"No One Could Pay Me To Stay Here Again"
The first room I was given was smokey smelling even after it had been cleaned. I asked for a nonsmoking room. The second room I was given made me cry. I couldn't believe that I was trapped in a contract and had to sleep here. I had lukewarm showers, no internet connection although I was given a code, dirty sheets and comforters and muddy carpeting that […] I was afraid to put my bare feet on. I used sheets I borrowed from my a relative. When I checked out, the front desk clerk called my cell phone yelling at me about stealing sheets and comforters and threatening to call the police on me and charge my card $150.00. I honestly would not steal anything but definitively not the sheets and comforters from this room. I explained that the missing comforter and sheets were taken by the maid staff and that he should have checked with them. He called back within twenty minutes apologizing but the damage had been done. You should always check your sources before accusing anyone of anything. I was very upset. I was at a restaurant trying to eat breakfast and had to stop and return to the hotel to clear my name. If you are looking for a bargain, this is not it. Room was great, everyone very wonderful. Had a little trouble with the wi-fi connection probably due to the distance we were from the office. Overall was a wonderful stay would recommend to anyone.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
