      Shuttle bus worked out real well. 15 min departures and 2 min ride. Hop on with ski boots and short walk to lifts. Hot tub was relaxing. Towel and trash service only, but had nice dishwasher and hallway washer&dryer.

    You get what you pay for. And if they would have advertised exactly what really is and is not included with the price, the rating would have been higher. First, there is no customer service. You check yourself in. You check yourself out. You never see any other human who works there. Second, there is no breakfast. It's advertised as included. Only coffee […] and tea are provided. Third, sheets had other people's hair on them. Gross. We only paid sixty dollars for a private room, so it was a good value. All I am saying is they need to be honest about whats included in that price. Not finding out until we show up is unacceptable. Read more

    Everything would have been great had there been hot water. Called property manager who said boiler was out,. Would have rated property higher but manager was snotty and sarcastic. I had to check out early for work but left my phone number, no one called to explain or apologize.

    We stayed at this hotel while on a trip to Aspen for a friend's wedding. It was inexpensive and close to downtown Aspen, which was great. This is really a hostel not a hotel though. We had a private room but a shared bathroom. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately we could not sleep most of the night because other guests were coming in at all hours […] and running around the hallways drunk. People were also hanging out in the street and being very noisy. It was miserable. When I mentioned this to the staff in the morning they just kind of shrugged and said something to the effect of not everyone obeys the rules. I guess I'd recommend this place if you are a college student and looking to party and be out late. Otherwise, not so much. Read more

The staff behind the front desk was extremely helpful at suggesting things to do and how to get to places both on foot and by car.     This quaint hotel was only one affordable to us in expensive Aspen, but there were two issues we already told manager upon check out after two nights: 1. The matresses are quite dated and too soft, they said new ones will be installed next month; 2. The bathroom light could only be on/off from the bedroom so we ended up waking the sleeping person as […] we entered or exited the bathroom during late-night visits to the toilet.     Great affordable option for a student on a budget, which is hard to find in Aspen. Even though I was only staying one night, they held onto my bags for me so I would not have to haul them to my conference after I had checked out. Very friendly staff. Most of the guests are college-age students.

    Conveniently located in a quite part of central Aspen. Staff was very friendly, rooms were old and tired. Looked like a Motel 6 inside the room. Bathroom was remodeled. Towels and linens needed to be upgraded. For $50 more, could have stayed in a place that was much nicer. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

    Staff was incredible. The hotel has a nice small "inn" feel. However, the hotel needs some upkeep and TLC. Tiles are missing in the bathroom and everything is a bit worn. Pool needs work. It looks llike the hotel has not invested in making repairs.
