This LaQuinta is exceptionally friendly and well-managed. At breakfast we commented to the manager about how comfortable the pillows were. He helped us find some for our home. Very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Wichita Falls. The room was clean, well-arranged and very comfortable.

I actually got there early before check in time and the room was ready! It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It offered lots of movies on TV. Perfect location if you are visiting someone at Sheppard AFB.

Was traveling for 12 hrs. Just needed a clean room with comfortable bed. Also we were pulling a 20ft trailer with 2 side by sides. Was concerned about saftey. We had adviser call with Questions on saftey and parking. Bed was very comfortable.

the staff was very helpful in dealing with any concerns we had. the water out of the faucet was not good to drink, but that was because the water table was down all over the city due to a draught. the breakfast was good, not extensive, but adequate. the carpet is newly redone, also the bedding, so the room was pleasant.

After dragging all of our things up stairs, past boxes of trash by stairs, and into the room our room had not been cleaned. We then carry it back down and into the office to get another room. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was clean and well kept. The room was very clean. The motel itself is older and a little run down, but well kept. For the money it is an outstanding deal. If we ever need a place to stay in Wichita Falls again, this will be our first choice.

Even though off the highway I didnt hear hardly any traffic. There is a convenience store and several.restaurants close by which was very convenient. The front desk called to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything-very friendly. There was several grassy areas for my pup to do her business, I was very satisfied and would stay again

Hotel is older and feels it----heavy old hotel smell. I ask for some air freshner and was told where the grocery store was --five blocks away. Desk help was short and unresponsive----I will not be back.

Stains on bed linens, sheets, smelled bad, every security light out or broken on the entire wing, gangs of loud teenagers roaming around the parking lot...just a few of the bad impressions we received. We had booked two nights, stayed the first, and decided to cancel and drive on past the La Quinta to avoid another night there.

it was ok but something was biting me at night. i looked on the sheets but did not find any bugs or discoloration. then in the restroom there was a small tiny roach, did not see any others but it kinda freaked me out. came home washed all my stuff, shampooed my hair, took a long hot bath but did not see any bugs. i guess you get what you pay for.

The quality of the bedding and room was not the usual PLUSH look and feel like the usual La Quinta hotel you find. But it's clean for the most part, but seems a little dated. The room was spacious and had two fridges in it. We had an issue when we first got there when we used our blow dryer, microwave and tea pot at the same time. We blew the fuse and […] the power was out in our room. When calling the front desk, we were told that they have been having electrical issues and would send someone right away. The fellow they send was very friendly and quickly fixed the situation for us. BUT, the real issue I had with this location was the woman at the front desk. She did not smile, did not come across as friendly and sighed loudly when I asked for a downstairs room due to having a pet. Over all, I would stay again... but some definate coaching on the part of the manager would go a long way. The area isn't that great as far as food choices... so I suggest eating before you get to the room if you can. Read more

I was using this hotel as a sleep over on a travel. Since it was so inexpensensive. I expect not much but instead found it very clean an new looking. No fridge but the ice machines were clean and full. Parking lot had ample space and clean. Easy on and off or freeway. Very helpful staff. The hotel was older and maintenance has been neglected. The ice machine nearest my room was inoperative and had been for an extended period. The next machine was also inoperative, but the third worked. The electrical outlets were outdated and limited. The TV did not work which I did not discover till late in the evening. We encountered problems with this hotel. It is an old LaQuinta - nothing like most of them. We checked into our room and found that the commode would not stop running and the stopper in the bathtub did not work. We contacted the front desk and after trying to transfer us to three rooms they finally found a room that the door would open. The commode […] was better but you still had to work with the handle to stop if from running. The bathtub stopper did work. However the bathtub was dirty and required me to clean it up prior to taking a bath. The staff was very polite but the hotel really needs a remodeling. Read more
