Very quiet room even though hotel was busy. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Only there for one night so didn't use amenities. King size bed was very comfortable . Room was large. Only complaint was water pressure was low for shower.

We spent 3 nights at the Days Inn Mesa Country Club and would definitely book there again when we visit family in that part of Arizona. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved having the refrigerator and microwave. However, we have a cautionary tale about the microwave. The first night I woke up to a “beep-beeping” noise that […] would recur every so often. I was extremely tired, so I tried to ignore it. My husband can sleep through anything, so I was alone with my worry about the noise. The next morning we discovered the noise was coming from the microwave and unplugging it would have given me relief. I slept wonderfully the remaining 2 nights of our stay. They were doing construction (destruction) directly across from the hotel all during the days and nights that we stayed. So needless to say we heard everything and we were very anxious to leave. I also feel this hotel was bit overpriced-old carpet, old furnishings.

My overnight stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The breakfast and was excellent and its staff was very helpful and pleasant. The serving lady was always smiling and greeted every guest that came to the food counter. I would definitely recommend the hotel to a friend or family member passing through Mesa.

Pros: Overall a good stay. Front desk very pleasant. Good breakfast. Clean room. Plenty of parking. Nearby 24 hr diner. Cons: get up early for hot shower. This is a popular place so after 7:15 am the demand for hot water skyrockets resulting in warm or cool showers till the heating system catches up.

We enjoyed it. The only reason I'm giving an overall 4 is because we needed an iron and ironing board that I thought would be in the room. It wasn't. They had one I could use but it was less than half my height and I stand at 5'3". The board was sliding all over the place and it was just frustrating. Then the iron left a pink residue on my husbands […] white shirt he was going to where to the wedding we were attending. I called the front desk and they brought me a new iron. I found the hotel to be very clean and updated with new carpet, paint, counter tops and fixtures. The bedding appears to be new, above average quality and very comfortable. This is the second time that I have stayed here, the first being just a year ago. This was an eight-day stay in a pool-side room. The high ratings seen for this Days Inn are well-earned. The entire place including the pool and surrounding patio is spotlessly clean. The hot breakfast is great. Sadly, the fitness room was out of commission due to renovations, […] but that just means that they care enough to maintain their property. The staff took pride in their personal appearance was well as the appearance of their facility. It's location next to Highway 60 is very convenient to highways and freeways. This is by no means a high-end hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, and priced right. The only thing I observed was a burned out light over the bathroom mirror. I've always felt that when those are seen by cleaning staff, they should be reported to maintenance. The televisions are reaching the end of their life, but my guess is that they are on a list somewhere for upgrade. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Read more

The friendly, courteous staff treated us with the utmost respect, the morning breakfast rivals any of its competitors, and the room layout was plenty spacious. A delight in the desert!

We decided to stay here because of other reviews. I guess I am just used to nicer hotels because I found this hotel only so-so. If you like a good, firm, supportive bed, don't stay here. The beds are very soft. The breakfast was okay, but nothing to rave about. I don't really understand why everyone was raving so much about the breakfast on other reviews. […] The first room we were offered smelt super moldy and musty so we asked for a new room and thankfully got one. If we had arrived much later, we would have been out of luck and I would have been super unhappy. The musty room also had old dirty carpet. The bathrooms at this hotel are very small and old. The shower had very hot water but the shower head sprayed in a narrow stream at the widest selection. The rooms still have old, small CRT televisions and the remote was old, faded and dirty. It is one of the best Days Inn we've ever stayed. Unfortunately, there was some maintenance going on when we were there, making for some disruption. The lobby is well appointed western motif. I was there for a family wedding and got up way too early the next morning to catch a flight. I was truly surprised at the room. It was clean, comfortable and had a terrific bed.
