The rooms just need updating. Other than that it was goid. New matress and newer microwave. The shower head needs updated and fixed.

First the hotel had no record of mu request for two cribs, double checked my reservation I definitely requested them. I never heard back from the front desk on that issue. Second, our room was supposed to be non-smoking. It was DEFINITELY NOT. The room smelled like an ashtray and both afternoons when we returned from our daily activities the smoke smell […] was extremely strong, which leads me to believe that the maids were smoking while cleaning the room. All of my clothes, my husbands clothes and the clothes for my 10 month old twin girls had to be washed when we got home, whether they were worn or not! Third, on the Saturday afternoon of our stay we returned to the room earlier than anticipated and we let our girls crawl around and get some energy out. To our dismay and disgust their knees and feet were BLACK from crawling around on the carpet. I have pictures to prove this and will send them if necessary. Lastly, on Sunday afternoon one of my girls tried to pull open the bottom dresser drawer...only it wasn't a drawer. It was the front of the drawer that was barely glued on to the dresser and it came off! The room was overall disgusting and makes me seriously question why you would send customers to this hotel. There are 2 La Quinta's back-to-back, so it's confusing to know which one you're supposed to go to (especially when your Hotels.com receipt lists the wrong address...) and the customer service at the other one was awful. The La Quinta we actually had reservations at had awesome customer service, a very nice continental breakfast, and was super conveniently […] located. This motel was very old, but really comfortable. The room was small, especially the bathroom. If you wanted to close the bathroom door you would have to stand in the bathtub! The beds were very comfortable, and the room was adequate, nothing fancy. Surprisingly quiet to be so close to the interstate.

This was a perfect overnight stop located on I-10 in Baytown. Super easy to get to from the highway, although it was a little confusing - there are TWO La Quinta hotels within a few hundred feet of each other! The room itself was clean and comfortable. A little old and worn, but comfortable. The breakfast was good - a nice variety of both healthy options […] and junk food to suit everyone's tastes. I read some of the reviews of previous visitors and almost decided to stay elsewhere even though i had stayed here before. This Quinta is centrally located with all the necessary services nearby. I specifically ordered a handicapped hotel room on the 1st floor and repeated myself over and over again to the "person" on the phone and we DIDN'T get a handicapped hotel room. Please get English speaking personnel to book your reservations.

We were told that we were getting queen beds and they were full size. No big deal there. Ice machine was broke again not that big of a deal it was just the attitude if the front desk clerk when I ask about it. I notice a bad health department rating but didn't see any justification for it
