to get into Greenville, which really wasn't bad.
