Hilton Palm Beach Airport - West Palm Beach

We arrived early 11:00 & thought we would have to wait for the usual 3:00 arrival, not so, we were offered a room then by an extremely accommodating, polite Front desk person. Our room was immaculate, king size bed, bathroom spotless. We were offered free shuttle service to City Walk to & from until 11 pm, which we used. We ordered pizza late from the […] kitchen that night, which was delicious, next day our plane was leaving at 6 pm, check out was normally 12 noon, we were offered without asking, late checkout at 2 pm, which we took advantage of, instead of sitting in a lobby or airport, we used the pool & the grounds to relax, Tiki bar for a drink & lunch. At 4:30 the free hotel shuttle took us to the airport. We had been on vacation 9 days & this was our last stop before our flight home & stayed only the 1 night, & this was the best service we had as far as employee attitude, helpfulness & overall excellent experience. We always enjoy staying at Hilton hotels, and this one is no different. Beautiful campus with plenty of parking and right next to the airport. We ate at the Veranda restaurant inside the hotel and that was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Can't go wrong staying here!

Great hotel, not so great location due to the neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rate was comparable to other hotels in the area. Pool and outside bar were very fun, with a nice view and dock.

What an AWESOME Hotel. I have stayed here on many, many occassions and I highly recommend this hotel to ALL, any age group, any type of trip be it business or leisure. The restaurant serves excellent food, the breakfast buffet is outstanding and room service is lovely. A brilliant experience!

We booked room as our crashing pad before our 6am flight. This hotel is not even a value if it were half the price. The cleaning staff woke us up at 11:30 pm as they slammed doors, and then we were continuously woken by loud conversations by kids and partiers after. For being a Hilton, it was not up to par. First, the rooms were not the cleanest, and probably needed to be updated, since the lobby was recently redone, they should have done the rooms to match. Second, no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but we could order a refrigerator from the front desk and have them charge us for it-absolutely ridiculous, […] that should be something you already provide, or provide it for free. Third, apparently they charge your credit card an extra $200 when you check in and don't tell you. Apparently, the reason for that is if you want to have things charged to your room, you have that money to do it with. But that's stupid, they should probably ask if it's okay, or just charge you when you order something, instead of taking your money right away. It's not right. Not necessarily pleased with that particular hotel. Despite the dumb stuff, the staff was nice and pleasant. Read more

This hotel was great for our needs. We were able to meet in the lobby or by the pool, had access to wifi, and wre comfortable accomodated. It is fairly isolated right next to the airport, but the hotel was happy to transport to restaurants and such. The food and servce in the hotel were outstanding.

This is a rather faceless airport hotel but it has an okay outdoor pool, a considerably nice restaurant and a well equiped fitness room. Pretty good value for people who have to stay near the airport.

As soon as I walked in, the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it's a nonsmoking hotel. Don't know why, but it cheapened an otherwise good impression. Unfortunately, my room had plumbing issues: the shower drain was clogged, and even after I asked the front desk to fix it, my next shower 24 hours later was also standing in ankle deep water. […] Also, for whatever reason, shower water ended up all over the bathroom floor; the shower curtain did not work well. In the first room, there was standing water in the shower as you showered. Also, the carpet was soaked right outside of the bathroom door. Therefore, I asked to be moved and we were accommodated. The second room, had a stain on the carpet which was visible as soon as you opened the hotel door. It also has a musky odor in the room.

I booked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. There is a hotel van that delivers you within 5 minutes to the airport doors. The staff was very pleasant but not effusive, generally there to do their duty and nothing more. The lobby was pleasant and well maintained although a little bare. My room was a very quick elevator ride and was in […] great condition and spacious. All fixtures were very clean and well kept. The bathroom was small but spotless. The only negative was the bathtub drain was very slow to empty. The campus included a pool and patio bar for those guests wishing to soak up some sun and breeze. Noise was at a minimum due to the lake and parking lot surrounding the hotel. Overall a great place to spend a night waiting for an early AM flight. Read more

The pictures are right on, beautiful place for price and such a convenient location to the airport and city place. We just came off a cruise and the hotel gave us an early check in. We had a room by 11:30 and we were enjoying the beautiful pool, pier, and bar, hours before the 4:00 check in.
