Was in town for my goddaughters graduation. Stayed for a week. Only real dissppointment: sign in lobby says breakfast Monday-Friday 6-9, but in the room in their book, it stated weekends was 7-10. Only good thing I have to say about this hotel is its close by numerous restaurants and Shopping Mall. As far the room concern, the only reason I stayed for one night because I was unable to cancel room reservation without getting charge 1 night stay. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. There was no manager on site to take my complaints. The heater didn't work and it was 50 degrees that night, the toilet didn't flush, and the water would not get hot so I had to take a cold shower.. Do not stay here! You will be disappointed!

The room was fine and the check in wasfine but I find it VERY frustrating the access to the room using the key does not work but for a 24 hour period. Not an issue if only stating 1 night but I normally stay for multiple nights so I end up having to go to the front desk everyday to have the key reactivated.

There was hair EVERYWHERE. One of the beds had a huge sinking groove in it. The rooms are very small. The sink stopper was stuck when we got there and we had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed. Our cards stopped working everyday. The internet was horrible.

Not a perfect place to stay, but okay for an overnight place to sleep. Comfortable room and it was clean enough, although there were some minor problems. I arrived late afternoon and the receptionist at the front desk could not find my reservation for almost 10 minutes. Then when I went to the room, it was not ready. The maid had not finished cleaning […] and changing the bed and towels. I waited outside for another 5-10 minutes for her to finish. The tv remote did not work well. The handle on the lobby door fell off in my hands as I was checking out. The receptionist said he would have maintenance to fix the door. I had a good night's sleep before resuming my journey so I was ok with everything, but if these things bother you then maybe you should look elsewhere. Read more

At check in I was told the room would not be cleaned daily also I had to take my dirty towels to the office if I wanted cleans towels. The carpet was in really bad condition. Could not connect to wi-fi without placing laptop high against the ceiling. The bathroom needs work around the tub. 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 handtowels. Room in dire need of paint and updating. Pillows too small and too soft. Coffee pot dirty, carpet needs vacuuming.

Was one of the top five worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at alot of hotels between work and vacation. The hotel was run down, the room was small, dirty,rundown and out dated. Over all the stay was not that bad. I read over the reviews prior to booking and some of them seem to be accurate. The room I stayed in was humid but after turning on the A/C, it was no longer an issue. Breakfast had no meat, but was there was true continental.

Upon arrival I thought the hotel looked nothing like the picture it appeared to be a motel which was unexpected. Then once I arrived in my room I happy to see that at least it appeared to be clean. My boyfriend and I went out to buy our own towels which speaks volumes. The day before we were to check out we asked that our bedding be changed. The housekeeper […] changed the bedding and what she changed it to had cigarette ashes on it, dry blood stains, and when we requested the room be furnished with clean linens we were made to change them ourselves. As if that weren't enough the blanket we were given was wet and the hostess actually asked us well how wet is it as though that is acceptable. After trying to get her to find clean bed linen they finally gave us the linen from the showroom. I will NEVER stay there ever again and I recommend that no else does either. Read more

I checked in at the hotel and first noticed the lobby did not appear well kept. After checking in to my room I first noticed that not all of the lights worked in the room. The ones that did were dimly lit. This must have been intentional because it almost hide the multiple stains on the furniture. It certainly did not hide the awkward smell in the room. […] I noticed the walls had a blackish discoloration to them. I am guessing it was mold. Additionally, the door peephole was mounted backwards (so those outside could watch you). It appeared that the hotel had been damaged by flooding and wasn't not properly restored. I was so disgusted by this place that I returned my key after 10 minutes and found another hotel to stay at for the night. I usually find the hotels through Expedia to be fairly rated, however, this one should be rated as a 1. Also, when I checked in to the hotel that was near by this place the lady told me that she noted the Baymont is known to be dirty locally. This hotel was suppossed to be a 2 1/2 star but it was a 1 star. It needed a lot of maintenance. Everything in the room was damp, the a/c was not removing the humidity from the room. I usually stay in Marriot branded hotels and this was not even close.
