"Poor Service."
After booking and being very specific about our needs, handicapped access for bathroom and for three adults. They gave us king size bed and no where for third person.they did not have any roll aways. They stated we could rent another room. And after getting maintenance involved, they brought in a sofa, . But it could not be opened so the youngest slept on the sofa. Will not book though hotel.com again.

"rooms need checked!"
Well, lobby get renovated.... plastic in hallyways, but that was not my concern. After spending a day at the Cleveland clinic, the bathroom, was soo small had to stand by the toilet to shut the door, no blow dryer for individuals like myself, that had to get a room on spur of the moment for a loved one admitted to hospital. Went to call front desk to see if they had room service, and phone did not work. Had to call from my cell phone, they did not have menus in room, so while serviceman came to fix phone & bring menu. The TV did not work properly, so had to come back, a couple times to figure out TV. Then while brushing my teeth, I heard water dripping, the sink was leaking so bad, had to use ice bucket to catch water. I am not one to complain, but this was alittle to much.....oh, and the dust behind the night stand was terrible (with dropped tic-tacs) this was a newly renovated room.

"Would stay there again"
Would stay again. No issues with staff. Hotel restaurant wasn't the best so we chose to dine outside of the hotel 100% of the trip. UBERs to downtown Cleveland were about $15-16 a trip where as regular cabs cost up to $30.

"Conveniently located near Cleveland Clinic and air"
We stayed here on our trip to The Cleveland Clinic. The close proximity to both the airport and the hospital was very convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging transportation for us and the shuttle driver to the airport was very friendly. We plan to stay here again when we return for a follow up visit.

"Good location for me"
Bigger than I expected. Little tricky to get to off I-77 but the proximity to downtown Cleveland (without the price) was a real benefit. Very comfy bed. Clean, quiet, nice workspace (desk). Will probably stay again on my next trip to Cleveland

"Don't Stay Here"
The hotel waited until 5pm to come clean our room. They don't have cribs, they have pack-n-plays. There were children running up and down the hall and knocking on our door and running at 12 midnight. I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

"Nice hotel!"
Enjoyed the stay! Hotel staff very nice, room was very clean! Wasn't to far of a drive from hotel to q arena and to rock and roll hall of fame! Had dinner at there resteraunt and was very delicous. Overall was a very good stay!

"Disappointed."
I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED in the restaurant on site. I expected Shula's2 to be good. Eventually, after being told there was no manager on duty on a Sunday morning brunch, I simply examined I was not going to pay. Hilton properties need to have a better arrangement than this one. I talked to the Hilton manager on duty and he told me he would ha E the GM contact me. I ha E heard nothing. So this is on Hilton is how I see it. Disappointed.

"Great Location if your Flying out the Next Day!"
Very nice hotel that has been upgraded. Both the service at the front desk and restaurant were excellent! Pool and exercise area a big plus. Restaurant food is above average. Other restaurants and shopping locations are a short drive. Only 15 minutes from downtown. Since I was staying at a hotel within an airport, one huge item to me about my room, was that it was quiet - I did not hear the jets landing or taking off. Great night sleep!

"Nice room, great customer service"
Second time at this hotel. They no longer offer free breakfast, which was a shame. We had a problem with the tub not draining (hair build up). We called the front desk, and someone came up immediately and took care of the problem. The front desk staff gave us vouchers for free breakfasts to make up for our inconvenience.

"Nice hotel, nice location"
Overall a great stay. The only thing I wasn't too happy about and could cause problems if guests aren't aware (which we weren't) is that when you give your card for incidentals they put a $30 hold on your card. We used our debit card, luckily we had enough that we didn't have to worry but if someone is on a budget or low on funds and unaware they would run into an overdraft fee.

Multiple hairs found in our bathroom and bed. Dirt found on bed. Sticky counters. Requested a hotel clean after seeing these conditions, after cleaning there were still hairs left in on the towels and stains on the sheets. Would not come back to this hotel, I would tell others to not waste their money.

Close by restaraunts and freeway accessible. I left my wallet in the business center and was I pleasantly surprised when I returned 2.hours later my wallet with all my cash was returned to me by the staff..

"Handicapped Accessible..I don't think so!"
After check-in, the entire front desk staff watched me struggle to carry two people’s luggage very slowly (my husband walks with crutches very slowly), through the main entry, and not one of them offered any help. Then, after 10 minutes of walking around lost, we finally find an elevator that takes us to a very long hallway (handicapped accessible) of which, our room is at the end of. We finally get to our handicapped accessible room, which has a broken chair, dirty soap in the shower, and telephone wires hanging between the bed and the night stand. The worst was the shower, which is basically a bathtub with grab bars. (No shower chair). Unfortunately, once he finally made it over the tub wall and into the tub, the adhesive no-slip stickers were worn off the tub, and it started filling with water, turning the tub into an ice rink. I pulled the drain plug which came off in my hand. My husband had to hold on with both hands while I hosed him off, like he was in the back yard! The toilet seat was so loose it felt as though you were going to fall off! If you have an handicapped loved one, don’t stay at this hotel!!!

"Not what was confirmed"
We arrived at hotel appox 4:30 on Saturday afternoon. After taking care of stuff at front desk, went to our room. Upon entering, we found it was a room with twin beds, not the king bed we were confirmed. Called the front desk and they said according to their paperwork, we had requested to 2 beds poolside. Showed them our paperwork that shows we were confirmed for a king. Asked if we can get the correct bed, they said they were full and could not move us. They did do right by us by paying for our dinner, and we thanked them for that, but we were still uncomfortable.

"Okay for a night"
The rooms were nice, bed was comfortable. The place is located near downtown and is a short drive. However, the bathrooms were disgusting. Ours was at least. There were hairs all over the floor (I am a blonde and they were long black hairs). Our toilet had not been cleaned, neither our shower. There were also tiles ripped up around the base of the toilet, and quite frankly it was gross. No attempt to fix it. It literally looked like it was falling apart. Nothing in our room was clean. I was going to say something to the front desk, but it was my husband and I's wedding anniversary and I didn't want to ruin our night by getting frustrated with the lady at the front desk who wasn't exactly pleasant.

"Cleveland Rocks"
Nice hotel with easy access to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and downtown. Toilet was running constantly. The front desk said that they would send maintenance to fix there problem but nobody showed up. We had to remove the tank lid and manually close the valve. They did provide complimentary full breakfast in the morning.

"Pleasant, convenient hotel near 480/77 split"
Overnight near airport on way to visit family. Late night arrival - after 1:00am - due to late flight and car rental issues. I was greeted promptly, given a warm cookie and the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. I stayed on a Hilton Honors floor. The room was clean and I was happy to find bottled available in the room. The bed and extra pillows were comfortable. Overall, I was pleased with my hotel stay. In the morning I smelled stale cigarette smoke in the bathroom, which may been coming from a vent. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke as I have asthma.

"Nice hotel near freeway"
My stay was very comfortable! The hotel was clean, my room was clean, no bedbugs!!! & the hotel staff were very nice & professional. My only complaint would be that my room was right across from the elevator & I could hear everything that went on in the hallway, but I would definitely stay there again.

"Price far too high for these rooms"
Very disappointed with the price I paid for this room. For a $220 room, it should've been absolutely perfect. Old rickety hotel. Every other doubletree I've ever stayed has been awesome and with the amount I paid, I thought for sure I'd be in the same boat. Elevators right across fro m our room (never have experienced that before), and they were LIUD elevators. Such a disappointment. I've paid less to stay in beautiful Chicago hotels.

"Paper thin walls"
The hotel is in a good neighborhood and is close to many of the downtown Cleveland attractions. However, it is very much in need of a makeover. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything the people next door and in the hallway are saying and doing. There were water stains on the ceiling. The pull out sofa mattress needs an update and barely fit between the window and the bed. Not quite what I expected for what they call an Executive room. I would not stay again.

"Nice hotel, pool hours could be better"
Stayed at the hotel for a baseball tournament, overall it's a nice hotel, only downfall, was the pool hours, closed at ten on Friday and Saturday nights, be nice if it was open till midnight, especially on the weekends

"Poor Cleaning Staff"
The hotel is showing it's age but I can stay at an old hotel as long as it's clean. They do a very poor job of cleaning. The hallways and elevators look like they are never swept and the same for the rooms. The curtains were dirty where I didn't want to touch them to open them. The room had an unpleasant odor which I did relay to the front desk and they told me I must not be in one of the remodeled rooms. Not sure how this is an excuse for not cleaning the place up. I do not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of others in the area. Choose another one.

I am sorry that you feel that hotel was not up to the cleanliness standards that are set forward by Hilton. We are currently going through a renovation of our rooms as well as our hallways. so this should alleviate some of the issues. However that is no excuse for the cleanliness of the property itself. "Weekend getaway"
Was very happy with room, pool area, hot tub, thought breakfast was pricey, parking was great, and accessible to highway with restaurants close by to downtown Cleveland

The hotel has a very nice restaurant and pool area. The reason for the lower room comfort score is because the toilet was very uncomfortably low.

"Very dated hotel. Would NOT recommend."
Was disappointed with the room. Reserved a non-smoking but CLEARLY had been smoked in. Bedding even slightly smelled of smoke. Mirror in the room even had smoke residue on it. Lamp shades were crooked and dated and unable to straighten. A few light bulbs in the room were burnt out making proper lighting a challenge. The shower was terrible with low water pressure and the water temperature would fluctuate from warm to cold frequently. Very frustrating. Sliding glass door to the patio was very hard to open and the porch had only one chair, which was broken. Cigarette butts strewn everywhere outside in the landscaping. Wallpaper in the hallways were peeling at the seams. Hotel is very much in need of a facelift. The lobby was very nice. No hotel supervision in the pool area which may help ALL guests be able to enjoy the pool. Disappointed with this hotel. Very surprised as the chain is normally top notch! Won't stay here again. Put a damper on me and my daughter's night away from it all.

"Not Bad"
The hotel was nice but seemed like it needed some work. The bathroom sink area was way too small for a woman to use to get ready to go out. It could have used a makeup mirror. The toilet flushed so loudly that it hurt my ears. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool area was nice.
