"Great hotel, great location"
Omni Hotel was very clean. The room was beautiful with a great view of the city. If you are travelling light, you can easily get to the hotel from the Peachtree Street Marta station - you will need to walk a few blocks. Great place, highly recommended.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I have stayed at the Atlanta Omni several times in the past. I will never stay there again. I just completed 18 days of Hotel stays from the Omni to Holiday Inn to Hampton Inn to Ritz- Carlton. The Omni in Atlanta seems to care little for their cliental and live off their reputation. First - internet service. To be charged anything is appalling. […] But to be charged over $10.00 per night! I get it free at the Ritz and the Holiday Inn. That is obnoxious just for a guest to check their email. Valet Service - The Omni goes to great lengths to convince you that it is a seperate company that handles the service. Which is true. BUT, this third party DOES represent the Omni. And they do that poorly. Over the two day period I needed my car four times. Each time it took plus 20 min. The vehicles are parked off-site. BUT, the attendents stand around and talk and take their time getting your car. I tip well I think. Ten dollars each time, and they walked, when they felt like it, to get the car. The management of the process could be better and.more efficient to spend up the outcome as well. But! - the Omni excepted no responsibility for them - yet the Omni only offered them as the only parking option. I just stayed at the Ritz...when I came down stairs, they were sprinting to get my car before I even asked for it. Amenities: water is available by machine on only two floors. BUT, if you want an aspirin after 9:00pm... take a Cab several blocks away. The gift shop closes at 8 or 9. And the omni does not have a little Amenity Shop selling aspirin, soda, chips, or toothbrushes like the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn or Embassy Suites. My last night there we ate at the top floor of the Westin and I stopped at the Holiday Inn to get an aspirin on the way home. The Omni is the Highest priced in town - I will stay at the Westin or Holiday Inn when in Atlanta from now on. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Big big hotel, great location"
Huge hotel, very well located, expensive valet, good seafood restaurants, Cocacola museumGenuine Expedia guest review
We were there for wrestling tournament, unfortunately my husband and myself never made to the room. My husband had a heart attack at the Georgia World Congress Center and we were taken to Emory Hospital. The Hotel took very good care of my children and grandchildren.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Being connected to the Phillips Arena was wonderful! No cold trips outside! Great location!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great deal for an awesome room!"
We had a great stay. We thought since we got a good deal on the room, we would have a great view, but we did. We overlooked Centennial Olympic Park and then new Ferris Wheel. Room was clean and comfy. Only thing we didn't like was the high price for parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice hotel!"

"One night stay"
Stayed one night to visit the aquarium and World of Coke. Location of the hotel was perfect for that - short walk. Registration process was quick, parked the car with their valet and that was fine, employees very pleasant. Overall a good experience. There were only two of us but we saw many families checking in. We would stay there again. Didn't eat […] at the hotel so can't comment on that. Did eat one meal in the food court in the basement which was pretty good. Can't remember the name of the restaurant but I'm pretty sure it's the only one where you order at the counter with inside seating. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The room was nice and clean, the location was perfect as we didn't have to leave to attend a game at the Phillips Arena. The turn down service was a pleasant surprise complete with cookies and milk! Next time we are in town for a game the Omni will be our choice!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great experience, since we were down for the Chick-fil-a Bowl. Staff was great and very accommodating, rooms were great, and food was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Omni is located very close to the Georgia Dome, which is why we selected it. The entire staff was extremely hospitable. The hotel was very nice, but what kept me giving it a 5 was the following: 1. At $300+ per night, I would expect free internet service, 2. The mini-bar was not stocked, nor was there any way to attain food when we returned to our […] room after midnight. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We went for the Chick Fil A bowl and it was the perfect location. Hotel was nice and has everything you need right there. Walked to the dome and the aquarium the next day. Would definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Went to a ball game at Georgia Dome."
We stayed there before an NFL game In the Georgia Dome. The Omni hotel allowed us to leave our car parked in the valet parking until after the football game. The Hotel was within walking distance of the dome-about 3 or 4 short blocks. It was also attached to the CNN center where there is a food court accessible through the hotel lobby. Rooms were clean […] and comfortable. We had an issue with the heater but after we called to get help they were polite and efficient in getting our heat back. Customer service was courteous as well. Directions to navigate through the hotel was a little lacking but after a couple of pass throughs we learned. There was security attached to the elevators by use of your room key to get you onto floors above the ground/lobby levels. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect location with a view."
The Omni is a perfect place to stay if you are attending any activity around Centennial Park. Ideally you want a room looking out over the park. A room looking into the food court would not be as ideal. The hotel is enormous, two towers, so plan ahead when you want your car (required valet, pricey) or to take the elevator (can be a line). The valet […] staff and bell hops are very friendly. Due to the size of the hotel we had little interaction with the front desk staff, however they were friendly when we checked in. Our room was spacious with two queen sized beds and a roomy bathroom. The only criticism of the room was the ventilation. It always felt stuffy at night no matter what the temp was on the thermostat. If my family and I were to visit Atlanta again I would book here again without thinking twice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

This hotel exceeded my expectations! With the hustle and bustle of the city the service was phenomenal!Genuine Expedia guest review
The location cannot be beat if you are going to World of Coke, the Aquarium, Georgia Dome, CNN Center or Philips Center. Parked the car once when we got there and never needed to move it again. Traveled with children and the food court in the CNN Center is so nice and economical! Our view was great of the ferris wheel and Olympic park! Valet is expensive […] but seems to be what you can expect downtown. Try Max's Oven Pizza nearby for a great lunch / dinner! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"For Business Not Pleasure"
Parking car $32 ... absolutely ridiculousGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We just wanted to get away from normal life for a second and get a room in Downtown Atlanta and the Omni Hotel did the trick. It was so comfortable and had many choices for dinning from fast food to expensive eating right in the hotel. My View of Centennial Park and Atlanta skyline was incredible! With its connection to the CNN center & Phillips arena […] we were able to take a tour or see a Hawks game without even leaving the hotel. It is a stones throw away from the Coca Cola Factory and Ga Aquarium. Not to mention that there is a new ferris wheel that is right across the street. The GA Dome is just behind the hotel and the NCAA football Hall of fame is being constructed as we speak just a block or two away. GREAT HOTEL IN A GREAT LOCATION. Right in the middle of everything !!! Excellent stay for the price...Genuine Expedia guest review
Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. Only negative is the parking price, 32$ a day, But you can look around and you can find much cheaper option (I've found a 5$/day) parking 2 blocks from the hotel. I'll come back for sure !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A must stay"
Excellent choice for me and my seven year old son. we really enjoyed all the attractions we seen and to hit the Falcons game on the last day. Greatest two nights for a Father and Son what a blessing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was great and we had a beautiful view if centenial park. The only drawback is the valet parking. It seems to be a continuous nightmare.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My husband and I stayed here to see the Jay Z concert at the Phillips Arena and it was literally 3 min walk from the venue. Also the park is close and shopping centers such as the Underground. Loved this hotel. Made us feel so comfortable. Must stayGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice hotel with lots of amenities connected"
The only negative thing I have to say about our stay at The Omni is that our room was not ready upon our arrival around 230pm and it was finally ready around 5pm. We had been flying and I was ready to get to our room. Otherwise, the Omni is an excellent choice. It is connected to the CNN center and a food court and the basketball stadium. "The Omni completely enhanced our stay"
The stay was completely enhanced by the Omni Hotel's customer service, location to Philips Arena, other sight, restaurants, night clubs. I will not stay anywhere else in any Atlanta trip. Rates, rooms, service, location were all exceptional. I've never took the time to rate anything, but I have to let the world know about the Omni.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location for downtown festivities"
Minus fighting the traffic for the JayZ concert, the stay was good. Everyone from the bell boy to the valet to the front desk was awesome. No problems.Genuine Expedia guest review
I have been to the Mni before and fell in love with it! My wife and planned a romantic night in Atlanta and the Omni would be the only place we would stay in Atanta but we were very dissapointed with out stay. I told the lady at the check in counter that i had surgery and was having trouble carrying my bag and she said "I'm sorry"! She did not offer […] to call someone to help carry my bags!Complaint #2 I called the Spa one hour and half before closing time and they were already gone for the day. I asked three different employees about the spa and nobody knew anything and did not offer to seek out an answer! I finally went down to the spa and they were closes with no special sign indicating why! My BIGGEST complaint was the noise surrounding my room! I don't know if it was maintenance or the location of my room but there was noise all night. I got a horrible night sleep! It was the sound of power for something big going on and off all night! There was also the noise of liquid being moved around all night long! The facility itself was amazing and very well kept up! The location is perfect! But when my wife and i planned a romantic evening in Atlanta the Omni was the first hotel that came to mind but our expectations were very dissapointed! I would assume a credit for another night or a refund would be appropriate but of course that would be up to the administration! Thank you, Jeremy Wilson Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"okay... just okay"
Personally, for the overall cost, I've expected much better. They gave the wrong room initially but they fixed it quickly. The room was just plain unimpressive. All the staff was amazing and helpful but parking was expensive so be prepared for that. Wi-Fi was ten dollars a night which is one third of what I spend per month on internet at home. Like […] I said, it was okay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel. Close to attractions!"
Spent two nights in Atlanta and we had a blast. We purchased a City Pass right next door at the CNN tower. We didn't have to leave the hotel to find a quick bit to eat, just a few steps away. Fun Fun Fun!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
Love the location, location, location! Parking is a pain and cost an extra 30 dollars to park in a nearby garage. Room was nice, very nice. View was okay. Could still hear people in next room. Overall, we has a great stay and would go back!1Genuine Expedia guest review
"horrible beds and thin wall!!!"
Beds are old and uncomfortable. Hotel is in a good location, however, downtown ATL has nothing to offer. Mediocre restaurants are within walking distance. Even the hotel restaurant is mediocre and a full menu was not available when we attended. Would not stay at this hotel again, because of the terrible beds, thin walls and lack of amenities.Genuine Expedia guest review
"One of the best hotel experience with Omni Hotel"
Our family had a three day visit to Atlanta and we chose Omni Hotel due to its right location and top reviews from yelp. It turns out we got a wonderful experience with Omni Hotel. I wrote this review to appreciate the friendly staff at Omni Hotel. If you are visiting Atlanta, I strongly recommend Omni Hotel. The check-in is fast and simple. The receptionists […] are very very friendly, making you feel like old friends. They are also very helpful when we had to exchange a 1-bed room to double bed room. Everything in the room is pristine clean. The room looks modern and great. We had a wonderful view at 24th floor at the north tower. You can see the whole Olympic square. I had stayed in Holiday inn, Marriot, Hilton, and other hotels before, the service and friendliness at Omni Hotel at CNN is the best along with Marriot. Minor cons: the wireless internet access at Omni is NOT free and should be made free since such service is so cheap. Even those motels made this free. The valet parking is a little bit expensive $32 when we paid $80 per night. But their valet parking service is superior. So I don't complain too much about that. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Service and cleaniness was great. What needs to be worked on is the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear everyone and everything in the hallways. You could make out all conversations.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"In general, good - but room 4 service improvement"
Generally very pleased, Room service was top notch, room clean and you can't beat the convenience to CNN, Phillips Arena, great restaurants, Olympic park, etc. But they could definitely benefit by improving their communications between valet, bellmen and front desk. Despite notifying the front desk that we needed our luggage delivered within 20 min […] because we needed to change and depart quickly, and despite 3 calls to the front desk and bellman to check on status, it took almost 45 minutes to get our luggage. When challenged, each team pointed fingers at the other. Also, would recommend that they allow you to call down to the valet to have your car ready when you need to depart. Instead, they said we needed to come downstairs to make that request in person. Really? This is the 21st century, right? Here again, we had a 20+ minute wait and jumped into a cold car. "An excellent location"
It was very convenient for me to leave Phillips arena where I watch the lakers and Hawks play and go upstairs to my room. My wife and I never had to go outside.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"disappointed with parking"
I thought the hotel was wonderful but I was very upset that we had to pay 64 dollars for parking. The valet guy told me that the reason we had to pay is because the hotel didn't have enough parking for the guests. I really felt ripped off and probably won't be back just because of that.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Next to Phillips Arena - Excellent location!"
Everything was exquisite until we tried to get coffee before leaving. We ordered a pot with our in-room breakfast and were told it would come from Housekeeping. When breakfast arrived, the girl who delivered it called Housekeeping to bring coffee stat. At 11:30 we still didn't have coffee, so I called room service and they finally brought a single service […] of coffee. Fortunately we had another cup. And then housekeeping brought us 4 coffee packs for the in-room coffee maker. And who's on first? Makes you wonder. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"One Of The Best Stays"
Very enjoyable. Everyone was extremely courteous. Access to a food court was excellent. Lots going on in the way of a Pink Concert and Andrea Bocelli ant the Falcons were in town so public areas were VERYnoisy and difficult to get to a bar or finer restaurant. Need to update their prices on cab fairs to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again. […] Only suggestion would be they should have service elevators for the staff and adjust the elevator doors so they stay open longer. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fine hotel, but charging for Internet?"
Excellent hotel, except for the fact that in-room wireless costs another $10.00 per day. I would stay again if the Omni agrees to come into the 21st century on this issue. Great location near downtown and attractions, as well as the MARTA station. But for me the Internet charge is much akin to charging extra for towels or electricity--I try to avoid […] such places as much as possible. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good hotel for conference next door"
This hotel is located next door to the Georgia World Congress Center, so if you are attending a conference there, this hotel is extremely convenient.
