"Great Hilton!!"
GORGEOUS Hilton!! If you like watching planes, it is literally right next to a runway, but the noise was not a problem. Room Service was terrific, fast, and the food was amazing. The room was VERY comfortable, clean, large enough, and they are pet-friendly (for a charge). Everyone was friendly and I highly recommend it here.

"Great hotel in spite of...."
This was my first time staying at this location. I did not agree with the $10 per day parking. That is usually a "downtown" expense where there's potential for non hotel guest to park. The hotel has security access to the parking with your room key, this should be sufficient without the charge. Everything else was above great. The staff was friend and no matter the shift everyone always had a smile. They had a group of unruly hockey players whose parents assumed it was everyone "else" in the worlds responsibility to tell "their" children that they were behaving like animals, but they all kept their poker faces. KUDOS to them because I wanted to "shake the sugar" out of a few of them myself. Great buffet, chef was very friendly, and paid close attention to your order. Would stay again.

I will not stay there again if I can help it. This is an StL hotel; why should I pay for parking if I am staying there?!!! Also, why isn't there free wifi?!!! Most other hotels give it. Very disappointed and NOT business travel friendly with no free wifi.

As a handicapped person, I am always hesitant about rooms that are not on the ground floor since I don't do well on stairs. I thought I had booked a courtyard room but instead was give a room on the third floor. The room was great and there were no emergencies and so no problems.

"Worst stay!"
Very obnoxious preteens running up and down halls and in pool late night (between 9-11 pm). Not relaxing. Was told there was a free breakfast and was charged for it! Inconvenient parking lot which costs to park. Wasn't worth the money. Won't be staying here again.

Went for a Pageant. Hotel was at capacity, but never seemed crowded. All staff were friendly and helpful. As usual, the bed was AWESOME! As a Hilton Honors we had free wifi!!

"Slow water."
The only thing negative I can say is the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink, it took way to long just to fill a water glass.

"Not worth the price - stay elsewhere"
I was looking for a hotel near the St Louis airport and saw the Hilton was priced considerably above other nearby hotels. I decided to splurge and spent $40-50 more than at other hotels and as soon as I checked in, I realized I'd made a mistake. I was given a first floor room which had windows facing the parking lot which meant that there were cars parked about 10 feet from my window! I had to leave the shades closed for privacy and it felt like I was staying in a tomb. The walls were paper thin so I heard everything my neighbor was talking about. And there was an odd stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. Not worth it.

"Great weekend stay"
The hotel was close to the city's attractions.Apparently wifi is only free on the weekend.Despite asking before the stay and asking upon check in I was still billed but it was eventually waived.Other than that hotel and staff was very pleasant.

"Airport Stay for Early Flight"
Late night arrival for an early morning flight. Comfortable and clean. Airport shuttle was easy and accessible. There was confusion with our car, but it was convenient to park at the hotel while we were gone.

Room was nice and clean. The bathroom was strange. It was small and had a shower and toilet with a door that can't be locked, with the sink right outside the door. It did the trick, however the lack of a door lock was annoying. Service and engineering staff were quick and nice. Overall, it was a great stay.

"Clean, comfortable and convenient"
I arrived hours ahead of the normal check in time, but the lady who assisted with registration was able to get me in a room right away. The room was clean, comfortable, and larger than I expected. The restaurant menu was limited and I was a bit disappointed because they advertised on their website and the in-room literature that there were specialty selections on the menu from New York's Carnegie Deli. I did not find anything on the menu & when I asked at the restaurant, they did not know what was advertised. I was also not pleased to find that there was a $10 per night parking charge, but I understand why since the hotel is so close to the airport. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. What else can I say?

"To little for to Much"
Pay to park is rediculous as well as not being clearly listed on website, Bath has no place to hang towel, Room chair is uncofortable and no foot stool, refrigerator or microwave. Many cheaper and better hotels in the same area I.e Holiday inn, Drury, etc.

"Great stay! Comfy beds!"
We stayed here for a Cardinals game (Lots of other people did too!) and it was a pretty nice hotel stay. We tried to check-in early (1pm) and it was a no-go. Too many bookings I guess. We ended up checking in later that night and the hotel was very clean, the front desk was very nice and professional. The two problems we had were the parking situation was a nightmare. It's a weird setup and very confusing. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out. The next problem was the thermostat in the room wasnt working I guess and my husband had to go down in the middle of the night and complain because he was so hot! They offered to make-up for it quickly with a discount which didn't fix the problem, but made us happy. Lots of amenities! No free breakfast though. Also I thought parking was free, but it was not.

"Extraordinary service"
Although the hotel is a bit older, it is well appointed and updated. It is right at the airport, but a little inconvenient for in-and-out access, plus additional unexpected charge of $10 per day for parking. Wi-fi was iffy and tv feed was spotty. The staff was extraordinary in their cheerfulness and efficient service. The comfort and service are what made this hotel worth the stay.

Excellence place to stay enjoyed the staff and employees. One complaint room service arrived at 7:30 on check-out day to check and see when we were leaving. I wasn't very happy about this, normally hotel services check around 10 or 11 for folks who are check-out not 7:30 in the morning.

"Solo Getaway"
It was Labor Day weekend so that hotel was booked. I ended up having to wait an hour after check-in, however one gentlemen on the staff was very accommodating and got my room ready. The room was clean and I had no issues except the tub is a little small, not good for a relaxing bath. Overall the hotel was nice and just what I booked it for.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms, beds and staff. Only issue was tub didnt drain well. During shower we were standing in ankle deep water informed front desk when we checked out just to let them know(not looking for anything free) and told me they would refund 1 night of parking(yes you have to pay $10 a night for parking) Overall good place to stay. I was charged by both Expedia and Hilton. I called back to Hilton and was hung up on, I then had to call back. Spend 18 minutes on the phone just to be told by Hilton it was Expedia's fault. Then I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel on my behalf and resolved it politely and in under 10 minutes. Great job Expedia, but terrible job Hilton St. Louis Airport.

"Top Notch Service"
We were in St.Louis for planning and attending my father's funeral. Upon arrival at night the front desk gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond upon learning my dad had passed and was a Vietnam Veteran. He provided us with comped breakfast vouchers good for 1 of our 3 days. He also was able to discount the daily parking fee a bit, as we had high expenses from the unexpected trip already. Truly top notch service. Super comfortable bedding, though the decor was a mismatch of outdated/poor shape (ripped carpets in main hallways off the lobby) & some updated decor as far as bathroom countertops in the rooms.

"hilton downtown st.louis"
They literally charge me ten dollars a day to park on a property they owned,,no velvet and I am a guest,,the crappiest hotels in the world have free breakfast,this one charges $20 per person for a continental breakfast,,and last but least,,l left the room at 10:20am to find that my room had not been cleaned at 12:30am in which I then had to ask for fresh towels and cleansing supplies myself to go ahead and clean my own room...

Dear Deverance, I'm not sure if this was for us since it says downtown st.louis, but I'm sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. That's not what we want a Hilton guest to experience at any Hilton property. We don't offer a continental breakfast, but we do have a full breakfast buffet that includes smoked salmon, and fresh crab meat for our made to order omelet station, which is included. "Could have been better..."
Service was excellent. The room needs a little better cleaning. Found several hairs in the tub, the bathroom door frame was dirty and there were bugs in the light fixture in the bathroom. Expected more from the Hilton.
