I enjoyed my stay- when we first checked in they gave us the wrong room. and when we called to inform them they gave me an attitude. other than that it was wonderful, the room service was devine! me and my boyfriend ordered 70$ worth of food and ate every bit!

Loved that our dog could come with us and stay at the hotel. Our room seemed like it needed some repairs as the ceiling was patched and the ceiling in the bathroom was extremely low. Bed was extremely comfortable!

Love the hotel and the staff are excellent. Stayed here 10 plus times this past 2 years and this time was really the only time I would have to complain about anything. We were on the third floor and that is the lowest we have ever stayed on. Bed was extremely soft and too uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. Different make of bed than the upper […] floors! This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. I enjoyed the king sized bed, it was very comfortable. The pool was ok, they ran out of towels but brought us some fresh ones. The only thing that needed improvement was the fridge in the lounge was broken and the beverages were warm. Overvall we had a very nice stay.

The hotel was great. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas. The room was great. The bathroom was fully stocked with goodies. They even gave a robe. It was a great experience I would definitely stay again. Only down fall is don't expect breakfast. I tried multiple times and they didn't want to give me any breakfast. all good, but it felt like a zoo stay. soooo many dogs in the lobby, and around a great deal. I love dogs, but hey, its a hotel... and big ones too...

Room quality good. Had room that backed up to elevator. I was warned it would be by the elevator if I wanted to change. You do hear the elevator going up and down which may bother some people. But other than that room was fine. Internet is free in the lobby but charge in the room. The internet quality was fairly good.

The 2 rooms that I stayed in were quite noisy. I was on the 7th floor. The first room was set up as an adjoining room with a door that was locked between the 2 rooms. I heard every phone conversation and bodily function into my room throught the non-sound-proofed door. This Hotel has a great location and nice fitness room, pool etc. The room service is great and not too expensive. Lots of shopping and restaurants next door but the room itself was not very nice. Great bed, but nowhere to sit if you have visitors. BAthroom was microscopic and uncomfortable. Nice TV.
