We came to this hotel only because it was soooo close to six flags and it was the cheapest!!! Our room was very clean!!!! Pool was a little dirty, nothing major. We still swam and had a good time. Our bed was not comfy at all, but thats a hotel bed lol. There was only two things we didn't like about the stay. One was the wireless internet was awful, […] it kept going in and out all the time. Two the breakfast sucked!! That's why we just walked across to waffle house. But DO NOT EAT AT HONG KONG. There is a Chinese place right in front of the hotel and it SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!! THE BiLL WAS SOOOO HIGH FOR THE FOOD! IT SUCKED!!!The staff at the hotel was very nice. This hotel was very dirty..blood on sheets in our room..tv died in our first room and had to switch to another room..that's when we discovered blood on the bed(on bedssheets and spread)..then when we called for clean sheets they brought them to our room and didn't put them on..I had to do it myself!! Isn't this SERVICE???? not a nice place at all!!

The shuttle to & from Six Flags is the only thing I liked about my stay. Me being a single mom took my son there to a Braves game & Six Flags. when we 1st arrived neither of our rooms were ready. there was blood stains on 1 of our beds and housekeeping that was assigned to our room just pretended as if she didnt see it at all. she told the front desk that the room was clean but when inspected the bathroom was dirty, microwave and fridge werent wiped out and there were no sheets or rags and […] towels. as for my other room we had clean sheets but no rags and towels, the microwave and fridge were nasty and there was still trash in the trashcan from previous guests. after complaining to the manager he attempted to put us in two more rooms, the same went for these two rooms, trash and filth. finally after long waits and much complaining by my wife the manager placed us in his "best" 2 rooms. now even though these rooms should not have been titled "best," but they were better than the previous rooms. The website claimed there was a business center as well as restaurant bar/ lounge, well after much searching i found no lounge, bar, nor business center. there was 1 computer in the lobby that didnt work. the pictures of the hotel look nothing like the actual thing. the 1 good thing i can think of was the promptness of the maintenance man when one of 1 microwaves stopped working in out "best" room. the wifi barely worked at all. the complimentary breakfast consisted of snack cakes and frosted flakes. also noteworthy we were supposed to have a double and a king but ended up with 2 doubles. glad its over. We had a great time at the Super 8, The staff was Friendly and helpful. (they made sure we had clean towels everyday) The rooms were clean and I think it was very good for the price. We were so close to Six flags and that was a bonus. We spent one full day at the hotel pool and my kids giggled and played all day. was advertised as microwave and frigorator in each room wasnt one in ours had to call 3 times to have it put in room. advertise wfi was not able to get connection in room or in lobby. computer in lobby broken. beds didnt have a mattress pad on it pillows worn out looked old.

Can't really complain. I knew when it was that cheap it wouldn't be the Ritz. I was disappointed that the shuttle to Six Flags was broken. That was the main reason we picked this hotel. Overall...eh.

stickey nasty carpet in rooms and airconditioner barely worked and microwave and fridge didn't work, the remote didn't work, buttons for lights didn't work...beds were really nice.....

The room was clean & smelled nice. The staff was very helpful when I had to book another night. I did not realize Six Flags was so close. It is right down the road and there is a nice restaurant right in front if the hotel. I plan to use this hotel the next time I stay in Austell.

The first room we was put in was not the best. It smelled horrible. It was a smoking room but it was more than just a smoke smell in there. However, I requested a non-smoking room and they were very nice to work with me and get us moved to a better room. Very close to Six Flags which is what I wanted.

I chose this hotel for my daughter to stay in for her trip to six flags for graduation. this was her first time away from home that far without a parent. Her and three others stayed together. Mind you that I booked this hotel online and didnt get to see it for myself. I am super satisfied with her overall stay here. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed, the pool was closed by health department(my kids were looking forward to swimming, they should have let us know it was closed when we made reservations, the refrigerator didn't work, and there was barely any hot water pressure in bath tub. Location is good, it is close to Six Flags but all in all I am very sad/disappointed.

Horrible room. The pictures do not depict the rooms. Its a pay by the day motel which tells you about some of the guests. The carpet was wet and mildewed by the a/c unit. I was given a room that faced to the west, so the heat, the freeway noise, and the setting sun were problems. There were no windows that could be opened, so sometimes I left the room door open to get ventilation. The room air conditioner spewed out an awful stench (mildew?), so I never got to use it. Simply disgusting! This hotel should not be on your website. Very dissapointing. I always reserve through Expedia and had never had a bad stay. Hotel stairs are wabbly and just scary. I picked this motel for the location since we were going to Six Flags. It was a longer walk than I expected but it is do-able. We had to cross a couple busy intersections but it saved us $15 to park. We took Showers and the water kept turning from hot to cold and cold to hot. There were people yelling all night keeping my son away til 2 am. very noisy overall. We booked it cause it said it was close to Six Flags and was on Six Flags Rd. so assumed it was within walking distance but it was .4 miles and across the highway so we still had to drive […] and pay $15 for parking at Six Flags. We had friends stay at the hotel too and they had a very horrible experience. They had cochroaches in their room, dirt and dead bugs in their bed, and when they woke up there were red ants climbing on the table. Then at 2am someone was pounding on their door which woke them and their 3 boys up. The staff was very rude to us and them when approached about everything. The "SuperStar Breakfast" was no Superstar about it. The main reason I stayed at the Super 8 was the price. I needed a very affordable room on this trip. The price was great. While I'd much rather stay somewhere nicer, this hotel was fine for the price. Good points: Great staff, right off the highway, decently safe area, good water pressure & hot water. Neutral points: Bed & bedding weren't nice but decent […] enough to sleep ok. Bad points: Dingy towels (I couldn't tell if they were fresh so the hotel sent a new set to the room), musty smell at first (running the AC on high for a while cleared it out), no wireless internet. We didn't check out the pool or the breakfast so I can't comment on either of those. A lot of hotels at this price point had many bad reviews or were in questionable areas of town. This Super 8 is a good option if you're on a budget and still want a good experience and want to feel safe. I'd stay there again. Read more
