"Clean and affordable!"

We spent a week in Chattanooga. Each evening we came back to the room, it was very clean and neat with fresh towels. Nice new carpet. Friendly staff. They went the extra mile to make sure things were good. Would definitely stay there again. Great location for Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain.

The Hotel was located close to almost everything in Chattanooga. It had clean rooms was pet friendly on lower floors and quiet except for occasional rumble from above. We were very satisfied overall and would come back again!
"Second Time at a Ramada Inn"

After trying to explain the difficulty of finding this Motel, the Manager/Front Desk Clerk didn't want to hear it. "Let's just get on with the registration" rather abrupt. I also informed that I had difficulties walking up and down stairs, so he put me in a first floor room that I had to walk up the hill to be able to get in and to bring in my over night items. And trying to find the ice, I was informed I had to come around the first building (my room was on the second building) to retrieve it. So I waited until morning, and noticed there was a door that opened towards the back part of the building, close enough to walk to and no hill climbing.
"Very clean at an affordable price."

We had stayed here @ 20 years prior so we stopped & checked rates there 1st. We then checked 5 other surrounding hotels actually going in rooms to see what we were getting. We did find one other much larger newer hotel that had built there since we had been in the area. I guess it was more attractive outside & in the lobby but also almost twice the price. We also found one place @ $15 a night less next door but trust me... spend the extra $15 a night. The hotel has been updated since our prior stay & was fairly good even 20 years ago. I'm sure it has new owners now & I think it is family owned & operated. The indoor pool is nice & clean & in fact that is what you'll notice everywhere you look. No cigarette butts even on the sidewalks or parking lot. What really sold us initially was how clean the room looked & more especially smelled. We have stayed in higher end places at times but none were any cleaner or better smelling & we paid much more. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had. They offer fresh made waffles, pastries, bagels, fruit, eggs, gravy, & most surprising delicious biscuits. The staff could not have been nicer & unlike most places they always were actually busy whether it was pruning the live trees in the pool area, making sure plenty of food was out & coffee, but also took time to ask if you needed anything. My key card deprogrammed & the desk manager knew which room I was in without having to look it up even though they were full. That made me feel that if they saw an unfamiliar person @ that wasn't a guest they would notice. We will never stay elsewhere while in the Chattanooga area as long as the service & clean rooms are available here. The location is great too as your just off the interstate & just at the outskirt of where Chattanooga starts to get more congested with traffic. So it is a much quieter area but only @ 10 minutes to the aquarium, The Southern Belle Riverboat, & most attractions. There is also a Wal- Mart just down the road if you forgot something or need to restock with sodas or whatever. Oh, I almost forgot, the shower heads are Moen brand and were so good at making low flow feel like the good old days when the gov't had no rules @ water usage, I bought one for my home identical.
"Nice, friendly hotel"

After a 9 hr day of traveling it was nice to know I would have a nice place to sleep and they had an indoor pool that the kids loved. No elevator, but room was nice, Breakfast was kinda as described. biscuits were pre-frozen and not all the way thawed gravy was good and I could have warmed up the biscuit but was trying to get everyone fed and on the road. also eggs are like a strange circular egg patty... but waffles were nice and had cereal and other pastries & coffee and juice. Breakfast and indoor pool and rating on bed is why we chose the place and located on our route. would stay again if in the area. Maybe coming back to see more of the sites next year.

Management was very accomodating. Checked several places at the same exit and their price was very competitive. When I checked in they upgraded me to a bottom floor room at the same price. It's an older building but very clean and comfortable. Didn't care for the morning breakfast buffet.
"Not what it used to be"

We have stayed here before because it is a great location. Pros: Right near lookout mountain. Surrounded by waffle house and Cracker barrel. The rooms were clean, freshly painted and it is dog friendly. Cons: breakfast area was so small you could not get to food because guests were at the tables. Not much selection(nothing fresh/fruit) and they were out of juice. Lastly, they would not match online rates. They charged $89 plus $15 in taxes.

We left our license's and credit cards there. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help get those back! We were planning on driving from Indiana to Chattanooga, and then back home. Their help literally cut our trip in half! Thank you Ramada!
I tried to be prepared and booked a hotel through Hotwire. As I have used the service in the past and have been very pleased with quality of the service. After 12hrs of driving, I was ready to relax and get some sleep. When checking in, I was not impressed with the lack of willingness to accommodate my needs. I could eat that issue as I am the one who made reservations through Hotwire rather than the hotel. When I walked into the hall it reeked of smoke despite all the non-smoking signs. The room appeared clean with the exception of the stained chairs. All was well and we were going to make the less than desirable conditions work until we saw "fleas" scurrying across the bedspread. That's where I draw the line. They were willing to put is in another room, but refuse to give me a refund. I was forced to eat the cost of the room and make my way up the road. Extremely disappointed with Ramada and Hotwire!

When we arrived to check in the gave us a upgrade to a king without asking for it, the room was nice and clean along with the bath being clean, the location was great everything we wanted to do was close, lookout mountain was about a ten minute drive as well as down town Chattanooga, also was next door to Cracker Barrel and other Resturants in the area!!!
