This hotel does everything right. Great rooms, friendly service, decent gym, heated pools, great bar and bar food, fast wifi, great location across from downturn Disney, buses to parks, ability to purchase tickets to avoid lines at parks. All at a very fair price. Beds were also superb. Really the only things I could find fault with are that there is […] no separate bathroom fan switch, so that you have to hear the fan when you bathe or shower-- but there is a second sink-- great when sharing, and the long lines at times at coffee/light food place. This hotel offers a grand entrance past sumptuous landscaping and a beautiful waterfall and fountain. The lobby has an elegant modern decor and the wait time was less than 3 minutes - great service. Our room was both comfortable and well-appointed with a clean design of high quality furnishings. There is ample parking although it might be a bit of a […] walk and the hotel charges $13.00 per day for guests to park. They also add on apx. $25.00 in "resort fees" although the property feels more like an upscale hotel than a resort. Food also is pricey (e.g., $4.00 bottle of water, $6.00 grilled cheese on white bread) so plan to bring your own snacks if you're on a budget. A weekend trip for two! Weather was terrible but it didn't matter. There was enough to keep us busy within the hotel! Added bonus 20% off food and beverage in restaurants...plus free Starbucks coffee every morning!

This was my third time staying at this hotel. I've never had any complaints about it in the past and its always been our Florida go to hotel. This last stay it took the front desk 3 times to make the keys to my room. I had to keep going up to the 5 floor and back down. The front desk said I could use the phone by the elevator to call down to the front […] desk if there was a problem on the second time making the keys, but the phone at the elevator didn't work. Once in the hotel room that night the refrigerator had a really high pitch ear piercing ween to it. We had refrigerated stuff the first night so we couldn't simply unplug it and the hotel staff told me they'd look into it which they did not. After the first night and using up the refrigerated goods we just unplugged it. The internet code never worked for me as part of the $20 extra resort rate, I gave up on trying to get things to work correctly from the front desk. Maintenance was going on during my stay. The Pool and hot tub was closed, which is what we were looking forward too on vacation. They could of better planned their maintenance, on an off peak travel time to Florida since the hotel was 100% booked when we tried to switch rooms because of the refrigerator. Other then those complaints its still a good hotel and I hope its not a sign of the hotel getting lazy being one of the closest to downtown Disney, in my eyes they need to step it up in customer service if they want to keep my business in the future. GREAT PLACE, REDONE SINCE LAST STAY THERE. AWESOME LOCATION AS IT'S THE CLOSEST HOTEL TO WALK TO DOWNTOWN DISNEY. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING WAS COMFORTABLE BEDS BUT SMALL, FULLS I THINK.

Great stay BUT they charge high fee per night for outdoor parking and high resort fee?. Read the fine print it's there?? I was told. Too late to cancel I made the reservation the same day on the phone. I had no recourse but to pay.

This hotel was located across the street from Downtown Disney. It was wonderful to be able to have access to that in the evenings. Also, I was able to buy our park tickets in the hotel, which saved us from waiting in line at the park. We had an enjoyable weekend here.

The hotel was amazing in almost every aspect. The room was huge and comfortable. All of the people there were real nice and friendly from the receptionist to the clerks. It is literally across the street from downtown Disney and only a few minutes away from the Magic Kingdom.

I booked this room for an overnight getaway for my husband and me. We live in the Orlando area, so we drove to the hotel. I was displeased to find out that guests are required to pay a nightly charge for parking. In addition there is a "service fee" when you book a room with them. The location is great and they do offer a shuttle to and from the Disney […] parks but I think that next time I will just stay at a Disney hotel. Our stay at the Hilton exceeded our expectations. From the time we checked in to the most comfortable night's sleep, the room service we ordered, the shuttle offered to Epcot; everything was excellent. We would definitely book at this hotel if ever in this area again. I would not even consider another hotel.

My stay was excellent! However the money that I had to pay the Hotel in addition to what I paid you was not cost effective. I ended up paying an addtional $24 per day for staying at the Hotel and an addtional $13 per day for parking at the Hotel. That calculated to $37 x 4 days = $148. It was a far cry from by other stay with my other location in the same area! Paying $13.00 a day for parking and any guess visiting over half hour has to pay the same amount.. That is high way robberies. I will not stay here again nor re fur. Any one else.

Hotel very nice, but we were only there 1 night. Very convenient for Disney. We took the free hotel shuttle to Epcot and it was quick. We needed to ship a few items home and the hotel helped us do that right at their business center.
