We booked this hotel after reading the reviews. It was clean and close to the airport. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable. Rick at the front desk was welcoming and prompt. Breakfast was available before 6 am which was a pleasant surprise since I had to be somewhere very early. The pillows were small, so if you are picky about your pillows you may want to bring your own if possible. I would stay here again.

It's not a 5 star hotel but for the price it is definitely worth it. Clean and convenient, stayed one night. We have stayed one night a year ago. We the need comes up again we will stay again!

Excellent,the staff was really nice I the surroundings was great quiet and the breakfast was good. Had a wonderful time.I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family when they are coming from out of town or just want to have fun.

This place was not at all what I expected, the staff was down right rude. Toilet didn't work. Informed maid but it wasn't fixed while we were away. Returned to find only one towel for next morning as well as nonworking toilet. But the massage shower was nice. And they did provide a compimentary shuttle downtown. Room smelled like a smoking room at first but was okay later. (Prob the disinfectant.)

We have stayed here before. It is convenient to our destination. The breakfast is just enough and the fresh baked cookies in the evening are nice also. There was no refridgerator, but we made due without. We only stayed one night. We will stay here again.

It obviously won't be the best place to stay, but gets the job done. Stayed here for a pharmacy interview and location was good. Not far from many places. The free breakfast is good, they have variety, and fresh baked cookies were bomb! Service is good.

It was good except for the fact that their service for the internet needs to be upgraded. It took a half hour to print my boarding passes. It also would have been great if there was a small refrigerator in the room to keep waters and such cold. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable.

The only positives is the price is cheap and the location is very convenient to airport. You are basically getting what you pay for and should adjust your expectations accordingly. The room smelled musty and old. Pillows were small and not enough for two people in a king bed. Shower was nasty with mildew and I wouldn't use it.

Dissatisfied, too much noise. Doors banging, people banging on doors at 2 am. Convenience to airport very good. Musty smell in the room. If you want convenience to airport and no sleep this is the hotel for you.

I said that the price did not matter this time as much as the hotel having a shuttle service from the Port of West Palm Beach that morning (Tuesday) and a shuttle to the airport on Wed. morning. I was told they had both. Hotels.com. lady said they would pick us up at the port in 10-15 mins. after 50 mins., I called […] back and she gave me the motel's #. I called and they said there was no port shuttle. It cost $42 for the cab ride. After getting to the motel, we found out that the airport shuttle did not start until after we needed to be at the airport, which cost us another $15. On the way home after visit with family. Decided to get room as takeoff from PBI was way early and family lives hours away. Anna at the front desk was very helpful and Clif's All Time sedan service was on time and very professional (and inexpensive) at my 4:20 am pickup. Room was clean and comfortable if not somewhat outdated. Upholstered chair in room […] needs to be dumped and older big box TV was pretty poor for viewing quality. Ask for room close to elevators if you have mobility issues as you could be a good walk from the elevator otherwise. Internet service is contracted out and not secure which is problematic if you want to pay for your baggage online before leaving. Otherwise, it worked for me and I would book there again! Read more

I was disappointed that your airport shuttle did not operate for the first flights of the day. My flight left at 05:45 am and I was forced to take a taxi. You do not mention this in your add.

Three storey Motel Inn with parking outside door - very clean overall -lobby and mini-breakfast area. Our washroom was spotless and bed was comfortable. No odors in room at all. Walk to I Hop and Wendy's. Drive 6 minutes to trendy Clematis St - lots of good restaurants there close to the harbour. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, so changed rooms, which was better, but had to air out bedspread that smelled like smoke and had cigarette burn holes in it. Also, no shuttle to airport before 6:00 AM, which does not help one with a 6:00 AM flight!

The rooms are old and need updating. The sheets and pillows have a bad odor and you only get two small squished pillows on the bed. The shower curtain had black mold on the bottom. They had a leak in the lobby and it was flooded when I was checking out. There are better hotels in the area for the price and a lot of times the holiday inn which is two blocks away will match the price if you ask. They are a newer hotel, nicer staff and cleaner.
