When we arrived, we experienced the first two rooms that were issued to us had other people's things in them. WHAT???? I have stayed here twice over the past couple of months and had issues both times. My first stay I had someone slide a card key and open the door to my room at about 10PM while I was laying in bed. I was unable to reach the service desk attendant my air condition did not work I was not pleased with the cleaniess of the rest room bath tub nor the smell of the room. it was very upsetting that no one was at the front desk and no one answered the phone, I did not stay overnight snd eas unable to tell anyone I was leaving.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Price was very competitive. My only complaint would be that there was no small fridge, and the LaQuinta tv channel selections were terrible. They were great if you are a sports fan but I am not. But I would definately stay there again because of the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

The room was much better than I had expected. The bed was very comfortable, the furniture was spaced out good so the room felt pretty big to me, the flat screen tv was a plus since most cheaper hotels still don't have them in this area. My only complaint is I really hated the shower. The bathroom itself was fine but the shower head didn't move at all […] and seemed really old and outdated. Lewisville is close enough to Dallas and Fort Worth to make it the perfect place to stay with young kids. Chuckie Cheese, Lego Land, and Bass Pro are all just a few miles away. It was clean and a nice 4 day stay for us. Breakfast is very good

When we arrived, the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. When we got to our room I noticed the bedding had holes in it, the general appearance of the room was run-down. The hotel is a little old and outdated. I requested a non-smoking room and you could tell that the room was just freebreezed. You could smell ashes at the night stand when you would lie in the bed. Just an old hotel.

This hotel was a decent hotel. The management had recently done a partial upgrade to the rooms provinding flat screen tvs. The room was clean with good bedding. The shower area needed some work. They had installed a bath fitter upgrade which was not correct. There was watter between the two bath tubs causing a wavr effect while moving in the shower. […] Tjis also caused a very bad odder.
