The room looked NOTHING like the photos I saw. Was dated and smelled dingy. I speficifally picked a room that had "extra bed available" and when I requested one I was informed that no roll out beds were available to me because it would not fit into my room. When I called the front desk the woman was rude and unaccommodating; I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. I will never stay at this hotel again. I paid over $170 for a room that looked like it was worth $85 a night.

Regarding the roll-away bed you had asked for we have different room types in our hotel, we cannot put roll-away bed in a traditional rooms due to fire code and therefore it wasn't provided to you. Please accept our apology for our associate’s behavior in context to responding to your needs and expectations. This is not the standard that we live by. We have an extensive training program for all our associates prior to having them service our guests. Hospitality 101 is "service, service and service" and we do not take it lightly when we fall short of this basic aspect in our industry. We were supposed to stay two nights but had to cancel one due to weather conditions. The hotel worked with our third party and refunded one night value which we appreciate a lot! The stuff was really friendly and the room comfortable and clean. We had a good night sleep and are considering to stay there again next week when we come up for our second appointment.

The only problem with the hotel room was that it was extremely small. Also, the parking for this hotel is a bit confusing.

If you are looking for value, this place fits the bill. Check in was quick, efficient, and a room (clean and modern) exactly as reserved was immediately available. I did not use the pool (outdoor, closed for the season) nor the gym this trip. There is ongoing construction noise from across the street directly behind the hotel. It was a clear nuisance but only because I was in the room during the day. This would have been an issue had my family been traveling with me. Breakfast buffet is average (it's free), so expect the usual carb-heavy options. Did I mention it's free? Easy 3 block walk to Inner Harbor, Convention Center, and Camden Yards (but use the well lit avenues after dark) and one block from the arena. Local food choices are realistically limited to the Inner Harbor area, there is very limited "grab and go" options as advertised by the hotel on-site Pub, "Balto's" (site of the breakfast buffet). There are local eateries which advertise "free" delivery to the hotel, but I did not explore this option. I was pan-handled in the lobby on my way out for the day one morning, which placed a damper on my visit. I stayed here this trip for overall cost containment. I will in all likelihood stay elsewhere my next trip and pay for the convenience (and the security), particularly if I am traveling with my family.

I traveled for a weekend trip and was fairly disappointed with my stay. The staff was friendly yet for a seemingly upscale hotel it went downhill as I got to my room. My coffee cups looked like they were chewed on, some of the plastic cups for water (which should have been sealed) were open. I made coffee and when grabbing sugar packets sugar went all over the desk, open packets. Also, one of the tea packets was open. As for the bathroom, it was extremely small and the shower had no pressure. I could have filled cups with water and felt better dumping them over my head. Also, there was a large construction jackhammer going on outside for endless hours which I was not warned about prior to booking. I don't recommend this hotel as this construction looks to be in the middle of progress if you are looking to stay in the near future.

Parking in the garage was is easily accessible, hotel is close to transit such as the metro. Karaoke seemed very popular. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Didn't use the shuttle, but that's a definite plus for navigating to the airport or Hopkins

My stay was very nice and I would certainly return. Certainly can't beat it for its location.The room and service were fine. People were friendly and helpful. My only 'issue' was that on my last day the room was very warm and the only way to regulate the temp was to turn the thermostat off which was fine. I was perfectly comfortable. I'll certainly try and stay at the Baltimore Harbor Hotel again!

The hotel staff was the best part off my stay. They were very warm & welcoming. The room was not clean...crumbs & something sticky was on the night stand & dresser. When I pulled the sheets down (as I do in all hotel rooms) there were stains on the sheets. Lucky I had two beds to choose from. For a hotel that size to not have a restaurant inside was kind of a let down as well. And the bar area was freezing cold which made it uncomfortable.

We drove 3 hours to get there to find that parking is $32 a night. I called specifically to ask about Parking and they told me it was included. Also, I was told there would be a tub in our room and it was just a walk in shower. The room was a lot smaller than what's pictured. For the room I got, I could've stayed anywhere. Although, there is a bartender named mike in the bar downstairs and he is fabulous!! Told us about some great spots to visit while in town. The hotel also provides a card with local food places that deliver and the times that they're open til are wrong on the card. We walked 4 city blocks to a closed restaurant cuz the hotel said it would be open. I wouldn't stay at this hotel anymore

Nice hotel for the price. Only complaint would be the bar. Service was terrible and it was not stocked well. They were out of everything. Bartender seemed like the customers were bothering him.

Marcus at the front desk was heaven sent before checking in as I was traveling from out of state but once I arrived, I was not impressed. The room was a corner room and definitely not spacious as mentioned in other reviews. The glass table in the room was dusty, the shower had an older shower head with very low water pressure, one of the pillow cases was stained and it took 4 calls to the front desk and an actual trip to the lobby to get a blow dryer which should have been in the room initially. The free breakfast was a nice addition to the price. Not impressed with my stay. I expected alot more after reading the great reviews prior to making my reservation.

Free-Wifi and the location of this hotel are about the best things going for it. I looked for a nice hotel for a V-Day getaway. I prefer not to do big chains if I can help it, but I would have opted for big chain service. - There was a chicken bone outside of the room next to ours for our entire stay and other trash on our floor. Nobody bothered to come clean it. - The comforter felt and sounder like a shower curtain every single time we shifted in the bed. The tag said it was a collection by Sheraton but it could've easily been their discards. - The bathroom had no tub, which would be ok since we weren't staying that long, but the tile was disgusting and resembled the tile on public gym locker room floors. There's no way I was getting in that unless I had shower shoes. If you are looking for an easy spot that's close to the harbor and just need a place to lay your head at night, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a place with ambience, try somewhere else.

Paid extra for a corner room. The walls/doors were paper thin. You could hear the conversation of our neighbors without any strain. The heating system was extremely noisy and the windows shook in the wind leading to a poor nights sleep. Called down early for valet to retrieve car. Went downstairs to no car available. The attendant said we would be next. Waited 15 minutes for car and still nothing. Popped my head outside and see car all the way down the street, not in front. No one decided to tell us that they dropped car off.

The hotel was fine but was drastically understaffed. There were only 2 agents at the front desk and there was a long line to check in for several hours. There was no one available for any questions about the location or local restaurants since they were so busy with check in. Also, there was only one valet for the entire hotel and you are not able to self park. I waited over 25 minutes in the lobby for my car to be brought up. The first floor was very, very cold so it was difficult for those waiting in line to check in or for those of us waiting for our cars. The hotel was not as close to the harbor as it appeared and there was really no close restaurants. Needed a car or cab for anything.

Hotel was really nice. Rooms are quite small. Heat did not work. It was a cold night, in the single digits, with winds of 60 MPH. That was very disappointing. The hotel offered valet parking. It took us over an hour to get our vehicle after we called 30 minutes before we were leaving. It was a holiday and they should've had additional staff.

We had a corner room with a king size bed and loved the 2 solid walls of windows that looked out over the city landscape. The room was not overly large which did not bother me but the bathroom was pretty tiny and definitely could not accommodate 2 people at the same time. The staff were polite and the valet parking worked great given that it was a snowy and very windy weekend. The big disappointment with this hotel is that there is no restaurant or room service and bar service is limited. Where I believe there was a restaurant is now just a bar that has limited hours and they mainly use the space for the breakfast which was included in the room. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we were there for a college parent's weekend and ate at the college. We did grab a cup of coffee to go and the layout to get food seemed a bit awkward. On Friday we wanted to go to the bar around 5:00 for a drink before we set out but it was not open. When we inquired we were told they are never sure when or if the bar will be open. We did manage to have a drink on Saturday but the bar tender was less then friendly and the wine choices were disappointing.

When my roommate checked in, the price we booked online was not the price the hotel charged us at check in. So he had to cancel the room and check into another one. It was inconvenient and a bad start to our very first trip to Baltimore.

This was a lovely hotel, however the heat in the room I was in didn't work at all, on one of the coldest nights thus far. When I arrived I was told I had to park my car in another garage because Valet parking was full, which was strange because it made me question room to parking space ratio. Also the valet employee wasn't very friendly. I was only there 1 night but I wouldn't stay again!

A friendly greeting by Isaac at the front desk was followed with the assignment of a quiet room at the end of the hallway with city view. For a very competitive rate in downtown/harbor area, I received a rather small room with queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, compact bathroom, wall mounted flat screen TV (no swivel, limited programming, few HD channels). No fridge or micro. Room was reasonably clean, furniture aged, carpet warped, but nothing to get excited about - one way or the other. Heater was efficient, but noisy. While freezing temps outside, one has the choice of sleeping - or running the heater, not both. Bed and comforter kept me warm. The ambiance in lobby and bar of this former Sheraton is fading. As written about by many tripadvisors, the breakfast is mediocre - so lower your expectations. The styrofoam feast equals that of a Days Inn or Super 8 Motel. Staff is constantly stressing over refilling the buffet, no time to clean tables. Happy Hour at the bar gets you a good draft for $4 by a slightly un-happy bar tender. Front desk staff is outgoing, fiendly and service oriented. Several PC's available for guest use. If I would have paid $150 per night, I would complain. But since I only paid half that, this was a value-driven stay and met my lowered expectations for a long weekend in Baltimore.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Our room was a little bit small but the beds were very comfy. There were coffee, cream on the desk. The free breakfast was very good. Waffles, fruits, yogurt, bread, coffee etc were fresh and good. The lady who was working there was very nice too tho. She was always making sure there was enough food for the guests.
