The closet area is in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent, the best part of our experience at this hotel.

Hotel was updated and very clean. Staff was AMAZING! Room was nice and beds/pillows were comfortable. We visited the bar and the bartender was awesome. Will stay here again.

We checked in at roughly 4pm, and didn't have time to notice they stuck us in a handicapped room. Got back at roughly 11pm, tired and ready for a shower and a good nights sleep only to find out that they had placed us in the handicapped room. I would have been Ok with this, but the second I turned the shower on the hand held shower head shot water all […] over the bathroom from a busted fitting in the hose. Now that the bathroom was covered in water we finally noticed how nasty the bathroom was. Everywhere we wiped water up from turned the towels black... the sink, the toilette, the floor... it was all filthy. We also ran the water long enough to see that the tub didn't drain. I went down and demanded to be switched into a different room... the lady tried to tell me they were full, but after demanding a full refund she agreed to put me into a different room. Before she handed me my keys, she told me that "This was their executive floor, and that it was usually a little quieter" insinuating that I would somehow cause a disturbance. I am 25 years old, and have a baby face, and was incredibly insulted by this. I stay in hotels roughly 30 weeks out of the year, and have done so for the last four years, and I have NEVER had an experience like this anywhere... Oh and to add insult to injury, the heater didn't work in the room which I got to hear about from my girlfriend woke up and it was 58 degrees in our "new" room. Cold woman = angry woman. Read more

My main concern was when I returned to my room at 6:30pm it had not be cleaned and the reaction from the front desk was oh they may not have gotten to you yet. The next day it was cleaned but they did not replace the shampoo and conditioner and the toilet was broken.

We went to dinner. When we returned my wife felt that someone had been in our room because some personal items had been moved.... altho nothing was missing. We called the front desk and reported the issue. The clerk said "I need you to talk to the manager" and put me on hold. The manager never came on the line nor did he ever call back.

The sink faucet had only hot water, no cold. The shower curtain was too small for the stall/bathtub, which guaranteed a wet bathroom floor. The staff were all quite friendly and attentive. It seemed that the shuttle would shuttle airline personnel to the airport, but not other customers.

I typically stay at one of the downtown hotels like the Sheraton or the Reneissance...but they were booked up so I gave the Crown Plaza a try. Let me tell you....I will be staying at this hotel on all of my future trips to OKC! When I checked in I received supurb and quick service at the front desk. The bartenders at the hotel restaurant were extremely […] nice and the food was really much better than what I'm used to from a chain hotel. Even the hotel shuttle driver was extremely nice and drove me to a local FedEx and waited for me outside to drop off some things to be printed which took about 15 minutes. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. They are not like some other hotels that limit how cool you can set your thermostat in your room...you can sleep as cool and comfortable as you would like. The parking is free. The hotel is a great location. We like to go to the bar Groovys and it was perfect since it was right down the road. The only problem with that hotel was we were in a hurry to get ready to go out and the hot water in the shower didn't work. My husband and i went to Oklahoma for a weekend away from Kansas and was displeased with what we got for our money. First of all, upon walking into the hotel, the lobby was very hot and humid as though the ac was out. We got to our room and there was no refrigerator, we were unable to rent any on demand movies, the water pressure was so bad i ddint […] wash my hair all weekend in fear i wouldnt be able to get all the soap rinsed out, there was no vanity to set up my toiletries, and we were placed in a room right by the ice machine which made it hard to sleep because we were hearing the ice machine go off all night everytime someone accessed it. Rating our "findings" during our stay I would have to provide the following: 1. Empty cardboard beer case found within the curtains, 2. Decayed jelly bean found on the wide open floor 3. Room was clean, a few spots on carpet - looked like finger nail polish. In the morning we were going to make coffee but the filter was left in the coffee pot from the previous guest - disgusting! Needless to say, we did not have coffee!! Also worked out in the fitness room and none of the televisions worked on the ellipticals.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is at a great location for getting to restaurants, shopping or downtown events. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would change at this hotel is the size of the elevators. (They are really small.)

Front desk very loud with the bar right beside it, the music is so loud you can hear the front desk cler speak. The beds are hard, the heat/air is very loud. Furniture in the halls is broken or defaced. Electrical outlet by the bed did not work and nobody came to llok at it. I expected much better from the hotel.

When we found the hotel, we checked in with a friendly woman, however when we got into the non-smoking room, the smoke detector was detached, and the room smelled really bad like smoke. The bed was hard as a rock, and there was only 2 tiny little rock like pillows. Though it may sound petty, there wasn't a channel changer, so when we wanted to change […] channels we had to get out of bed and walk all over their dirty floors. When I mentioned that the smoke detector was detached, the person said that some people do that, sorry. What I am thinking is, didn't the cleaners notice the smoke detector just sitting on the bathroom sink, and how come it wasn't replaced? The place was a mess. sorry i couldn't recommend this hotel seemed older then i expected hot tub didn't work at pool area ice machines didn't work on my floor bad smell in hallway and lobby. room wasn't to bad but made me wonder since the rest of the hotel was not up to par. staff was friendly when called upon but very distant did not engage in simple hellos

THE HOTEL IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NO-WHERE AND NOT CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. NEXT TO A H**TERS AND SONIC BURGER. YOU GET THE PICTURE. DEFINITELY WELL BELOW PAR OF THE CROWNE PLAZA FACILITIES I USUALLY STAY IN. FACILITY REQUIRES A MAJOR OVERHAUL AND RENOVATION.

I would not recommend this hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance and there was construction going on around the hotel. I had people working outside of my room at 12:30 a.m. I had to call the front desk to get them to stop. If I had known the hotel was under renovation I would not have stayed there. Not the greatest part of town either.
