Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport - Burbank

It was the perfect location to fly out from burbank airport. Hotel is located right across from airport. Denny's was right across from hotel. When I left hotel, I went to air port,dropped off car,checked luggage,went threw security in only 15 minutes.

Great location, good room service and service in general, but this place is a dump and nowhere near worth the $$$. The shabbiest hotel I've stayed in in awhile.

As a Platinum Member, I was like treated anything but. I was checked in and sent to the older tower of the building. The front desk person failed to explain where the concierge lounge was (or that there even was one!) Outside of being 5 minutes from the airport and the shuttle arriving every 10 minutes, this place was not nice.

Recent 2 day stay. Reserved room for another guest under their name. Would not let her in the room unless she showed a debt or credit card. Even after speaking with them on the phone and giving them the reservation number, they still gave me a hard time. Not what I expected from Marriott. Overall not a bad hotel. A little over priced for what is there. It is right across the street from the Burbank airport and there are a few restaurants across the street. The hotel restaurant is way OVER priced. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

in town for a view days for a convention, this hotel has everything you need in the hotel.room were great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, they went out of there way to help us always. the convention center was large and a great place to hold a con or show. located near the airport, not alot of thing else to do in the area, limited food options,mostly […] fast food. STAFF 5 HOTEL 5 AREA 4 ,the only problem some of the people is that the bar staff at the hotel over served the guest and many con guest were all over the hotel drunk, my roomate had to be carryed to his room because the staff did not cut him off, you need training on that, and a few people say they saw maids going back into rooms they already clean like they were looking for something( the star trek show had lots of high dollar autographed stuff from the con) but we never had that problem, we heard that from other guests. The hotel itself is very nice. Conveniently located close to the airport with parking and shuttle service available. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds...however...were very uncomfortable. We have stayed at many Marriott hotels in our travels and appreciate the consistency in quality. The hotel is very close to airport - super convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Minor problem with clock and other outlet not working but other than this very nice. Exactly what I needed. I had to attend an event that was at the hotel and decided to come up early and stay until the next day. The guy at the front desk was super nice and made sure I had a nice quiet room location (didn't even have to ask, he just told me it would be quiet). Every person who worked there was just great. The room was perfectly clean […] (I always check everything!) and comfortable. There were extras in the room that I hadn't expected (that weren't mentioned on the website... like a nice coffee/tea collection). Nice hotel, nice rooms, if a little loud from hallway noise. Advertised as having free wifi. But NOT in the rooms. Wifi in lobby is a bit spotty. Room had some leaks in the past and spots on carpet. Luxurious surroundings, I loved the comfy bed. I would feel like a rock star...especially since rock stars never sleep, and neither will you if anyone in the room above you is taking a shower during quiet time (unless you can sleep through anything - I am a light sleeper). Very well run establishment, this one has actually got it right! The Daily grill restaurant that is part of the hotel offers a fabulous menu, food was excellent with over generous portions and very reasonably priced! We travel a lot, World wide, this was definately one of the better experiences!

The hotel was very clean, but the room that I stayed in was a little worn and could use some updating. The food in the hotel restaurant was incredible. The convention center staff were amazing and so easy to work with. The shuttle service to and from the aircraft was great!

I really do like this hotel, but this trip wasn't their best showing. Room service was over an hour and the food was cold. Also, the air conditioning unit was taken apart when we entered the room. Maintenance came right away.

This Hotel keeps improving. The exercise facilities are excellent--the best I've found in a Hotel in years. Access to the Hotel and use of the parking lot has been streamlined and is much better. The full breakfast buffet is excdellent.

There were no towels near the pool... and no phone to call the front desk with. You had to go inside, take an elevator up a floor, walk down a long hallway to a phone... not just inconvenient, dangerous, considering the pool area was so isolated. The front desk people then argued there was not one, but two extensions in the pool area. There were not. […] There were wall plates that indicated where a phone WAS, but had been covered over. I really liked my stay at the Marriott hotel once I arrivedthe staff was very warm and welcoming and they wanted us to feel like home. I look forward staying at the Marriott on my honeymoon I really recommend staying there for a family vacation. :)
