I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I had stayed here before and it was fine but in the last few months it has gone down hill. They charge and outragous amount for the rooms that are old and tired. They have done some simple upgrades but when you really started looking at the room it was falling apart. My shower had some mildew in it […] and the tub would barely drain and filled up with out having the plug in. The fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall and tub and it smelled. Stayed here only one night for a quick business trip. The airport shuttle was quick and friendly. Front Desk check in was good, friendly and checked-me in early. Unfortunately, the room could have been cleaned better. When I got to the motel, it was around 1 pm. There was not a room ready, which was ok since check in is at three. But, the desk clerk was quite nasty. She was abrupt and rude. I sat in the lobby reading until 245, when the clerk agreed that she had a room ready for me. After checking in, I went to the room, opened the door, and found the room had not […] been cleaned. The maid was outside the room, so I asked her if she would be cleaning that room. She said no, she had rooms 624 and 626, but not 625, that was someone else's. I then went back to to front desk and explained to the clerk that the room had not been cleaned. The clerk called the maid service, argued with them for a few minutes, hund up, and told me that the room would not be ready for another hour. Finally we were able to go into our room about 4:00. Around 8 pm, the fire alarms went off. I went down to the desk, and asked the clerk if there was a fire or could we go back to our room. She told me that she had no Idea and I could do what I wanted. Back to the dirty room, the clerk gave me a card that she called service recovery. There were some options that I could pick for free. I chose to get the extra points. The clerk told me that I would have to come back later to talk with the manager because it took too long to look me up. I chose to forgo this and choose not to go to this facility again.
