Outstanding hotel that is less than 2 miles from Cowboys Stadium. Staff was excellent. 15-20 minutes from DFW Airport. We arrived late Saturday night and there was a contracted DJ. The music was loud, so request a room on a higher floor and the music was not an issue.

I loved this hotel although it was brand new. Great for business and lesiure stays. There were great resturants close by as well as 2 major hwys and lots of construction. I would stay here again. The only hotel thats better than this one in all of Arlington is the Sheraton and thats only because its brand new with a nice outdoors for children and leisure. The only downfall of this hotel was the vaccuming while I was sleeping. lol Overall a 10! Well represented the Hilton name and didnt overcharge anything!

We stayed there for a football game that was starting at 6:00. We enjoyed the fact that even though checkin wasn't until 3:00, they let us check in at 12:30. The only bad thing is for special events they are only alotted so many armbands for the trolley, so if you're not there early you don't get one. Plus, they started handing them out at 1:00 and if you hadn't shown up until 3:00 to check in, you wouldn't have got one.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We went to the Paul McCartney concert at Cowboys Stadium and they provided complimentary transport via an air conditioned bus to the stadium, a key service for such a large event, and well worth it. We had the $14.95 brunch buffet and also were very happy with it. We stayed in a basic room with two Queen beds and the bedding was very nice, with a feathered duvet, soft and firm pillows, cotton sheets. Extremely clean and very attractive rooms and lobby. The only thing I noticed is the trolley service to six flags during the week did not start until 10:40 am, rather a late start for these hot summer days. We opted out of Six Flags this go around but might stay at the Hilton another time to take advance of the amusement park. Saltgrass Steakhouse and some other restaurants are within walking distance. Room service ends at 11 on weeknights, unfortunate for us after the concert, since we did not get in until after 11 and it would have been nice to have a late night snack. My suggestion to management would be to extend room service to 1 am on the nights of large concert events, since many guests are attending and might want to utilize room service afterward.

We staid here for a weekend of games at Rangers Ballpark. The hotel itself was pretty nice, but the shuttle to the games was not that useful (to be fair it is run by the city and not by the hotel). We ended up driving for the second two games after our experience for the first one. They only run one bus along the route, it gets very crowded, it doesn't show up on time, and it doesn't even start the return route until the game ends. If you don't fit on the first one leaving the game expect to wait around for another hour.

A friend of ours recommended staying at the Hilton when we went to Arlington for the Rangers game. I guess i should never let the name Hilton get me to stay at a hotel. Though online it stated there was free wifi, come to find out it costs $14.95 per 24hour period, not to mention was it super slow. Also we decided to order room service for breakfast, only later to find out $50 worth of breakfast food was not only minimal but god awful tasting. The shower head had no water pressure, also the tiles were coming off the walls in the shower. Later we found out that our friend meant to recommend the Hilton Garden Inn, located just down the street from where we stayed. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I thought the hotel as a whole was nice and clean. However i was very uncomfortable in my room because it was very warm and when I was on my way out I let the lady at the front desk know . She asured me that it would be taken care when i got back from dinner. Well needless to say I was hot all weekend. I also did not like the fact that the Hilton is one of the more expensive hotels in that area, and once you get into the room there are price tags on everything. I was glad that I was not traveling with my children from fear that everything they touched would cost something. In the end you probaly will spend double the price of the room just to do all the thing that you could do at other hotels for free.

It was a very good hotel and great location from six flags (what we wanted). The only complaints: We really needed a continental breakfast because we had a group to feed before getting on the road early. They did not offer one but I guess we knew this coming in. The only other complaint... The front desk people kind of acted like they didn't notice you when we were checking in and out. With this said I would stay again. The room was great. The pool was great for our kids and it was quiet.

Although the hotel rooms were very comfortable as far as room layout, bedding, etc, I have come to expect more for the price. I was surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast. Also, the trolley to/from Six Flags was crowded and slow and stopped running at 7pm. Since this made it necessary for us to drive to attend a late show at Six Flags, I would have preferred to stay at a hotel that was not as expensive and did offer free breakfast, even if that did mean not having the trolley service available. Also, one elevator was out of service and the hotel was very crowded, which meant that the wait for the working elevators was lengthy. Our rooms were right by the elevators and the "ding" of them was audible all night. This hotel was full of families and their voices as well as the running of children could be heard in our room as well.
