Adequate lodging, however the facility was a little dated and the bed was not very comfortable. The restaurant was very good! The food was excellent, well priced and the wait staff was terrific!

The location is great flying into TYS airport, just walk right over to the hotel and you are ready to check in. No need to deal with transfers or cabs. The staff is incredibly friendly, Artis at the front desk was more than helpful and went out of his way to make everyone feel at home.

after adjusting to the smell of jet fuel in my room, and listening to all the engines warm up just outside my window, it was fine but will never stay here again. The fan or heater stays on 100% of the time to attempt to drown out the engine noise. It was almost as loud as the jets!

Literally a 2 minute walk from baggage claim and so for that reason, the Airport Hilton is a good option based on your travel plans. However, the hotel is pretty dark inside. Make sure you get a room facing the outside, otherwise your room will be dark as well. Breakfast was cheap. Buffet less than 11 bucks. Never seen a Hilton that cheap.

We stayed at this Hilton hotel the night of our wedding so that we could be close to the airport for our 6:00 am flight to Hawaii the next morning. It is literally right next door and we were able to walk to the airport. Beautiful room, great room service food and the beds were very comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Knoxville Airport Hilton. This location was the start of a 1,700 mile motorcycle ride for my wife and me. I had already put 1,000 on the bike man and met my wife at the airport after her flight to Knoxville. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed a prime rib dinner for two - reasonably priced and very tasty. The salad bar had a nice variety of items and was very fresh. Service in the restaurant matched the rest of the hotel - first rate. The hotel property is in pretty good shape overall - well maintained, landscaping rimmed nicely, a welcoming lobby, and nice rooms. We were on a lower floor and the windows in the room looked out to the bar area - not a great view, and a little disconcerting recognizing that the bar customers would have a gfreat view into our room, too. It would have been better if they didn't even have the windows. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone I know - a nice place with great access to the airport. Read more

Fantastic -- I was traveling with my teens meeting up with family so this was close the the airport -- extremely close. the service was fantastic and very friendly they even have a complimentary shuttle to run you around a five mile radius-- it was the perfect stop.very quiet too even though you are on the runways.

We arrived in a power outage. They were very courteous under such circumstances. I did request a wake up call the next morning which we didn 't get and could have made us late for our flight had we not gotten up on our own. This was the hardest thing plus no elevator service with all of our baggage. The rooms were nice .

We were pleased that we got a non-smoking hotel, the Hilton no less, practically adjoining the Knoxville Airport. Thus, it was extremely convenient in that regard, just a short walk from the baggage claim. HOWEVER, the staff seemed to be powerless in the midst of two separate false alarms during the evening which aggravated my wife's and my hearing […] problems. It was stressful, since we kept wondering if the alarm was going to go off again and if we'd be able to get enough sleep for our flight the next morning. In the bar, visible from our upper story hall, drinks were still being served, and the desk staff gave no instructions to anyone to leave the building. I expressed my displeasure loudly as it seemed that staff wasn't willing or able to implement safety procedures. At no time were the residents told to leave. I imagine the fire office at the Airport could not have been pleased as we found that they had to send a truck over twice. Read more

The room, TV, working space are all excellent, The fitness room is great, with freeweights, ball, pads for yoga, the bar in the center of the hotel courtyard is good food, fast service and nice surroundings. Very nice set up and great location. My only complaint is that there was absolutely no ventilation in the bed or bath area and windows did not open. This made for a little stuffiness and humidity from the shower.

We had a delightful stay at the Hilton Knoxville Airport. We attended the Hall High Banquet held at the Hilton each year. The service was outstanding, the location is excellent and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We plan to stay at the Hilton every year when we attend the reunion! The meal vouchers we received upon check-in included a delicious breakfast buffet. I was even able to purchase a small bag of safety pins from the gift shop located in the Hilton! There were multiple issues with our room, for one, the bathroom shower kept switching between cold and hot water during the shower which was not pleasant at all. The shower clearly had issues regulating hot and cold water together and I am sure I cant be the only one reporting that. If the hotel was busy and packed, then I understand, but if the hotel is not that busy, they should have given us a room at a better location. The gym in the hotel was substandard, there was no Exhaust fan, and it got really hot with only 2 people working out in the gym, even with the AC on. I ended up just stopping my work out because of heat. The only thing that was good about the hotel that it is literally attached to the Airport, thats about it.
