The hotel was nice and our room was in excellent condition. The only annoying aspect was the crowded parking lot. We were lucky to find a spot on our side of the building. Still, an excellent option to spend the night.

We had an issue with our shower, but the staff quickly moved us to another room within minutes of our notifying them of a problem. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed overnight between flights and for the money and convenience of the free shuttle to and from the airport it was definitely a great deal! There was some kind of flooding on the first floor so we had to walk through mushy carpet, but other than that, no problems! The hotel staff was great about suggesting places to order pizza from since we got there too late to eat at the nearby Italian restaurant. Would stay again!

The hotel was an acceptable for the price, so we weren't disappointed. However, (1) it's not that easy to locate since it's located at a busy intersection where several roads intersect, (2) the fan was too noisy to leave on as a means to block out the noise partying guests upstairs (However, once we finally called the front desk at midnight, the partying stopped, so my advice would be to call the front desk right away if there's a guest noise problem), and (3) the breakfast was adequate (bagels + dry cereals, etc.,) but not as good as another commenter led me to expect.

These guys aren't exactly downtown Chicago but they do everything right! From spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms to friendly service and complementary internet. They provide even a nice selection of coffees, which is something many much more expensive places downtown skimp on. Great job overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay close to the airport or with a car and the ability to drive around (plenty of parking around the building too, so no valets either, thank God)

For 50-75% of the price of a downtown hotel you can stay in a nice, clean and safe place. We were driving and needed to a place to park the car and still be able to go into Chicago. Considering the price of parking downtown this seemed like the best option. We took the free shuttle to the airport and from there we took the blue line into Chicago. Although it took us a little extra time, the kids loved riding the train (it only goes underground right at the end of the blue line). Although I wish it were closer to downtown, if you are driving and need to save money it is a great option!

We choose this motel because it is close to O'Hare Airport. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and we were able to take the train from the airport into the city without any trouble at all. We called the hotel to let them know when we were returning to the airport and they had a shuttle waiting for us! The room was very clean and the bed was sooooo comfortable... even better than our bed at home! The soundproofing of the room was great... we never heard our neighbors or sounds from the hallway. Breakfast included cereals, doughnuts, bagles, scrambled eggs, one meat, fresh waffles and fruit.. plenty to fill us up!!

I am a college student and a couple of my friends stay at this hotel. Hotel was pretty nice for the price we got it for. The free breakfast was kinda good. Had cereal and toast and waffles with watered down orange juice all 4 days.. It seemed like they were doing renovations throughout the first and second floor. One of the days the whole lobby area smelled like sewage and was not something i wanted to smell while waiting for the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle to the train station was the best part of the stay mainly due the fact that it was free. Once you get the the train station a trip to downtown is only 5 bucks round trip. A couple of times it did take longer than what we were told for it to arrive and pick us up but it wasn't to big of a deal. I would definitely recommend this hotel if on a cheap budget.

I received a deal through hotels.com for smoking only room for a cheap price. The hotel receptionist was very accomodating and was willing to switch me to a non-smoking. In the end, due to the limited availability of double bed rooms, we stayed in the smoking rooms - and guess what? There was really NO smell of cigarettes to speak of. We were all pleasantly surprised. The breakfast is great and includes omlettes/potatoes/etc. Overall it was a great deal.

There was some minor construction on the ground floor, that resulted in a bit of chemical smell in the lobby. My room was on the 4th floor with no noise or smell. The Spaghetti Warehouse across the street had great food, large portions, and fast service.

I would recommend only booking a room at this hotel through hotels.com because the actual cost of the hotel was not on par with the professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel or fact that the hotel itself was under maintenance. That is something that I was unaware of, and it was a bit of an inconvience walking down a hall covered with a plastic drop cloth filled with construction workers talking and eating. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom needed more attention as far as deep cleaning. Many people stay in hotel rooms, and there is a need to sanitize thoroughly from time to time, and this had not been done in a long time. There was quite a large amount of dust and absolutely no view of anything but traffic. It is relatively close to some eating areas, but far from the city of Chicago itself. So if a trip is planned to spend time a great deal of time in the city, this hotel is not the best idea.

Our stay was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. We were in town for a concert at the united Center so we had to drive a little ways to the show but they fact that they had there own parking lot and did not charge you to park your car was a major plus to me. The hotel also had a pretty good breakfast that was also free for all guest. And last but not least they had free Wifi in the rooms that seemed to have a pretty good connection speed. So, if you don't mind a 15 to 20 minute drive to the downtown area, this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it, and you will save yourself some money too.
