I arrived late but I enjoyed the room. I wish I had arrived earlier but the room seemed clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only critisim I have is that the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door though out the morning before our check out time to see if we were leaving. We even had the do not disturb sign out and they still knocked.

you have to pay for everything, including wi-fi. The room was nice, but I have stayed in much better places for cheaper. There are only two places to eat nearby. The only selling point is that the beds were comfortable. Overall though, not worth the price I paid for a comfortable bed.

I had a very good stay. The staff was pleasant. The was very comfortable. The hotel is near the airport so if you do not want to hear airplanes then do not stay. I do not mind the noise from the airport. I picked to stay at this hotel because it was near Hobby airport and the free airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes.

may be my bad...rooms next me almost 10 to 15 rooms occupied by school boys, all night they are shuting , calling my room phone unwantedly, hitting my room door..no sleep whole night.

Loved this hotel - super convenient to the airport for my flight out early in the morning. Excellent shuttle service- every 15 minutes. Clean, comfy room. Nice service - they sent a fax for me at no charge. Free WiFi. Liked the restaurant in the hotel - not a lot of choice in the neighborhood to walk to.The only complaint I can think of is that it was […] a noisy hotel - every other guest on our floor let their doors slam shut quite loudly, & they were in & out of their rooms often. Easy airport location is ONLY reason to stay here! For a Hilton, it was a disappointment. We had no mini-bar, no movie selection options on TV, no hairdryer (had one brought to us, was told it should have been in room). We reported noise from area next door & later discovered it was from some 'security team' trying to secure an easy arrival & exit for […] "a government official" staying in the hotel... We discovered this on our own, after questioning some of the men talking outside of our room. Room service was timely, but delivered our cheese & fruit tray w/o the 'selection of crackers' it stated would be on the platter. Called to request the crackers & they showed up after an hour with a bowl full of salteens! What a joke! I personally won't choose it again! Read more

Older Hilton, but very nice. Large room, extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful pool area. Stayed on first floor with room that opened out to pool and lanai that reminded us of being in Hawaii. Restaurants really good and super nice staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Just note: Nothing in the surrounding area.

Unlike the Sheraton I recently stay in this hotel doesn't pump in toxic scents into the lobby and smelly Febreze into the sleeping rooms. Love the pillows and robe.

It was New Years Eve. Had Romantic evening planned and was woke up at 3 and 4 and 5 am by neighbors screaming and slamming doors. I called front desk they said they would deal with it the first time. Didnt happen and we had an early flight the next morning. so was not happy at all!!!!!

I stay in the Hobby area a lot and I will not stay at the Hilton again. Old building. Hall noise was so loud. The slaming doors woke me up all night. Hotel had friendly staff. I am really picky and I really did not like my room. Could tell it was old with the black stuff around various things. The worst thing was listening to people up and down the hall all night knocking on each door. I had to get really vocal with someone knocking at our door.
