I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price was reasonalbe, the room was very neat, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Although I failed to notice that my room was not a non-smoking room, I hardly noticed it. The room smelled clean. (The ashtrays gave it away.) I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. This was my second visit staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay when I visit San Antonio again.

The hotels was a very, very good value in a location very close to my appointment. The only complaint was the walls and ceilings were not well insulated from noise. I could hear the child from the room above everytime he/she walked (stomped) accross the room. The room was facing the pool area and when guests wanted to enjoy the area, I could hear it all. Not so bad unless you are a terrible sleeper and need quiet to get there.

The rooms in this hotel must have absolutely NO insulation in them! We had a room next to the pool and across from the door to our room (and a couple doors down) was an ice machine & coke machine. EVERY time someone got ice or a soda it woke us up as it was EXTREMELY loud. People got ice/soda all the way through the night. I can honestly say this was the worst night's sleep I have had in a VERY long time. I definitely don't recommend this hotel. Also, the neighborhood is not a good neighborhood.

the room itself was fine. They were working on the parking lot and he told me after we checked in. The room was on the far left and we had to park in the starbucks parking lot. we had quite a distance to walk to our room, dragging our luggage etc. Very, very inconvenient. The next day they opened up the parking lot and it was much much better.

Hotel is in run-down, noisy neighborhood. We booked a room with 2 double beds - we were 2 people and had to pay an "extra person fee"!!!?? Go figgure.... Also booked a non-smoking room and was told when I arrived that there are only smoking rooms left. Check the fine-prints. This is only based upon availability. Overall I was dissapointed with the hotel and hotel.com this time!

Convenient hotel at a reasonable price for a large city. Very easy to get to downtown or the airport. Room smelled strongly of bleach and carpet was wet in some places.

This Hotel offers a great clean room for the money. Complimentary Breakfast is very limited though.

We went with young kids to visit the theme park nearbye. In the morning the breakfast that we were counting on was insufficient so we had to load-up and go out to eat. The waffle center had no syrup and hadn't for about an hour as per another guest who was conplaining to me. The juice dispenser had 4 dispensers of which 3 were out of order. The lobby was so crowded with guests the line to the 1 juice dispenser was taking for ever. The pastries were almost run out and none were being restocked. The cereal offered was 1 raisin bran which not everyone eats especially kids. My husband went 3 different times to let the management know how disappointed we were in the breakfast and they did not seem to care.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fair, but the carpet right in front of the bathroom was very wet, and although the room didn't smell bad when we were there, it will soon if that's not fixed. As far as service, we didn't really require much, but the front desk was helpful and friendly.

The room we stayed in was clean, overnight was pretty quiet. The staff was courteous. Overall we had a pretty pleasant experience.

I was told before I arrived when I called to let the front desk know I was on my way at 10p.m. that my nonsmoking room had been given away which caused great stress. When I arrived I found that was not true. The person at the desk could not give me definite instructions on how to get there from my location. When we got in the room, there were not enough towels and the floor in the bathroom area was not clean and had hairs everywhere.

The staff were very attentive and were quick on the service with any problems that arised. They offered continental breakfast which was very satisfactory. The only problem I ran into was that the air conditioner fluctuated the temperature and didnt keep a constant temperature throughout our stay. Other than that, the room was clean and the cleaning staff was friendly and good at keeping the room tidy. I would recommend for anyone who is just on vacation visiting the sites with no intention of staying in the hotel for anything other than sleep.

The room was very good beside that the air conditioning is just a foot from one of the beds and was too cold. The improvemnets needed are outside of the room, is not very clean. The continental breakfast was not bad but the waffle maker was broken. I can go again!!!

I was not impressed w/ the outward appearance of the hotel, but the cleanliness of our room made up for it. The hotel ran out of the larger towels, but medium sized towels were offered to us. The front desk service was good. I would not advise eating at the Mexican restaurant that adjoins the parking lot: 2 out of 4 of us hated our food, and the service was horrible.
